Emelaide nodded as she took a sip of her tea, "Of course! Father, are my baby things big enough to accommodate twins?"

"They should be, but I'm afraid the cradle is too small. Perhaps Marreck's are larger? Then again, my dear, will our style furniture fit in with the decor of the house? You must remember you are in Elimlee, now; our furniture may not keep there," Lorcale added thoughtfully.

Dimitrius chuckled as he captured her lips in his own in a number of long, tender kisses, "Well I am very glad you think that, my love, for I wish to have many children with you. I love you, Ari," Dimitrius murmured softly between kisses.

"If you have any furniture not made of ice, it'd be fine." Marreck added. "Any ice furniture would melt before we got to the house."

"I love you too." Ariala murmured as she wrapped her arms around his neck to return his kisses.

"Lorcale, are the dresser and changing table made of crystal?" Marie asked as she sipped her tea, "The Crib and playpen are ice, are they not?"

"Yes, I believe that is correct," said Lorcale as he tried to think of the items long since stored away in the attic.

Emelaide smiled, "Marreck, shall we use crystal for the furniture, but wood for the playpen, cradles, and crib?"

Stopping and wrapping his arms around her waist, Dimitrius pulled Ariala closer as he deepened their kisses. "For eternity," Dimitrius promised between kisses as his hand tenderly caressed her cheek.

"That sounds good, love." Marreck offered. "My parents still have my crib and such from when I was younger and we can get Mr. Talin to make an extra set. For the second child of course." He said as he looked adoringly at her stomach.

"For eternity." Ariala mirrored with a small smile before pulling away from his lips. "But maybe we should move this elsewhere." She winked before looking around the middle of the village, a few of the stray Spring Elves hurrying away as if they hadn't been staring moments before.

Cradling her stomach as she ate another cookie, Emelaide grinned, "Sounds perfect! Old, new, and something crystal. Almost like our wedding," she added with a laugh as she caressed her abdomen where the twins grew within her.

"Mr. Talin? Is he a woodcarver?" Lorcale inquired, having never heard of the man before.

Dimitrius chuckled as he placed a tender kiss upon her forehead. "Very well, love. Home it is," teased Dimitrius with a wink, "Though, wouldn't it be a sight if we continued to kiss in the middle of the street? What would the neighbors say," he teased with a laugh as he wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her close.

"Yes, he's one of the best in the village." Marreck said as he looked up from Emelaide to Lorcale. "He does flower carvings into the wood. He used that talent to carve a wooden rose for his wife before he proposed. Then everyone began to praise him. One thing led to another and he became the number one carver." Marreck laughed.

"Terrible things of course." Ariala teased as she leaned into Dimitrius, leading him towards the rope ladder.

Marie and Laura smiled as their romantic sides took flight. "Lorcale, my love, why did you not carve me a flower when you proposed?"

Lorcale laughed as he teasingly wagged his finger at Marreck, "Now see what you've done? Now she'll want an ice rose for our anniversary."

Emelaide laughed as she placed a tender kiss upon Marreck's lips, "He sounds wonderful. Would he carve leaves and snowflakes into the wood instead of flowers? I think that design would look much better than flowers. What say you?"

"Mmm, how could anyone possibly say anything terrible about me? You, perhaps I can see. But me? Never," Dimitrius teased before placing a long, deep, tender kiss upon Ariala's lips; his tongue slipping between her lips to tenderly caress her own before he climbed the rope ladder.

"Yes, he can carve pretty much anything into wood. I saw him whiddling wooden animals once for his children." Marreck said.

Ariala rolled her eyes playfully before following Dimitrius up the ladder and walking past him to their temporary home. "Why that's a horrible thing to say." She teased. "I might not want to kiss you anymore because of that." She smiled playfully at Dimitrius before turning to enter their home.

Emelaide smiled as she hugged Marreck and whispered softly in his ear, "I love you. Things are finally starting to fit perfectly together, all because of you. Thank you," she whispered before placing a tender kiss upon his neck and settling back in her chair, her head resting upon his shoulder as she stifled a yawn, her family talking about the coming twins and how they'll prepare for the wedding all around her.

