My first item was the makeup and that took maybe a day? I've only been a member for a week I think, hard to say since my days run together. ^-^; But it won't be for awhile until I complete my outfit since I'm moving cross country in two weeks and have less time on the computer. I suck at most games and I'm a bit shy but I'm determined to fix that. xD Aside from my slight impatience I think I'm doing pretty well at earning gold. I definitely like this site and how friendly people are here.

A day but probaly under 24hrs. I thought it was too embarasing to go around with my avi half naked ;) Wasted er I mean spent alot of time playing some games :p I've only just joined the otehr day too. Found some nice fireflies as a background that I want to save up for next.

Me too ^-^ I was suprised at how nice people here are. Other forums people have already developed their clichs and friend circles. So it's hard to feel welcome or less like a newbie. It probably helps that there are so many sections here so theres a place for everyone.

The shirt was first, and I got that the first night.

The pants came next sometime this afternoon, then the shoes (I wanted sandals though). The belt was last, and I'm not happy with it because I wanted something that would cover the gap between the shirt and the jeans.

It took my hours just to buy a decent pair of pants. Bit of a shame, really, considering that we start out with only undergarments. Wouldn't it seem decent to allow us a small bit of gold to start with so we can buy a least a shirt or something?

I remember that my first official piece of clothing here on Menewsha was my wonderful Cloak of Healing, back in May of 2007. D:

I'll tell you when it happens! No, I literally just joined about 10 minutes ago and I'm working on it. The games are harder than I'd thought they be but I've always sucked really hard at any type of game. With all that said, I can't wait to put some trousers on. :P

For this account, I got my pants (400g) in about an hour. On my main account about 4 days because I was holding out and not wanting to spend my money XD

I need just over 3k to do the outfit I want, so at this point, having two of the items, I need about 2.5k to finish. I'll get there eventually. Haha.

The first Item I bought was the Bubbly Summer top. =)

I think it's really cute. The blue matches well with the blond hair. Maybe look for bracelets or gloves next.

I made this outfit based on this Sprite (which I think I got pretty close with)



Why this sprite? Who knows. Maybe I'll do some more outfits based off of sprites I have. (yes, the colors on the outfit are not the original colors. I recolored it personally).

The first part of this outfit I bought was the Skirt (for a little more modesty)

Well I still haven't got my first outfit yet, I need about 10k to get it so sadly now its still a work in progress. I could buy a cheaper outfit if I wanted but I have my heart set on the items in my cart. I have bought one thing so far, well three but two of them were with mennies.
I bought the team flaoties in the exchange thread for 350g so I am very happy! It didn't take me long to raise that gold but a while for me to find what I thought would work well with my future avatar :D

like lots of you all i wanted to save up all my gold and buy everything with one lump sum, but i kinda felt bad, you know, it's kinda drafty this time of year hehe... anyways, i looked around and saw a cute and relatively low priced dress... it's the blue and orange tulip dress...
it took me less than a work day to get all the money i needed... i could have gotten it faster had i just posted more... but i was stubborn and played 'attack of the fan girls' for most of it lol
now the saving begins for something better!

I still don't have my first item and I'm 16 days old on menewsha. ^^ Or around 2 weeks and 2 days. I'm saving up, but I could have gotten my first item the first day I was here. I earned around 300 or so the first day. I'm not sure. I can't remember.

But despite my nakedness I love parading around in my panties. XD It's fun. Besides, I find it strangely ironic almost having 3000 gold and still being... Un-clothed. Ha Ha.

Well when i joined I bought some CI's and traded them for a kitsune and caboodle then saved up money to buy my "nice" ragged shirt

I would not buy any items until I would be able to make one, but not working out so well, I need a lot more money then I thought! :o So it's going to take a long time! :sweat:
