I joined in October just after "the new layout" and fishing was introduced. It's amazing to see how far this site has come in terms of polish and art. Very awesome.

I joined just before fishing, too. I never bothered to play it, but I might now if we had it. Too bad it's gone.

It's interesting that the guy who made the name up initially pronounced it minutaie, and we don't xD

But only fitting too, as the site because something completely different when Josh bought the domain, so it was right for the way the name was said to change, as it meant something new ^^

I remember the old games, mainly fishing. I really liked that game. :) But I love Tetris at the moment.

I joined in March of 07 and I remember the old layout and stuff, at that time I was more active here and whatnot. Though I'm trying to get back into Mene. :D

I loved the fishing game, so much so I revolved my original charity idea
around it because you had to have gold to get the fishing license (I think thats how it went) but yeah I joined somewhere in 07 and a lot of the members were literate and friendly. They are still now but not nearly that many oldbies are still around, I don't think.

Wow I'm a spring chicken compared to this! I'm only 4 months old and I only remember the current layout, which I must say has evolved quite a bit since the early days. It's interesting to see that the Healing cloak really did work properly with the hair. I wonder why it now seems to glitch? No biggie though as I did find a hair I can wear with it and not look entirely bald. Yay.

It worked properly. Then something broke and it didn't. So something that was broken was fixed, but fixing it caused other things to break... It'll be fixed again sometime once we figure out a better way of fixing the problem. >_>;

I remember when everything you wanted was like under 1k. xDD (CI and EI wise anyway, I think the only exception to this were the Vdays, -unsure-)

the first user ran event was the carnival.. i joined during or a couple days before it.
i miss the fishing! well i miss allot of stuff.

I remember when I came here from another tiny, crappy forum that has since died. And this one seemed really giant because I never went on Gaia.

And the only game was the card one where I always lost all my gold.

I tended to stay away from the old games since you would loose money on them.
