As for me... well, on Mene I'm just playing Tetris as usual and managing my art auction basically. xDD;; Real life has been hectic due to Typhoon Ketsana, so I can only post sparingly. ^^;; Plus, the end of the semester is nearing, so, yeah. >.<;; Cramming ensues~ xDD;;

Past few days have stunk... I've got a tummy bug, so work has been hell.

I went to the doctor today, she confirmed that what I had a few weeks ago was just a bad type of flu. -_-; And prescribed like 800 meds and therapy. XD;;

It's okay. It's probably a standard viral gastroenteritis.... GI bugs suuuuck.

Aw, well I'm glad it was just a kind of flu. Though it's not a variety I'm familiar with. Jace just got nailed with that. And it proves the exact reason I don't want a damn flu shot. Not even 24 hours after he had to get one for work he was puking his guts out. I don't think he's ever really had the flu like that with the vomiting, body aches, headaches and overall crappy feelings. He didn't seem to know what was coming. Poor guy.

Ugh, poor thing. D: I actually find the flu shot helps me immensely. I get the flu for a bit after, but only have to worry about colds/bronchitis/pneumonia during the winter. XD I used to get the flu twice a month when I was little. I hate my immune system. >:

Ew, I'm sorry. T~T; That's like me and strep when I was younger or me and sinus infections now. But yeah, if I get those shots I will come down with the full out flu, which defeats the purpose of me getting it in the first place as I only get it once a year to once every two years.

Oh man, I had strep basically NON-STOP. Turns out I was a carrier for it. And because we didn't know at the time I was allergic to the strep medication, I kept getting impetigo. ><';;;;;

It was fun. <3 And eh, I think curlier hair is easier for everyone. XD

xD actually, as. At least half the artists I've seen/lurked around hate doing curly hair. I personally find it easier because it gives you the shape to shade by.

I'm sorry. ;o; The doctor actually prescribed insomnia meds for me today, which I'm wary about. But I have all the classic anxiety-induce insomnia symptoms. Largely the being in a perfectly great mood, crawling into bed and suddenly everything floods me and I panic and can't turn my brain off.

Well, the allergy didn't surface for years. There was no signs of it and impetigo is a known side-effect to strep. XD I was always cutting my ankles and heels on my boots, and because of the allergy they'd itch, I'd scratch and tada, super infected heel.

Well, I agree about the shading, so that's weird. XD Straight hair you're just all, 'woo *straight line* =A='. I love adding curls and swoops.

I think the whole site has been slow for me, but then again I lurk and hide in here since I don't have a shop anymore and AC pisses me off. I don't really have anyone to come visit and chat with most of the time and I'm in a constant crappy mood....

Mm, it's not in the music. He was very active in humanitarian and political activities. Most places like Wiki won't really say about the racism, which was directed primarily at white people. From what I'm told the racial slurs like "cracker" etc were used fairly frequently.

Ahhh. You know, I know it's a horribly offensive term, but cracker amuses me just a bit for how silly an insult it is at face value. If we didn't know it as a racial term and a child told you that on the playground, you'd just sort of give them a big 'wtf?'. Guess I'm salty and square. But i'd rather be a ritz bit.
