I believe it is in our signatures. You can go to the "My Account" link at the top left (in the blue bar across your screen) and then click "edit signature". Then at the bottom is a part that says something about "Signature image". I use that way, but I think you can just click the picture when you're in the Edit Signature menu too. Not sure though.

Yes, they should. I know I did. But it can actually be difficult to find the rules if you don't know where to look. I had to check ten or more threads/stickies before I found a link to it.
