"I think it'll be fine to have both of the twins in the wedding." Marreck said simply. "But if you'd rather have only one girl as opposed to two then that will be fine as well." He added.

"I like it." Ariala decided with a smile as she ran her fingers over the table and chairs. "So a cherrywood nursery set and a oak dining room set. Anything else, love?" Ariala asked, pausing to look up at Dimitrius.

Emelaide rolled her eyes playfully as she gently poked his nose, "Not helpful."

Cindalina laughed, "Emelaide, don't be so hard on him. He's a man, what do you expect? They'll agree with any details you like," she added with a wink at Marreck.

"Very well then, we shall have both. I think it'll be adorable to have them each carrying a ring," Emelaide said happily as she placed a long tender kiss upon Marreck's lips, "Now, are we ready to be married next week? Or am I missing anything?"

"If you do not object, love, what say you we get a writing desk to share and put in the bedroom while we are here?" Dimitrius suggested as he motioned to the many different styles of desks laid out across the shop.

"Next week it is." Marreck grinned happily, finding something to be excited about rather then wedding details. "But, Em. We still have to tell your parents." He said softly, the mood shifting quickly as he realized how harshly he'd hae to face her parents' judgement considering she was already pregnant with his twins.

"Now why would I object?" Ariala teased as she stuck her tongue out playfully before turning towards the desk. "What wood is the bed?" Ariala asked as she looked over the different desks.

Emelaide blushed, "Th-They don't know.. do they.."

"Emelaide! I'm surprised at you! Now you shoo, and bring sweets to sooth your mother," chided Cindalina as she filled the platter back up and handed it to the couple, "I love you both, but you really must tell your parents, Em.. Do they at least know you're engaged?"

Emelaide nodded with a blush, "Yes, they were there when Marreck proposed. Thank you Lina, for everything," she added with a smile.

"Did we even discuss the bedroom furniture my love?" Dimitrius asked seriously; for if they had, he had completely forgotten with all the other details they had discussed in regards to the house and their coming wedding.

"Yes, thank you." Marreck smiled at Lina as he got out of his chair and gestured for Emelaide to stand as well. "And now for the hard part." He teased softly.

"I don't believe so." Ariala pouted. "But I think we should do cherrywood like the nursery." She suggested before looking at Dimitrius. "What do you think?"

"You're welcome, my dears. Now scoot," Cindalina said with a laugh as she stood to wash their tea dishes.

Standing, Emelaide placed a long, tender kiss upon Marreck's lips as she teased, "Promise to hold my hand while I tell them and protect me from their wrath?" Picking up the plate of cookies Lina made for them, Emelaide linked her fingers through Marreck's with her free hand as she led him to the door and called behind her, "Goodnight Lina! We'll see you soon."

"Alright dears, good night!" Cindalina called as she washed up the dishes.

"Of course," Dimitrius said with a relieved smile smile as he placed a tender kiss upon her lips, glad he hadn't forgotten any details of the house during all of this planning, "Cherry wood for our bedroom furniture sounds perfect. Should we have him carve anything special into it? We could always add decor to one of the pieces as we have children; one carving to match the designs of each of our childrens' nurseries? We can have him place a lily upon it now," Dimitrius grinned as he placed a long, tender kiss upon her lips. "What say you?"

Marreck let out a small sigh as he led Emelaide to her parents' home. "Are you sure you're ready for this?" He asked softly as he linked their fingers. "If it helps, I'll let them give me all the blame." He offered.

"I say it sounds perfect." Ariala smiled as she returned his kiss. "Anything else, love?" She as she put her arms around his neck and drew him closer.

Emelaide smiled as she stood on her toes and placed a long, tender kiss upon his lips and gave his hand a tender squeze, "Mar, don't worry. We have nothing to be ashamed of, nor anything to hide or keep secret. We're having twins! There is nothing wrong with that. My parents will only be a bit hurt by the fact that they are the last to know," Emelaide explained with a blush as she tenderly caressed her stomach.

