Took me about half an hour to get gold for my brown belt. <3

I finally was able to get myself some pants and some shoes. Only took me two hours of tetris!!!

I think my first item was the Winter Night Blouse. I don't think it took me very long to get it. Since I hadn't posted anywhere yet I went around and posted in a lot of threads. I also discovered Tetris. ^_^ It takes me longer to get items now because I am saving for more expensive items at the moment.

I bought socks first. You never feel as naked if you have socks on. Then I bought a some other stuff... but socks were definitely first. Currently I am working on pants... *sniff* I am so close!

1 day. I fought hard in the debate thread to get the top I had at the time.

My first item: The shoes I bought today. I just started and trying to save up for some cute stuff, maybe I'll wait for the halloween event.

when I started back in 2007 I resisted the ragged shirt so I could save up. The weekend after I joined was when the "fishing glitch" happened and every user who did not exploit the glitch was given like 2k in gold ... or something like that. it was really cool

My first outfit was jeans, heaven top, white skirt, white shoes, a belt, and a cute hair pin... lol I've been trying to recreate it in the mac, because I would love to have my original avi back after 2 years but I can't seem to get it right. Oh well, eventually I'll get it.

i still haven't bought my first piece of clothing. i get too caught up in other things to really make a lot of gold. i suppose it may take me a month or so to actually get an outfit because i don't want to buy it in pieces.

It took me two days to make enough money to bu a red shirt for a avi. I had a very nice person Donate the Wild Eyes to me. So that was the second Item I got on Menewsha

I didn't time it but I played like...all the games and am maxed out for the day. I also posted a few times to get gold that way, and bought the outfit I'm wearing now~

Which is...a skirt, bra, one of those 'fun with latex' thingers, a pair of shoes, and some stockings.

I don't remember exactly. But I do remember that not long after I joined, something had happened with the economy on Mene, and they were giving out like 2k gold to get it back to normal. Something like that.
So, it didn't take me long before I could buy decent clothes, haha.

Since I'm new I hadn't time to get much gold to buy something, but also I like to prepare my shopping and make a list of things I want in first case.

So like when I joined Gaia, I'm going to do a wishlist and organize it to have a cutie avatar to start looking just good.

Then the good and elegant dresses will come >:]

I can tell you that my first item was the Halloween witch hat I'm wearing now - not sure how long it took, but I got it fairly soon with joining this site. I decided there was no point getting the ragged shirt because it's not very cute and when else would I ever wear again? So I just saved up for an item I really wanted and now am coordinating the rest of my outfit to go with the hat. Just have to save up for the shirt and I'll be done ~

Too bad Halloween is already over xD

Well, since I'm new and I'm wearing what I own, the first item I bought when I joined was my skirt and it took a few hours to get up enough gold for it.... :yumeh1:

i haven't got any clothes yet but i have been at this for about 2 days and i am almost there

I still haven't bought clothes, I kinda like lounging around in my undies *shrugs* lol

I donno how long it took me but the dress is my first bought outfit.

I'm not sure how long it took me to get my ragged shirt. It couldn't have been all that long, since I was playing games for fear of wandering around the forums in pixelated undies. The shirt came first. Then pants. Then a better shirt...

panda pj shirt , purple mini skirt, green tights or or whatever they call it on here.

bout 2 days for that whole outfit. since 500g is their limt here

It took me about thirty minutes to one hour to actually get my first article of clothing on here and it was the ragged shirt. I wished they had it in green or gray and had shoes and pants to go with it. It does take time to earn your first stitch of clothing on here but at least you appreciate the items you have once you get them and you can say that you truly earned them rather than spamming for them.

I got a pair of pants the first day i joined :) I still want a top though:)

3 days it was mildly anoying
