"Yes." Ariala said excitedly, giving Dimitrius a small kiss before turning back to the small group. "We'll see you again soon." She said, hugging all of them before turning to Cindalina. "Thank you again." She said softly as she put her arms around Cindalina.

Taking Dimitrius's hand, Ariala turned to him. "I'm ready now." She smiled.

Dimitrius nodded goodbye at the group as he picked Ariala up, cradling her in his arms with a grin as he walked down the isle to the carriage. "I love you," he whispered softly as he placed her in the carriage. Giving her one last quick kiss, he shut the door and hurried around to the other side, stepping on the floor to boost himself up over the top to wave goodbye to the group as they emerged from the Church. Slipping into the carriage, Dimitrius took Ariala's hand and placed a tender kiss upon it, "I'm glad we did this, Mrs. Cordei. I get to keep you forever this much sooner."

"You already get to keep me forever." Ariala smiled, giving Dimitrius a small kiss. "This is just a more formal way of saying it." She laughed, curling to Dimitrius's side. "I love you." She said, putting a hand behind Dimitrius's neck and pulling him closer for a tender kiss.

Returning her kisses, Dimitrius grinned as he pulled her close, his excitement barely able to be contained. He still couldn't believe that she was his wife. The beautiful, darling, perfect Spring Elf known as Ariala Gallagher - correction, Ariala Cordei - was officially his wife for now and forever! Nothing, nothing, could get better than this.

Ariala fought back a smile as her other hand slid around Dimitrius's back, pressing him against her. She deepened the kiss slightly, shifting to sit on his lap. "I love you." She whispered quietly between kisses, moving her arms so that they both wrapped around his neck. "Forever."

His hands slid to her back as he pressed her tighter against him. "I love you too, my darling, beloved wife, for so much longer than forever," he murmured softly between kisses as he held her close glad that the ride was still an hour and forty-five minutes longer so they could stay like this for just a bit more.

Ariala moved one of her hands to trace the length of Dimitrius's neck, her lips never moving from his. Ariala sighed as she broke the kiss, resting her head in the crook of his neck. She worked to keep her breathing even as her body seemed to race with adrenaline under Dimitrius's kisses. Her lips pressed against the base of Dimitrius's neck gently, creating a trail back to his lips where she slipped her tongue between his lips.

Returning her kisses, Dimitrius moaned softly as her tongue entered his mouth. Sucking her tongue softly to lengthen the kiss, his hand lightly slid to her thigh, where he caressed her soft, smooth skin. As his fingertips lightly trailed up and down her thigh, he eagerly returned her kisses as his tongue roamed her mouth.

Ariala pressed her body closer to Dimitrius's as his hand traveled across her thigh. Her lips moved to Dimitrius's jaw, leaving kisses on their way to his ear. Sucking gently on his earlobe, Ariala whispered quietly, "I love you, Dimitrius."

Dimitrius shuddered lightly under her kisses as his hand slipped out from under her dress and pressed softly against her back as he whispered, "I love you too Ariala, my darling wife," he added with a grin as he softly caressed her cheek and brought her lips back to his own.

Ariala smiled into his kiss before breaking away and shifting to Dimitrius's side. Cuddling against him, Ariala looped her arms around Dimitrius's waist. "Have you ever been to this cottage?" She asked curiously, her head resting against his chest.

Resting his hand on her side after looping his around around her back, Dimitrius shook his head, "No, not ever. I honestly didn't know she had one. This must be where she went when she needed to get away from the news that my mother was pregnant again. She disappeared for awhile awhile, you see. We never knew where she went and she never said after she came back. Just claimed she needed to 'Get away from it all'. It'll be interesting to explore, hm?"

"Yes." Ariala said dreamily. "I wonder what it looks like. How long have we been traveling?" She asked before ducking her head slightly to hide a blush. "I haven't been keeping track of the time."

Dimitrius chuckled, "Neither have I, but we must have been traveling for a couple of hours because if you look outside your window, you'll see our cottage."

Across a fast field of snow, there was a small lake frozen over and smooth enough to skate on. On the other side of the pond, was a small stone cottage that was picture perfect just like on the postcards you see when looking at scenes of the countrysides of England.