"Not that I can think of in regards to furniture, my love," Dimitrius said with a smile as he held her close and placed a tender kiss upon her lips, "But we'll have to decide which piece in the bedroom shall hold our childrens' symbols. Have you any ideas? Or, if we wished, instead of in the bedroom, we could place them upon the rocking chair," Dimitrius suggested as he pondered the possibilities of where to place them.

"And because I made love to their daughter before we were married." Marreck sighed as he ran his fingers through his hair. "I was really hoping for your parents' support through this wedding but I guess its better they hate me then you." He offered.

"Anywhere you wish." Ariala said as she stood on her toes to give him another soft kiss. "You can pick where the symbols will be and I'll have the children." Ariala laughed.

Pulling him to a stop, Emelaide frowned, "Don't you dare. I wanted to make love to you! And a least we waited until we were engaged and we knew for sure we were going to last forever until we made love. They will not condemn us for minor details such as this: we had already scheduled our wedding, so it's not as if we're only getting married for the twins and they know that. Please tell me you don't regret this.." Emelaide whispered as she tenderly caressed his cheek with the hand that was upon her stomach.

Dimitrius laughed as he picked her up and spun her around a few times before pulling her close for a few long, tender kisses, "As long as you will have many children who look just like you then I will happily oblige my love! We shall have them upon the rocking chair in the nursery as well upon the headboard and footboard of our bed. That way we shall always have a piece of them with us; how does that sound my darling wife?"

"Emelaide." Marreck said, shaking his head. "I swear, love, you are quite insane sometimes. How could you think that I regret making love to you?" He asked, his brow furrowed as he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her against him. "My love, you should never jump to conclusions. Because you're quite horrible at it." He teased before giving her lips a soft kiss. "I could never regret having twins with you. I'm just nervous that your parents will be angry with me and it will start a fight between you and them. The last thing I want is for you to regret this marriage because your parents are upset over it." He explained softly.

Ariala laughed as she leaned into Dimitrius. "That sounds good except for the part where the children look like me. We might have to compromise so that they look exactly like you and you just deal with it." She teased. "It sounds like a good compromise, I think." She laughed playfully.

"You're afraid our situation will turn into Ariala and Dimitrius's, don't you," Emelaide said quietly with a sigh. "Don't worry," she continued with a smile, "They already adore you for asking their permission first, they will not hate you for getting me pregnant. They'll be thrilled, I promise," she added as she placed a few long, deep, tender kisses upon his lips, her tongue slipping between his lips to caress his own.

At this moment, a cousin of Emelaide's walked by and laughed as he came up and ruffled her hair, distracting her from the kiss, "Em you little devil! Is this the bloke yer mum was tellin' me about?"

"Hathom! You scared the living daylights out of me! Don't you ever do that again," she said with a laugh as she swatted the side of his head playfully, "This is Marreck, my fiancee. Mar, this is Hathom, the cousin who will soon become my least favorite if he ever interrupts my kissing you again," she teased as she stuck out her tongue.

Hathom laughed as he stuck out his hand, "Pleasure. Me and me mum are up here to visit for the next week or so. You'll have to stop in and tell mum when the wedding is so she can come up again."

"We're going there now to tell them the wedding is next week, think she can stay that long?"

"Most likely, ain't got nothing better to do," Hathom said with a laugh.

Dimitrius grinned as he placed a light kiss upon her lips, "I'll think about it, no guarantees though. If they all start looking like me, we'll just have to keep trying until we have a house full of children and most of them look like you," he teased with a wink.

"Pleasure to meet you." Marreck said as he put one hand on Emelaide's lower back and shook her cousin's hand with the other.

"Dimitrius, my love, if we have a house full of children then I'm sure I'll be drive mad." She laughed before giving him another kiss just as Mr. Talin came back out.

