Yes, a thread that allowed bumping would either be deleted or everyone who bumped in the thread would get a warning or infraction. The only place that you can semi-spam is in the Word Games forum, where you do not earn gold.

We like that Menewsha is a bump- and spam-free community. :D It promotes literacy and actually making friends instead of spending your day bumping. Plus, bumps would make you very little gold, while actually posting something of substance earns you a lot more. :D SO yeah, no bumping allowed! And thank god for that! XD

Adding random facts into each and every post is considered spamming because it's an abuse of the gold system. Each of those random facts was put into her posts simply to gain gold, and they had nothing to do with the conversation you were having. There's no need to add random facts to each post -- it's pretty much the same as flobbing, except the text is different each time. Regardless, it's still an abuse of the gold system, which we do not allow on Menewsha. It would probably be a different story if you earned a set amount of gold per post, but since you earn gold per character, it's unfair to allow someone to post random facts in each and every post to gain more gold. Sorry, but that's the breaks. This is also why you can't sign your name in every post or have a flob/specific post style that you use in every post. It is also why we make you quote everything that hasn't been written by you. :yes:

If someone steals your art and tries to sell it, just report them and we'll take care of it. Stealing art is a pretty serious offense, and is not something we take lightly here. People have been banned for it in the past, so if you run into this problem, just report them and we'll take care of it.