Dimitrius smirked as he picked Ariala up, cradled her to his chest, and carried her over the thresh hold before laying her on the couch, "Now now, love. What I sad was in jest. What you say nearly breaks my heart. Are you sure you don't wish to kiss me anymore?" he asked with a teasing pout as he hovered his lips over hers.

"Do you want to rest, love?" Marreck asked in Emelaide's ear as he cradled her softly against him.

"Well apparently people think so badly of me." Ariala sighed, matching Dimitrius's pout with one of her own. "Surely you must as well." She said, batting her eyelashes delicately.

Emelaide nodded as she snuggled closer to Marreck, wrapping her arms around his waist as she leaned into him and rested her her head against his chest, falling asleep almost instantly.

"Mum, I think the pregnant lady fell asleep," Hathom laughed as he pointed Emelaide.

"Shush, let the girl sleep. She's probably had a long day," whispered Laura as she smacked Hathom in the back of the head gently.

Rubbing his head, Hathom mumbled, "Yeah I bet. She probably spent all day in bed the lazy bones."

Lorcale chuckled, "Leave Emelaide alone, Hathom. She's carrying twins and has been planning a wedding. Let the girl rest in peace."

Sighing, Dimitrius flashed her a teasing grin as he tenderly caressed her cheek, "Aye, perhaps. But I love you anyway; does that make up for it?" Dimitrius whispered in her hear before nibbling gently upon her lobe. Leaving a trail of kisses down her neck, lingering at the base, Adrian whispered tenderly, "Ariala, my love, please don't stay angry at me for teasing you so. I don't know if I can last all night without kissing you."

As his lips traveled down her torso, Dimitrius paused as her stomach as he punched her dress up and revealed her bare skin beneath. Placing a tender kiss upon her abdomen, Dimitrius teased gently, "Lily, my darling, tell Mummy to forgive your Father, won't you?"

"Do you want me to take her to her bedroom?" Marreck asked as he wrapped her arms around her, cradling her softer in his arms.

Ariala bit her lip in an attempt to hide her growing smile as the small elf inside of her squirmed slightly. "Think that means she's siding with you?" Ariala smiled as she cupped the side of Dimitrius's cheek. Pulling Dimitrius back to her, Ariala brought his lips to her's to give him a long kiss. "Consider yourself forgiven." She smiled between kisses.

Marie nodded, "That might be best. It cannot possibly be comfortable laying like that. Do you know where it is?"

Dimitrius chuckled as he held pressed against her and eagerly returned her kisses. "Remind me to thank our daughter when she arrives," he teased between kisses as his hands tenderly caressed her curves and bare skin beneath her dress, "I love you, Ari, and you know very well I didn't mean those things at all."

"Yes." Marreck said as he stood up and cradled Emelaide to his chest. "I brought her there when she made herself sick from overusing her magic." He sighed at the memory before disappearing into the bedroom and laying Emelaide across the bed.

"Sleep well, love." Marreck whispered in her ear before giving her forehead a soft kiss and reutrning to the kitchen.

"I know." Ariala smiled as she shivered lightly under his touch. "I love you too." She smiled as he fingers lifted the hem of his shirt to allow her hands to roam the smooth skin underneath. "And I love when you make it up to me for saying mean things." She winked before resuming their kisses.

"Mar," Emelaide called softly before Marreck could get to far as she turned over and looked at her door sleepily, hoping she wouldn't fall back asleep and hoping he had heard her.

Dimitrius chuckled as he placed tender kisses upon her abdomen, "Me too, my love. Me too. Though I do hope we don't have to fight and I don't have to say mean things for me to be able to 'make it up to you'," Dimitrius teased as the dress slowly shifted upwards with his kisses before slipping over her head as he placed tender kisses upon the bare skin of her torso before lingering upon the base of her neck; his hands roaming across her skin after letting the dress fall upon the arm of the couch behind Ariala's head.

"Yes, Em?" Marreck said, turning on his heel to return to the bedroom where Emelaide was laying across the bed.