"So, dears, what's the final order?" He asked as he looked at the young couple.

"So Marreck, you two set a date already? So soon? Not pregnant are you," Hathom teased as he gently tapped her abdomen with a wink, knowing full well she was.

"Hathom you little devil! We had the date set before I got pregnant. Don't you dare tell your mother otherwise just to get me in trouble," Emelaide warned as she sent him a quick chill with a grin.

"Oh fine fine, I won't tease, just don't get mad at me when your parents think the same!" Hathom called as he darted off towards Emelaide's house, where he and his mother were staying.

"You'd never believe he was my age, would you," Emelaide laughed as she watched him run off before turning back to Marreck and wrapping her arms around his neck, "Now, where were we?"

Dimitrius smiled as he relayed all of their decisions to Mr. Talin. "So, what's the damage?" Dimitrius asked with a laugh.

"We were on our way to your parents' house." Marreck laughed. "Don't go distracting us now." He teased before giving her a soft kiss and leading her towards her parents' home.

"Well it'll be about five hundred gold." Mr. Talin said, having done the math in his head.

"Alright." Ariala said easily, undistrubed by the number. "I can bring by the gold tomorrow on my way to my lesson." She offered.

"That'll do just fine, loves." Mr. Talin said with a warm smile. "Have a good day now." He said before going into the back room to start working on the furniture they'd ordered.

"Where to now?" Ariala asked Dimitrius as she turned back to face him and linked their fingers together.

"Mmm, but I like distractions. They're much more fun," she added with a wink as she led him into the house and called out, "Mother? Father? Marreck and I have some wonderful news!"

"We're in the kitchen dear," called Emelaide's mother as she stood to pour the couple a cup of tea.

Placing a kiss upon her father's cheek and greeting Hathom's mother, as well as introducing her to Marreck, Emelaide sat down and waited for her mother to return.

"So, my dear, what is your news?" her father asked with a smile as he looked over at Marreck and Emelaide.

"Yes, do not keep us in suspense," Marie teased as she placed tea in front of the couple.

Setting the tray of sweets upon the table, Emelaide smiled, "We've set a date for next Saturday. Auntie Laura, will you be able to extend your stay until then?"

Laura smiled, "Of course, my dear, whatever you wish."

"Next week! Why that's hardly any time to prepare!" said Marie with a small pout.

"Don't worry Mamma, we've already figured everything out," Emelaide said with a smile before relaying their decisions, "And we have another surprise for you. I'm expecting twins!"

"Where ever you wish, my love. Ria is still at Lina's, so I'm your's completely until we pick her up," Dimitrius said with a smile as he placed a tender kiss upon her lips before leading her out of the shop.

Marreck forced a smile on his lips as his mouth dried up, bracing himself for her parents' reactions. Marreck put his arms around Emelaide's waist and looked anxiously at her parents.

"You mean I get to keep you all day?" Ariala asked happily, her arms wrapping around Dimitrius's waist. "Then what ever will we do?" She asked as she looked around village.

Everyone at the table stared at the couple, dumbfounded.

"Is something wrong?" Emelaide asked as a blush filled her cheeks.

"Emelaide, you are not even married yet! Are you getting married because you're pregnant?" her father asked icily as he looked at the couple.

"No, Father. I became pregnant after we got engaged. I promise you, we did not make love until after we were engaged," Emelaide assured them, "Aren't you happy for us?"

"Or course we are my dear!" said Laura, who Marie agreed with, "Aren't we Lorcale."

"Yes," Lorcale said with a small smile, "I look forward to meeting our grandchildren. How long have you been expecting?"

"Not long, Father, perhaps a few days?" Emelaide said with a smile as she looked up at Marreck, "I can already feel differences between them."

Holding her close, Dimitrius smiled as he placed a kiss upon her forehead, "Whatever you wish, my dear. Would you like to go for a walk?"

