Cindalina blushed, "Yes yes of course! Forgive me, child, I'm afraid I'm getting senile in my old years!" she added as she ushered the group inside.

Dimitrius chuckled, "I'll be back in a bit, you girls have fun talking about the wedding while I'm gone."

With that, he placed a tender kiss upon Ariala's lips before heading off in the direction of the Palace.

"Aww." Erreminette laughed after Dimitrius left. "You two are sickeningly sweet together." She added with a wink.

"And now I get to keep him forever." Ariala smiled happily, a blush coloring her cheeks. "If we could just figure out a color scheme." She scowled slightly. "But you two will help, right?"

"Em?" Marreck called as he reached Emelaide's cottage, knocking on her door. Without waiting for an answer, Marreck entered the cottage. "Em? Where are you?" He asked.

Emelaide, having just changed her nightgown and started a fire, was just about to head back to bed when she heard Marreck's voice. "Marreck?"

Getting back out of bed, Emelaide walked to her door and opened it, "Marreck? What are you doing here? Didn't Dimitrius tell you I said not to come so you don't get sick? Don't tell me he sent you here because of your fight.."

"Oh, Dimitrius told me that you were sick. He also told me that you didn't want me to come." Marreck said, moving to wrap his arms around Emelaide's waist and place a tender kiss on her forehead. "But I haven't seen you in a day or so and it was driving me crazy." He admitted, resting his forehead on her's.

Emelaide smiled as she wrapped her arms around his neck, "I missed you too, Marreck. But you really shouldn't have come, what if you get sick? I don't want you getting sick on my account, I'll be fine I promise."

Sighing, she hugged him, resting her head on his shoulder as she whispered softly against his neck, "But I can't say I'm too upset; I'm glad you don't listen to me.. I'd have gone crazy not being able to see your for a whole nother week," she added with a tender kiss upon his neck, feeling that contact safe as long as they didn't kiss on the mouth.

"I wouldn't mind getting sick." Marreck smiled into her hair, taking in her cool scent. "As long as I get to spend time with you." He said as he held her closer. "Though it would be much more rewarding to be able to kiss you without worrying about getting sick." He smiled, tilting her face upwards by her chin. "I love you." He whispered, placing a kiss on her nose.

"I love you too," she said softly, fighting the urge to kiss him, "Which is why I want to be cautious and not get you sick." Brushing her nose against his, she added in a whisper, "But your not making it easy, you know.."

"I know." Marreck smiled. "You really should get your rest." He said slyly before sweeping his arm under her knees and pulling her against his chest. Running to the bed with inhuman speed, Marreck laid emelaide down and tucked her in. "Its amazing." He said as he laid beside her and kissed her forehead. "You're still beautiful even when you're sick." He said quietly as he stroked the length of her jaw.

Snuggling against him, Emelaide leaned over him, the tips of her hair brushing against his cheek, "I'm not that sick, it's just a small cold because I was a ditz and didn't want to listen to Dimitrius. If I had, I wouldn't be in this mess and I'd be able to do the one thing I'm trying not to do."

Putting her hand over his, Emelaide kissed his wrist before leaning in and placed a tender kiss upon his forehead and the tip of his nose. Leaning back, Emelaide leaned her cheek into his palm as she gently caressed it with her thumb, "You're not making it easy to control myself, though.. you're simply making it harder and harder not to kiss you.."

"I think I'm willing to risk it." Marreck said quietly before leaning forward and giving her a long kiss. His lips moved slowly over Emelaide's before he parting her lips with his tongue. His hand moved to cup her face as he pulled her closer to his lips, slipping his hand into her hair.

Leaning against him, Emelaide eagerly returned his kisses, her hand slipping into his hair as her other rested on his chest beneath her own. The moment his lips touched hers, all of her worries went out the window and all she could think about was his touch, his lips, and his tongue caressing her own.

Marreck's free hand wrapped around Emelaide's waist, pressing her closer to him, as he pressed his lips eagerly against her's. Marreck sucked gently on her lower lip before the deepening the kiss again, his tongue exploring her mouth as the hand in her hair tightened slightly.

