Well...if you know Naruto and the Shippuden series' plotline, Hidan got himself blown up by Shikamaru and buried, where Shikamaru told him that no one ever goes into their forests so no one would ever dig him out, and that their family's 'guardians' (here in the manga it showed lots of deer when he said that, giving me the impression that he meant the 'guardians' to be deer) would watch over his grave.
And in the picture, Hidan obviously got out again, apparently with the help of those supposed 'guardians' XD
As for the line at the bottom, well, Hidan is considered pretty hot by a lot of fans, so...basically it meant that the deer helped him because they liked him, and Shikamaru didn't account for that little factor when he buried him XD