Ariala felt her toes curl from Dimitrius's touch as she wrapped one leg around Dimitrius's and gave his lips a few soft kisses. Pulling the shirt over his head and letting it fall to the ground, Ariala brought their bodies back together as she placed kisses against his neck and shoulder.

"Will you sit with me for a little bit? My head hurts so much.." Emelaide whispered as she shifted to make room for Marreck, still laying upon her side as she pressed deeper into the pillows.

"You know, Ria isn't going to be too happy we keep ending up like this," Dimitrius teased as he nibbled gently upon her earlobe between kisses, "Not that I mind, of course," Dimitrius added with a coy grin as he lifted her up and carried her to the bedroom, bringing her lips to his as he laid her upon the bed and slipped within the sheets with her, their kisses never breaking as he hovered over her once more.

"Of course, Em." Marreck said with a concerned smile as he hurried back to the bed and laid beside her, cradling her to his chest protectively. "Sleep, love. I'll be here." He promised as he gave her temple a soft kiss.

"We'll get her afterwards." Ariala decided before putting the thought out of her mind to focus only on Dimitrius as she removed the remaining clothing between them and slipped beneath the sheets to make love to her husband.

"There's a loose floorboard, beneath my bed," Emelaide whispered as she snuggled closer to him, "Right below you. Inside is a music box. Will you take it out and wind it for me? It's music always helps me when I feel the worst. Between having you near and the music playing, I may be able to go home in a few hours," she murmured softly before placing a sleepy kiss upon his cheek, her eyes barely able to stay open as she nearly nodded off to sleep.

"Of course, Em." Marreck assured her as he reached under the bed and wound up the small music box. "Sleep, darling." He murmured in her ear as he cradled her to his chest, the music box playing low in the back ground.

"Shh," Marie insisted as she strained to listen. Hearing the music, Marie stood and went to Emelaide's bedroom. Sighing, Marie leaned in the door frame and looked at Marreck, "How is she? Are the twins alright? They must be growing at a faster rate than usual.. She shouldn't have gotten like this for another week.. She'll probably sleep most of tomorrow as well," warned Marie with a small smile.

"It's normal, nothing to be worried about, Marreck. The twins are simply forming into their genders and their magic is beginning to come and inhabit them. Emelaide's magic, in turn, will be thrown off balance. You must be careful," said Marie softly, yet warningly, as she looked at her sleeping daughter, "not only with your own safety, but with hers as well."

"What can I do?" Marreck asked, worried about Emelaide's safety more then his own. "I mean, how can I keep her safe?" He asked as he looked wide eyed at Emelaide's mother.

"When her magic lowers, keep her warm. When her magic rises, keep her cool. Wake her every six hours and make her eat something, even if it's small. Keep her healthy, above all else. I don't know how long this will last.. for Emelaide it will be harder than any other Winterglade woman.. She is the only female with the gift of temperature - her magic is not meant for such changes," Marie explained softly.

Marreck bit his lower lip as he cradled Emelaide to his chest and placed a small kiss on her temple before resting his forehead against it. "I'm sorry, Em." Marreck sighed, fustrated with himself for her being sick.

Ariala smiled as she curled closer to Dimitrius, her arms wrapped around his neck. "We need to get Dimeria, love. I'm going to have withdrawls if I don't see her soon." She laughed as she rested her chin on Dimitrius's chest.

Marie shook her head as she sat beside Marreck and placed a comforting hand upon his arm as she caressed his cheek with her free hand, "Marreck, my son, do not speak like that. Do not apologize for Emelaide's happiness and your children. She loves you, Marreck, and she loves those little ones growing inside her. She's known the risks ever since she was old enough to comprehend it. She's always known she wanted children, no matter the cost. Meeting you only strengthened that desire. For her, being sick for a few weeks is nothing to go through if it means she is able to bare your children and have the joy of being a mother."

Dimitrius smiled as he placed a tender kiss upon her lips as he lovingly caressed her cheek, "I know how you feel, love. Shall we dress and go after then?"
