Not really a toy but my brother had a halloween mask of the dude from Tales from The Crypt and it freaked me out when I was small.

These days old dolls (the ones on the stands) and puppets ventriloquists use freak me out.

ROFL I never had any,
but my brother did of dinosaurs.
When we were very young, around 4 - 8, we were very big jurrassic park fans,
and my brother had alot of dinosaur toys, and we used to play with it.
Yes I had a dinosaur too, ha ha ha >> :D

Anyways. My father is very good in making scetches of animals, so he
drew a T-Rex (I think it was) on a blackboard in my brothers room.

So one night I woke up, my brother was calling our parrents on the top of
the stairs, and they had to move all the dinosaurs out of his room, cause
the dinosaur on the blackboard was too real and he was scared now
ROFL WHAhahaha aw sorry bro but that was just funny xD

I don't think my toys ever gave me nightmares, but I used to have weird dreams about being in a middle of a field closed off by a fence where there was a pack of wolves loose in there with me.
And then other strange things like my grandpa turned into a horror movie. Hahaha ^^;

I couldnt really call them nightmares but I did have horrible dreams about Care Bears! I dont know why I just didnt like them! I always liked decapitating them though! Yeah I know its weird but I really hated them!!
