Wow, seems like everything's going really well for you. I'm in high school about to be ready for those things. Alas, I'm not going to school tomorrow. My dad is unable to drive. D:

Well, I decided to give you a few good snippets of what I accomplished, as opposed to... this huge pile of laundry that won't wash itself no matter how hard I stare at it... the 50+ pages of miscellaneous government paperwork I need to fill out, photocopy, mail out...
I am 24 and have graduated college with a Bachelor's Degree. We're at least two worlds apart. Your college campus is a mini world mock of the real world. The 'real world' (tm) will tear your flesh and spit you out. Everybody is out to get your money and get you into debt any way they can, in fact our whole economy is 'debt based', which I disagree with personally. I don't even own an actual CREDIT card (I have my bank debit card with the credit logo on it). My only loans are my school loans. I'm also proud that post university I didn't have to move back to my parents' garage or basement like so many young to mid twenty-somethings do.
Come to think of it, we're a really screwed generation, especially if the world actually does end in 2012.

Kai-san- Merry Meet. Love the signature image by the way. I do work with ecclectic Wiccan spirituality on top of my existing religious foundation (Non-Demoninational Christianity... I don't need a 'Church Heirarchy' between myself and G-d).
There's enough evil in the world... the heartless corperations that try to force debt on us, the heartless corporations that abuse life itself and divine gifts (most animal processing plants)... the image in your signature is far less evil than any of that, way on the other side of the spectrum...yet people are more likely to be offended by it.
Where's my emoticon... :headdesk:

Hey Kai :3
@Crow; Oh, so true. It feels like our generation was wasted whether or not 2012 prophecy comes true. Either way, we might be reborn into a much better generation. I think few of us deserve it, we weren't responsible of killing the economy. We know who they are. But to make us suffer is sinful and it's what causes many to say, "I give up."

See, i am hunting all over my town to find that symbol to wear to proclaim my stand in the world. I have been deemed as the outcast, because of my mixed views of christianity (even though i am of the nondenominational branch branch myself. I no longer go to church since the drama i went through at high school found a home there as well.. it was more like a social gathering than a place of worship) , i believe in god but there have been so many bible rewrites that i tend to not trust that as the direct word of god anymore.. it's watered down and has been tampered with by angry priests.
I have several pagan/wiccan friends and was once attempting to be wiccan myself but, found the wrong people to teach me.. they attempted to bring me into satanism instead and.. ehh i got out of that before things went wrong.
666 is NOT a sign of the devil that fear is back from when we went through the prosecution period of scientists the geometry of the number was deemed evil and a sign of the devil for the a reason i cant quite remember... >_> i may only be 18 but i've stored so much knowledge up about this subject that i can easily sound like i'm in my 30s..
..hah!
the symbol in my signature has been used as a means of protection for centuries, thus, how is protection evil?

Bridget- Yeah, we must be that "Seventh Generation" that the Iroquois proverb mentioned. The previous generations did NOT consider us in their every deliberation... therefore we're rather f'ed from the get-go.
Kai-san- I have a pewter pentacle that is crafted to make it look like it is made with tied tree branches with a black stone in the middle, Spirit singular point upright of course. Right next to it I have a little cross with rhinestones, and an equally small silver ankh. I consider all of them signs of protection and wear them rather interchangeably. Your views and experiences seem akin to my own. If you'd ever rather talk about anything in more depth, I'd be glad to listen and respond. I almost feel like I've created my own religion because most people see that calling yourself "Christian" and "Wiccan and/or a Witch" simultaneously is trying to mix oil and water... but... I've found a way to make it work for me, so go figure.

it's alright no problem sweetie honestly i'm used to posting monsterously since i'm a literate roleplayer.. >_> i've been known to make up to 1k a day with roleplaying.. when ginger and zero are both willing to post that is
Crow-chan
I know what you mean.. i have no idea what my religion is anymore, i mean i could call myself christian but yet believing in Knights templar would then seem slightly hypocritical, also knowing that Jesus Christ, being the age he was, may have fathered children or spilled his seed into mary.. just doesnt seem right seeing as how she's only mentioned sparingly..
i will be PMing you in the future lol.. i've tampered with magick and was very good at it from what my teacher led me to believe.. -sighs- it's like i dont know i fear it now since i was led down a very dark path after that.. =__= very dark, like, blot out the sun dark.
I dont know whether to call you ms. or mr. but that doesnt really matter, gender for me is just a frame of mind being of basically no sexuality myself (fonde of either gender if they'll have me..) i maen my physical identity is female but ehh now i'm rambling and off topic.
honestly.. religion in this society isnt the best of things to dabble in.. there have been so may what they label as improvements which is truly destroying the heritage of the practice even atheism has been tampered with! people say "oh my god" but seriously.. that could count as something right? i dont know.. just wow kai.. o_O monsterous post! i appologize!

