Ariala smiled a blissful smile as she leaned her head forward, resting it in the crook of Dimitrius's neck as her leg muscles began to relax. "Mmm, that feels better." She admitted sheepishly before leaning her face back to better see Dimitrius, placing a hand against his cheek. "Thank you." Ariala said as the pain in her leg began to lessen before slowly fading out.

Dimitrius smiled as he leaned into her palm and placed a light kiss upon her wrist. Switching his hands to her other leg, Dimitrius replied softly, "You're welcome, love. I'm just glad you're feeling better and you're alright."

"Of course I'm alright. I'm too tough for any insane mixed pregnancy." Ariala joked lightly as she took Dimitrius's hands in her's and used them to pull herself upwards, pulling him up as well. "I love you, Dimitrius." She said softly as she wound her arms around his waist and giving his lips a tender kiss. "Now maybe my mom had some magic pain away spell?" She offered as she led Dimitrius towards the door.

"We can only hope," Dimitrius said with a warm smile upon his lips as he followed Ariala out of Dimeria's bedroom and down the hallway.

Ariala smiled at her waiting parents and Erreminette-who had taken the time to make some tea-in the kitchen. "Mom, is there something we can do to help ease the burning?" Ariala asked as she leaned into Dimitrius, her arms winding around his waist.

"Well, I have to talk to the herbalist at the castle." Taylyn said as she rubbed her forehead in confusion, Arvan silent at her side. He couldn't help but send a glare at Dimitrius. If Ariala had married someone more appropiate for her then this never would've happened.

Dimitrius sighed as he buried his face in Ariala's hair for a moment to try and calm his heart, guilt overwhelming him again at Arvan's glare. Turning to Arvan, Dimitrius walked over to him and knelt before him, "Arvan, I know this is my fault. I know I'm the one who caused her pain and had she never met me, she wouldn't be going through this right now. But please, you have to believe me when I say that I will do anything to make her feel alright once again. I hate that I'm putting her through this.. Just tell me what I need to do and I'll do it.."

Arvan simply glared at the boy before him before turning his back on his family and striding out the door. "Dimitrius." Taylyn said softly as she outstretched her arm. "Arvan's always been holding grudges. I'll try to talk to him. We'll be in touch after I talk to Havin." She said softly before giving the three younger elves kisses on their foreheads and promptly following after her husband.

Sighing, Dimitrius rested his head against the chair seat. "What am I going to do.."

"Dimitrius." Ariala said softly as she stepped to kneel beside him, putting her arms around his shoulders. "Please, love. Don't beat yourself up over this." Ariala said with a desperate glance up at Erreminette who shrugged sadly, unsure of what to say to make the situation better.

"I'm sorry Ariala, I just.." Dimitrius said softly before sighing heavily and slinking farther to the floor, his body limp as his forehead rested against the chair.

"Dimitrius!" Ariala said a little louder this time as she fell to her knees, holding him together in her arms. "Please, Dimitrius. Don't blame yourself. We both decided this." She said as she took Dimitrius's hand and held it against her stomach. "Can you feel her?" Ariala asked, not expecting a reply as Lily kicked gingerly against her stomach as if summoned by Ariala's voice. "I know this is scary but its all for her. She's getting her magic. This is a good thing." She promised as she rested her forehead against Dimitrius's cheek.

"I would rather her have no magic at all than have you two go through this," Dimitrius whispered softly as her rested his forehead against the small curve of Ariala's stomach, a hand on each side of her waist as he added in a gentle whisper, "I'm so sorry Lily.."

"Ow." Ariala protested as the small elf in her pushed forcibly against the edge of her stomach in anger. "I feel some disagreement going on." Ariala teased as she ran her fingers through Dimitrius's hair. "Perhaps it'd be more peaceful if you'd simply agree with us that this is worth it?" She offered shyly, Lily's constant kicking coming softer now.

Marreck woke first in Cindalina's guest room, his arms still wrapped soothingly around Emelaide's waist and his face resting against the skin of her neck. Giving Emelaide's skina light kiss, marreck tilted his head back as he soaked in how gorgeous his fiancee looked when she was sleeping, a goofy grin settling over his lips.

Chuckling softly, Dimitrius placed tender kisses upon Ariala's abdomen as he whispered softly, "Very well, I submit. This will all be worth it in the end."

Emelaide smiled as she felt Marreck stir beside her. Turning to face him, Emelaide snuggled closer to him in the bed as she placed a light kiss upon his lips, "Good morning."

Ariala giggled childishly as she pulled Dimitrius's face upwards to give him a long kiss. "I love you Dimitrius. Now let's head out to the meadow and have a peaceful afternoon." Ariala smiled softly against his lips with her forehead on his.

Marreck only smiled as he pulled Emelaide closer to him and gave her a tender kiss. "Are you feeling up to moving today, love?" Marreck asked. "I can get Ariala, Dimitrius, and Erre to help me move everything into the house. All you'd have to do is rest and tell us where to put things." He smiled against Emelaide's lips.

