I might have got too much cause I didn't write down how much I needed so I forgot.

lol. me too. i just wrote down what i needed and got packages of things. lol.

but i forgot strawberries... i think im going to ask my mom to bring it with the cream cheese. or maybe we can go and get it when she gets here.

its wiggly and it was in the over for like 2 hours! i dont know what im supposed to do. its like way too much cheesecake, i think we were supposed to make half of what we did. lol. but i have yet to try any. so i dont know if it tastes good. did yours turn out?

I left it in the oven for over the hour too. It was a little wiggly still when I took it out but I've left it for like 5 hours. The centre was still a bit none cheesecakey but the outsides was good. :XD It's in the fridge. Tasted all right though.

i cut it and put a slice in the freezer and it tasted awesome! im so glad i made it!

the rest of it is in the fridge and im going to have it for dessert. James brought home hamburgers so we are having it for dinner.

My brother came round today, Izzy was wearing an AC/DC tshirt. She looked so cute in it. I was still doin me cheesecake when they come. I had to give Izzy back to get it out of the oven.

lol. awesome. but your right, babies and ovens only work out if its Veal. lol

my roommate has been loving the cheesecake so i think i did a great job on it. at first i was worried because of the wiggly and jiggly but it turned out great after we put it in the fridge for a few hours. thanks for the recipie its great!

Yeah mines gone better now it's been in the fridge overnight. I was bad and had cheesecake for breakfast. :XD

I had a cleaning urge so the kitchen is near spotless. I ran out of cleaner though. Gonna nip to the Spar in the morning cause I'm not at work till 1pm.

My Dad is takin my mum out on Sunday so I can make her mother's day heart cake. :D

lol, i vacuumed the stairs today. its the second time its been done and i did it the first time too. so i guess i was on a cleaning trend too. but not really all that hardcore considering all i did was vacuum. lol.

see i knew if you talked to your dad he would be able to help. so what kind of cake are you going to make? chocolate? vanilla? red velvet?

I think I might do chocolate, I've got some chocolate icing I haven't used yet. I've got a heart shaped cake mould I might be a bit mush and do her a heart chocolate one.

i think red velvet would be super extravagant. and if you have the stuff for, you should do that. but chocolate is ok too. red velvet might also be too mushy you know?

To be honest I don't know what red velvet is. :XD I was hoping to slide by on that one.

are you going to try it some day do you think? i had it once. i think its too dense for me. i like the light and fluffy kind of desserts.

so James got a job, in the radio station he wanted to and he works weekends getting more then minimum wadge. he is one lucky bastard and im just as proud as i am jealous. i want a job in my field so baddly and nothing. i dont even get call backs or interviews and he isnt even graduated yet and he has what he wants. but its so great that he has a great job.

Yeah I think I'll give it a go some time.

yeah i know... im really proud of him. he is doing so well. his lowest grade is like a 82 or something. he is awesome and he is finally getting a break. well he is still working a lot since he is working there and volunteering there and going to school. but by june it will all work out better.

and its my birthday on sunday and we are going to go dance in the park. its going to be awesome. and im going out tonight, im doing my nails right now and im going to do my makeup after i eat lunch. and do it again after work since i cant be all goth'd up for work.

well im off to dance in the park today for my birthday. its going to be so much fun. and the weather worked out too. its going to be +10 and sunny and then later in the evening rain. so people who have evening plans are cancelling and that opens people up to come to mine which is in the early afternoon! im excited!
