Oh wow. I think it took me a few days because it took forever to earn any gold and back then things were like 25 gold lol and the most anyone had was like 5k!

I went straight to play Tetris when I joined
at it was pretty addicting so I gained the full 500 gold in about two hours.
I let my money pile up a bit
then after 3 days I bought something.

Hee heee.... I still haven't. I'd rather not buy the cheapie stuff that I'll never wear again, so I'm trying to just save up and wait until I have enough for something that I'll actually use.

@Kris: Maybe you could try snake, it doesn't get as much g but less g in less time means that if you play it a lot you can get more g than playing a game that gets you lots of g over a longer period of time. You can get 10 g per 30 seconds if you're going well on snake ^^

@Kasumi Ocada: Yesh, that's probably a good idea, unlike me who splurged everything on stuff I only wore a couple of times... but I sold most of it ij the Exchange for a fairly good price and I got most of my money back xD

If gold was just a little easier to come by, I'd probably have done the same thing.

I was clueless on how to earn gold besides posting on forums until i started playing snake.

Not very long, but only because I got extremely hooked on Tetris. XP
I think about 2-3 days, maybe a biiiiit longer to get the Syne Battleaxe.
