i didnt know that about the womens, but i did know that the canadian womans team is like a fuck tonne better then every other team. it always has been. back when it started,, canadian's womens team won by 38 points. thats retarded! its just that there arnt many countries that even have a womens hockey league. and canada's is bigger then the US's. so we kinda rule that department.

i saw it last night. it was pretty cool.

I watched USA and erm Sweden I think it was, womens. Every time one of them hit someone they did a powerplay and the commentator said they aren't allowed to body check in the womens one. ¬_¬ They probably think we're too weak for that.

I fell asleep before it came on last night.

Mens semi-final is on in a couple of hours though.

I seem to only watch it when the stupid curling is on. I've seen it like 10 times and still don't understand what they're doing. :gonk:

lol in curling you want to get your stone closest to the red dot as possible at the end and make the others as far from it as possible, and you can only do it by hitting them with your stones. they brush in front to remove as much friction as possible and dont sweep to let it slow down.

its actually really hard to do well.

There's tons of curling on. It's on all the time.

America just beat Finland in ice hockey. So if your guys beat Slovakia you'll get a chance to get back at them for that other match. :XD

i still dont think we will win, ill cheer for them and all, but i dont think we will win. the American hockey team is better then the Canadian team. you can see it from watching them play.

i was watching the bobsled and your team fell over and i was concerned and then they got out and got all pissy about it and i was like " way to represent your country man" lol. people sometimes.

Some guy at MacDonalds today told me to move out of the fucking way..there was plenty of room between me and the wall for him to pass easily..I had an urge to push his tray into his face but I resisted.

I missed all of Canada's other matches. :XD I may miss this one tonight because it's on at 3am my time.

It's mostly the people younger than me. From what I've seen after my generation people stopped teaching manners and how to be polite.

yeah, a lot of young people have no respect here. and i hate to say it but its the children of immigrants that are the worst for it. all the kids who are like " i guess im Scottish, but really we have been here so long were just Canadian" those kids are awesome. the "im Italian! this country sucks! we should go back to Italy" those kids suck. and its not just Italians. Muslims of all varieties, Greeks, other European countries etc. now that im thinking about it, ive never heard it from the Chinese or the Japanese. or anyone from south America. but whatever. the point is that most kids dont appreciate our country being awesome! and better then their 'homeland'. honestly, thats why they moved here in the first place! and i feel like, if they dont like it, they can go back to their war torn country and die. or their bankrupt country and have no job and then die. lol

I don't tend to pay much attention to people. I usually have my headphones in so I can't hear anything but metal.

I'm cleaning tomorrow. I was going to do it today but then I ended up waiting for ice hockey (and falling asleep and missing it) and refereeing cat fights over my bed and couldn't be bothered today. So I'm gonna get up early tomorrow and do it then instead.

Yeah, most of the matches have been at stupid o'clock in the morning my time and every time I've tried to stay up to watch it I've fallen asleep.

If you can afford it go for it. I can't afford anything till next Friday at the earliest. Taffy used all my money at the vets and I think I need to take him back. But going to the PDSA instead because they are for people who can't really afford it. They treat them for just a donation so it's like whatever you can afford.
