-has been spacey the last few days, mainly because of thinking about how to approach my mom about moving my desk and buying a couple bookcases for my room -- and now I'm working on moving totes out of the house so we can put the desk in their place, then there's the cleaning off my desk, putting everything into a tote and all my make up into a drawers, then there's setting up the bookcases and reorganizing my books and movies, then there's getting my books out of storage :gonk: So much to do yet so little time! Good thing it's summer and my friend said she'd help me with it all xD;-

A while back we started cleaning out the house since we had just bought a new storage shed. So I had to pack a loooot of things into bins and move them into it. All my books and a lot of my movies are in there. D: Alone. Scared.
But I love moving stuff around. It gives the room a whole new perspective, and I like change(furniture change... not life change 8D). Usually I do a lot of that stuff myself. Then I get yelled at for not asking for help. DX AFTER I've completely finished!

I have to climb seriously steep , old rickety stairs to get to the upstairs of my grandparents house, and that's where we need to store the totes T_T
I took 3 totes, two full of scrapbook stuff and pictures (you can just imagine how heavy THOSE were) and a Christmas one (which wasn't too heavy), along with 2 boxes, one full of books, one full of pictures and stuff for scrapbooking~
(All the scrapbooking stuff is for my senior scrapbook I have to make next year for English <333)

The same thing happens to me~
The only people who offer to help -while- I'm doing things are my grandparents, but of course I refuse to let them help :/
I unfortunately had to have my grandpa help me today though T_T
The way I was carrying one tote up the stairs, I ended up almost falling backwards and losing my balance more than once, so for the last 4-5 stairs I had to have him come up and make sure I didn't fall 'cause I knew he could catch both me and the tote if I started to fall without falling himself~
(Even in his 70s, he's -wicked- strong <3333)
After that he was tired out 'cause of the stairs and he felt bad for not being able to help with the rest, but I was fine with the rest of it so he didn't have to worry :3
Tomorrow I've got to finish it up though :gonk:

Buuuut, I got a good portion done tonight - Imma be sore in the morning though xD;

I like furniture change as well :3
I move my room around every few months or so~

It wasn't really him to be technical - it was his game~
He had the volume up on his Runescape game and his computer is in the room right outside my door~
And since I have a fear of doors being shut (afraid I'll get locked in due to claustrophobia xD; ), I have to have my door open, so I could hear it and it ended up waking me up~
So it wasn't like he did it on purpose - he just thought it wasn't loud enough for me to hear~

When he was still at home, I had to get up and tell him so many times to turn his stuff down. I have sensitive hearing, and could hear it from down the hall, and it made it really hard for me to sleep.

I use to play it a bit when I was in Middle School.
It was a short phase, though. Grew out of it.

My brother is the same.
I'd ask him and he'd just get really pissed but finally turn it down, or sometimes just yell at me and not bother to change it.
Other times he would turn it down but then after awhile it'd inch back up. But I can hear just about anything if its on. My hearing really is very sensitive. So he could have it on low and barely be able to hear it (I think his hearing sucks from listening to stuff so loud all the time) and I could hear it perfectly in my room.

Yeah, being so close to his room would definently make it worse. I dont think I would be able to stand it if I was with my brother. His music would hurt my ears when I was across the house.