"Mm, yes, let's," Dimitrius said with a warm smile as he placed a tender kiss upon her lips.

Emelaide grinned as she leaned into him and returned his kiss, "Mmhmm! I like the sound of moving today. The idea of decorating makes me happy. Don't get me wrong, I love Cindalina's taste, but looking at the same room day in and day out? It gets a bit frustrating with the lack of scenery," Emelaide laughed with a final kiss.

"Perfect." Ariala grinned happily as she rose to her feet, bringing Dimitrius with her. "Erre could you get Dimeria and meet us in the meadow?" She asked her friend as she walked over to the basket Dimitrius had begun to prepare for them.

"Sure thing." Erreminette said as she glided over to her friend's side, kissing her temple before winking at Dimitrius. "Keep her safe, alright?" She teased before walking out the door back to her cousin's home.

"Then move we shall." Marreck promised. "We'll get some breakfast and shower and then we'll be out of Cindalina's hair." He said as he moved off the bed, stretching his back as he stood.

"I'll try my best to keep you safe, but I can't guarantee it with your knack for getting into life-threatening predicaments," Dimitrius teased as he placed light feathery kisses upon Ariala's neck. Grinning against her skin, Dimitrius added teasingly, his hand slipping around her waist to caress her stomach, "Do both of you promise to be on your best behavior today?"

"Does this mean I can finally be off bedrest?" Emelaide inquired, her eyes becoming bright at the possibility. "Or am I to bathe in a basin like usual," Emelaide added with a frown, "For if it is that then I will have to strangle that doctor of ours."

"We promise." Ariala smiled against Dimitrius's lips before walking over to the picnic basket and placing the finishing items in it. "Ready to go?" She asked as she hooked the handle of the basket on her arm and slipped her free hand into Dimitrius's.

Erreminette walked casually back to her cousin's home where she heard Liah rambling on about some thing or another before she even opened the door. "Dimeria? Liah?" Erreminette called as she stepped inside the door, looking around for the small elves.

"You'll have to take a bath." Marreck said with a small frown. "Do you think that you could simply follow the doctor's orders?" He asked, only half teasing her.

"Ready," Dimitrius agreed with a smile as he placed a light kiss upon her cheek before leading her out of their home.

"Shh, Erre's home! She'll find us if we're not quiet!" Dimeria said quickly through giggles before covering her mouth with her hands.

Crossing her arms, Emelaide's fingers tapped in annoyance upon her forearms, a scowl set upon her lips. "Not willingly, no."

"When is he to return? I wish to see if there is something he can do about letting me out of bed at least once a day. Not being able to move is killing my legs and back," Emelaide added softly as she leaned back on her pillows and looked over at Marreck, her features softening into a smile as she took in the sight of him, how handsome he looked.

"I think there's two little girls in here who want to go the meadow to play." Erreminette called with a smile as her cousin waved from behind the counter, sipping at some tea. "But maybe they can just stay here and I'll go have the picnic with Dimitrius and Ariala by myself." Erreminette teased.

"I'm sure we can figure something out if its hurting you." Marreck smiled down at his fiancee before leaning forward to give her a small kiss. "What would you like for breakfast, darling?" Marreck asked.

"Picnic?" Dimeria exclaimed as she jumped up from behind the couch and ran to Erreminette, "When? When?"

"An omelet with the works, and some of that juice you make. Oh! And make sure there's a lot of vegetables in the omelet, and I mean a lot. And I want as many different kinds of cheeses as you can find," Emelaide said as her stomach began to growl, her mouth watering. Blushing, Emelaide looked up at Marreck with a small smile, "And some toast with marmalade. Perhaps some mango slices too?"

Erreminette laughed as well when Liah hopped out from from behind the couch and ran over to Erreminette, locking one of her hands inside the larger elves' one. "That's what I thought." Erreminette teased. "If you two are ready then we can leave now." Erreminette said.

"I'm ready." Liah said as she pushed her hair behind her ear before putting her thumb in her mouth.

"Sounds good." Marreck smiled before kissing her forehead. "I'll be back." He said before getting up from the bed and wandering into the kitchen to make breakfast for Emelaide and Cindalina as well.

"Ready," Dimeria said with a laugh as her fingertips lightly clutched Erreminette's dress.

"Thank you," Emelaide called softly as she settled back into the pillows, shifting on the bed once more to try and get into a more comfortable position, much to the protest of the twins inside her.

"I'm sorry my darlings, but Mama is in quite a bit of pain right now, and I'm afraid you two little dears aren't making it any easier on her," Emelaide whispered as she clutched her stomach, wishing they'd stop protesting her moving around.

"Let's go then." Erreminette grinned as she mouthed a thank you to her cousin before leading the two girls outside the house and down the rope ladder to go the meadow.

Marreck whistled an old Spring Elf tune to himself as he prepared Emelaide's breakfast, not leaving anything out. After preparing two plates of the breakfast along with two glasses of the berry juice Marreck left one out for Cindalina when she woke up before returning to the bedroom where Emelaide was resting.