Marreck let out a relieved sigh as Emelaide's parents seemed to be calm so far. Still to afraid to speak yet, Marreck simply smiled at Emelaide and gave her a tender kiss before placing a hand protectively over her stomach. "I can't feel them yet." He said, disappointedly.

"A walk sounds perfect." Ariala said, a bounce making its way in her step. Ariala led Dimitrius around the village, ignoring the strange looks she was receiving from the other Spring Elves as she did so.

Marie smiled as she placed a comforting hand upon Marreck's arm, "Marreck, my dear, you will feel them in time. Just give it until after your wedding. I'm sure once your wedding rolls around, you'll be able to feel them move just as Emelaide will."

"Are you able to differentiate between the two Em dear?" Laura asked with a smile, "Do you know what you're having yet?"

Dimitrius smiled as he followed along after her, glad to see she was so happy, "Ari, my love, are you truly happy with all of this? No regrets? No wishing to go back and change things? You're happy spending your life with me in that house on the border?" Dimitrius inquired with a warm smile as he placed a tender kiss upon her temple.

"We only know that there's two." Marreck said, looking over at Laura. "But Emelaide says that one loves Elimlee food while the other craves food from Winterglade." He said with a smile.

"Dimitrius Tamlin Cordei." Ariala chided as she came to a stop and looked up at him. "Of course I don't have any regrets. That's a horrible thing to ask." She said firmly before linking their fingers and continuing to walk.

Emelaide smiled as she took a sip of her tea, "I"m hoping in a couple of weeks I can tell."

"You should be able to; though it may take an extra week or so due to it being of mixed blood," Lorcale said with a smile.

"Have you decided upon a doctor?" Marie asked with a warm smile, "You're living in Elimlee now, are you planning on getting on there?"

"It would be more convenient," said Emelaide with a nod, "Though I don't even know where to begin the search," she admitted with a blush.

"Best get on that, cuz," Hathom said with a grin, "You're going to pop soon enough and you'll need a doctor to comfort you," he teased with a wink.

"Hathom! You're absolutely wretched," Emelaide said with a laugh as she took a cookie and took a bite of it.

"See? You're already starting," he continued to tease with a laugh, "What will your new husband think once you're about ready to burst at the seams?"

Smiling, Dimitrius chuckled, "Just had to make sure, love. We've done so much planning and deciding, I was afraid it may have scared you away," he teased as he placed a tender kiss upon her cheek.

"I'll still think she's just as beautiful." Marreck assured them, remembering Emelaide's insecurities about her being pregnant.

Ariala laughed easily as she leaned into Dimitrius and rested her head on his shoulder. "I just want to get it all over with before the baby comes. Then we never have to worry about it again." She teased.

Emelaide stuck her tongue out teasingly at Hathom as she snuggld into Marreck with a smile, "See? Told you he didn't act his age!"

"You're one to talk," teased Hathom, earning a smack in the back of his head from his mother.

Emelaide laughed as she took another cookie and handed it to him with a wink, "Now, if you're a good boy you can have another."

"I'll do my best," said Hathom as he took the cookie and ate it in one bite.

"So Marreck, have you begun work on a nursery yet?" said Lorcale with a smile, "If you haven't and need any help, I'll be glad to lend a hand."

Dimitrius laughed as he placed a tender kiss upon her neck and teased, "Does that mean I won't be able to have any more children with you after Lily arrives? That's a mighty shame, love, for I rather enjoyed making Lily with you," he added with a wink before placing a couple of tender kisses upon the base of her neck, nipping lightly.

"No, we haven't started yet." Marreck smiled, feeling only the least bit wary now that Lorcale seemed supportive of their pregnancy. "BUt we'd appreciate the help, right love?" He asked, turning to Emelaide.

"I mean I don't want to go through all this planning for the house again." Ariala teased as she curled her hand in his hair. "Not that I didn't mind planning a nursery." She grinned as she ducked her head to give his hair a gentle kiss.