Kai-san- I was going to mention, you have alot of testicular fortitude to call me "-chan". The suffix is usually used for very close (childhood best friend close) friends, those much younger than you, like children, of if you're being sickeningly cutesy-wutsey-cheek-pinching with somebody. It's also much more used towards females. For example, I know Mitsunari is younger than me, so I could technically call him Mitsu-chan, but that's too... cutesy. Therefore, I call him Mitsu-kun. It notates a relationship closer than -san but without the effeminate, childlike, and/or cutsie connotations. So I was actually going to ask how old you are... -smirk-
There is alot we do not know about the life of Jesus Christ as a historical figure. Years of his life are just chopped out of the Bible. And whether for good or ill intention, whenever you translate the Bible you have the power to choose words a certain way that can make something go one way or the other extreme way. It has been translated so many times, you do have to just get to the HEART of the matter and not nit-pick.
I consider myself a low level energy worker. I meditate, work with crystals, I have been able to broadcast my energy miles away (1 hour away at most). One time an energy worker and a psychic vampire from Texas came to visit me for the first time. They missed the freeway exit and the vampire saw my energy signature as a trail. The passenger called me on my cell and I asked if they wanted me to verbally give them directions or just 'broadcast'. The answer was the latter so I hung up and sat in front of my house with my broadcasting crystal. According to what he saw, the "Ribbon" got alot stronger and more defined when I did that, and when he saw my crystal it was like "Oh, that's where it was coming from!" But yes, two people from thousands of miles away who had only been to my house ONCE missed the freeway exit and found their way back based on my energy broadcast.
I also attend local SF Vampire and Otherkin meetups, because Vampires are rather forced to learn how to work with energy (if psy or hybrid), so they make for good conversation.
However, something most important is that you MUST differentiate between LIGHT and DARK vs GOOD and EVIL. This isn't star wars. DARK =/= EVIL. Most Wiccans/Neo-Pagans/Witches are kind of scared of that, yet there are a few authors who bravely delve into that realm where you can still be GOOD and DARK.
I'm a literate, paragraph role-player as well.

>_> i still wanna see!!! O_O dont make me poke you! :poke:
Crow-san
and a damn good conversationalist i havent the slightest inclination of which prefixes to use for you i'm 18 years of age >_> and i have no testicles to have fortitude for there sweetie. If you're older than Mitsu then you are definitely older than i. I'm still a youngster in the eyes of some -cough- Kole -cough- lol
see i was a draconic worker, my delving wasnt within this realm of reality.. i sound like a nutcase but i saw figures and flashes of certain descriptions i just couldnt fathom.. it scared me at first but i started to keep a journal on what i had seen and finally when i explained this to my teacher he told me i was sending certain energies out which attracted these beings..
i-i want to meet a vampire! that'd be so cool.. here, where i live, that's unheard of. When i first began using magick and dabbling in it.. i was in a bad frame of mind and the entities i was attracting werent good, they'd wake me in the middle of the night, and do certain things until finally i stopped.. i have ESP to an extent and i realized that i had about four demons inhabiting my body at a certain point in my life.. yes i sound crazy to those of scientific minds.. but if you've lived through it, it makes sense.

Kole_Locke- As we were just discussing, gender roles do not matter on the internet. You are your mind, and your fingers. You are without form and free. Is Kai a boy or a girl? Is Hatake a boy or a girl? Am I a boy or a girl? If you respect the person, their intelligence, their ideas, and their emotions, then it matters not. [EDIT] And just to push the point home, there is definately a reason why Hatake-sama, Kai-Kun, and myself are whitelisted on this thread... and it really has nothing to do with our chromasomes. :boogie:
[Double-Edit]... and it really has nothing to do with my dancing ability, either x_X :headdesk:
[Triple-Edit] Because I'm on a rambling roll here, I just noticed that I got to use BOTH of my favourite site emoticons in this post. That doesn't happen often (or usually at all).

Congrats on finishing that paper! I can't recall whether or not it was in this forum or another Charity forum where we spent pages upon pages talking about procrastination. Even though I usually did quite well on essays, I detest being forced to write because someone else says I have to write about this by this subject by that date.
You can always address us by our screen names. That's not disrespectful at all and seems to work for most people.
Hopefully at least you can have a well deserved rest after finishing that paper. Otherwise you'd be having nightmares about it -shudder-

Good morning, everyone! I am back from a night of sleep, yay sleep! It's quarter past noon here in England. And I have a shirt, yaaay! xD I've sent off an application for an RP, downloaded the MAC, and so far planned out my first avatar, which will (aside from pointy ears) look like me.
What's everyone else up to?