Emelaide moaned softly as she returned his kisses. "I love you," she murmured softly between kisses. Slipping out of his embrace, Emelaide shifted so that her knees were on each side of his hips, her nightgown riding up a bit but still covering her completely, loosely draping around her as one hand gently caressed his waist beneath his shirt while the other tenderly caressed his neck and pulled his lips closer to hers.

Breaking away from the kiss, Emelaide looked down into his eyes and whispered softly, "S-sorry.. I wasn't thinking.. Should I stop?"

"Em." Marreck sighed, his voice almost tortured. "You know I don't want to stop." He said as he pulled Emelaide against him so that her body lined perfectly against his own. "But we should stop. If we don't then I'm afraid I don't think I'll be able to stop before things went to far." He said before giving her a long kiss, moving her to lie next to him. Wrapping his arms around her, Marreck cradled her to his chest. "You're to tempting for your own good." He laughed softly.

Emelaide blushed as she wrapped her arm around his waist and cuddled against him, resting her head against his chest, "I'm sorry.. It truly wasn't my intention.. Forgive me.."

"I'm not blaming you for anything." Marreck laughed quietly, lifting her chin to give her a gentle kiss on the lips. "You have nothing to be sorry for, love." He said softly. "I just don't want to get carried away and end up rushing things between. I plan on cherishing you forever." He said, giving her another kiss as he held her close to him. "I love you."

Reaching her hand up to gently caress his cheek, Emelaide returned his kisses, murmuring softly between each kiss, "I love you too. And I know you don't want to rush things, I don't either, I promise you it wasn't my intention tonight. As for cherishing me forever, I look forward to it, for I couldn't imagine my life without you, Marreck.. not now that you've entered it.."

"I know it wasn't your intention, love." Marreck smiled. "I love you as well." He said before pausing to give her a kiss. "And I always will." He added before resuming kissing her gently.

Returning his kisses, Emelaide smiled as she gently caressed his cheek, "I'll always love you too."

"You really should rest." Marreck sighed as he broke away from their kisses. "I can't have you being sick." He said queitly, resting his forehead on her's.

Brushing her nose softly against his, Emelaide whispered softly, "Aye, I should, but I'd much rather continue kissing you."

After placing a tender kiss upon his lips, Emelaide snuggled back down into his arms, her cheek gently resting against his chest, "But I suppose I'll do as you say, if we kiss anymore I'm afraid you'll end up catching my cold, and I don't want that to happen."

"I don't think I'd mind a cold." Marreck said as he rested his chin in her hair. "especially not if it meant kissing you." He said. "But considering you do need rest. Perhaps you should just sleep." He said quietly, grinding his teeth together to fight back a shiver as the room had gotten dramatically colder in th last few minutes.

Emelaide rubbed her eyes, "You're probably right.. but you'd best get more blankets and add a lot more wood to the fire, my magic is going to go a bit haywire during the night.. If you'd rather sleep in the living room with the fire, I'd understand.. I don't think you'll get much sleep in here.."

"Where are your spare blankets?" Marreck asked he placed more wood on the fire so that it grew to twice its size. "And I guess this means that I won't have to suffer through wedding plans at Cindalina's then?" He asked, not trying to keep the smile off of his face.

Ariala sat at the table, discouraged. "There's so many decisions." She sighed. "I wish I was just able to walk down the aisle without having to worry about what flowers to use, which color scheme to have, and the seating chart for the reception first." She sighed.

"We'll help you." Erreminette promised as she sat beside Ariala. "I think that you should have a color scheme that has one color representing Winter Elves and one for Spring Elves. Kind of a blending of the cultures. That is you and Dimitrius, isn't it?" She suggested.

Emelaide practically smacked her forehead as he mentioned the wedding, "No, no, you should go.. Ari would want you there, she wouldn't want you to miss it on account of me, she'd never forgive me. I'll be fine by myself, I promise."

Getting out of bed and going to her closet, Emelaide stood on her toes and pulled a couple of comforters from the top shelf and set them on her bed. Turning to Marreck, she slipped her arms around his waist and placed a tender kiss upon his lips, "I'll see you when you're finished, alright?"