Surrounding the small stone cottage, was a stone fence with a black cast-iron gate. In the backyard, was a tall pine-tree and a large, bare maple tree with a swing hooked to it.

"Oh." Ariala gasped in surprise when she saw it. "Its perfect." She squealed happily as the carriage came to a stop in front of the cottage.

Slipping out of Dimitrius's arms, Ariala leaped out of the small carriage and stared up at the stone cottage. "Its beautiful." She said, running her fingers over the smooth stone fence. Ariala moved back to the cottage, taking her bags. "I wonder what it looks like on the inside." Ariala pondered out loud as she waited for Dimitrius.

Dimitrius chuckled as he followed her out of the carriage. Slipping his arms around her waist, Dimitrius placed a tender kiss upon her neck and took the bags from her hand, "You go and explore. I'll get us settled in," he whispered against her neck before placing another tender kiss upon her soft skin and turning back to the carriage to get the rest of the bags.

"If you insist." Ariala smiled, taking off for the wooden door.

The inside of the cottage was just as beautiful as the outside. The kitchen was almost rustic looking, copper pots and pans hanging above a small stone island. Ariala ran her fingers over the counter before leaving to look in the living room. A comfortable looking chair and a broken in couch faced a small fireplace with a stone mantel. Ariala grinned happily as she took in the look of the small home, it was cozy in every way.

Ariala explored the rest of the rooms, finding a small broom closet and a bathroom in a hallway off of the living room. She lingered for a moment in the bedroom, seeing a large bed with a deep blue bedding. Blushing a dark shade of pink, Ariala made her way back to the kitchen to wait for Dimitrius.

Thanking the driver after he told Dimitrius of his plans to stay at a nearby Inn until the couple was ready to leave, Dimitrius made his way inside with their bags. Looking around, he saw Ariala in the kitchen. Smiling he headed over to her, "Finished exploring already? Did you find the bedroom? Auntie must have packed our entire wardrobe by the weight of these suitcases."

"Yes, its down here." Ariala said, taking her bag and leading Dimitrius to the bedroom. Moving to the closet, Ariala began to put away her clothes in the closet. Humming quietly to herself, Ariala noticed a few new items she hadn't seen before. The dresses were gorgeous. Ariala saw a mirror hanging inside the closet door and turned to hold a emerald green dress up to her body. It matched her eyes perfectly, she realized with a smile before hanging it in the closet.

Moving to the closet on the opposite side, Dimitrius began unpacking his clothes as well, glancing over at Ariala with a smile as she held up the clothing to herself. When he'd finished, he moved to the dresser on the same side of the room and finished unpacking his things.

"Are you hungry?" Ariala asked once she was done unpacking and moved over to Dimitrius. "I didn't check to see if the kitchen was stocked so I'm not entirely sure if we do have any food here." She frowned as she moved to the kitchen. "I can always grow things but the landscape is gorgeous as it is, I wouldn't want to change it."

Dimitrius nodded as he followed her, "Sure, cook whatever you'd like. And I'm sure Auntie had the cleaning crew stock the cupboards and icebox, so whatever you feel like making is fine with me. My only request is that I have a cup of tea."

Ariala smiled as she realized the kitchen was brimming with food. She found bowtie pasta in the back of one of the cupboards, putting on water to boil. "I was digging through some of my mother's old recipes." Ariala said to Dimitrius. "I think I'm going to try to make macaroni and cheese. But if it comes out awful, you can't pretend to like it and eat it anyways." Ariala laughed, finding milk in the icebox and setting some to warm up. After heating up the oven, she moved to find a brick of cheese and began shredding it.

Dimitrius chuckled, "I promise, I won't lie if it tastes aweful. Do you want any help?"

"No." Ariala said, her brow furrowed in concentration. "I can do this." She said, stirring the shredded cheese into the milk along with a bit of cornstarch for the sauce to thicken. She moved to the sink, draining the pasta and rinsing it before pouring it into a casserole dish. Ariala poured the cheese sauce over top of the noodles and mixed it gently beofre topping it with breadcrumbs and placing it in the oven.

"There." She said as she placed the dishes in the sink. "I think that'll do."
