Anyway, I came here from GaiaOnline, hoping to escape the corporate shittiness. I heard from a random person in a complaint thread that this place was cool. Looks pretty nice so far! Does anyone have any tips for a starter?

Read the RULES. Mene is much more stricter (er... stricter?) than Gaia.
Read the Rules that can appear in the individual forums.
Read the TOS
Read the Gold guide in this forum.
BE SMART. ;D

Truth be told, I was known as the Noob-Slicer back on Gaia. Don't get me wrong, though, that was Noob, not newb. XP
I even had a little animation of my avi slicing noobs, and a cape! =D

OH WAIT, I must warn you. Those little boxes with numbers in them, those might be counted as spam.

Flobs and other post decoration

Adding a flob or extra images/text to the beginning and end of each of your posts is a form of spam and is not permitted. If you are found to be adding these to your posts, they will be edited out, you will lose the gold gained from the text within the code and you will receive a warning. This includes hatchable characters from other web sites.

Haha, That'll be a problem. I have a Mac, and it comes with the Dashboard program. When you hit F12, your dashboard comes up and you can put all kinds of little applications on there. I have sticky notes, so I just paste the format I use there, and voila! I can get to it any time. = 3

I know what you mean about the font. I'm having to do it each time, but I do like having something other than just black text, so until I get tired of it, I'll keep making the three extra clicks.

Infinitys Echo: Yeah, that's true. It is worth the extra few clicks... and not everyone uses the neat fonts, so it's easy for someone to get forgotten in a whole bunch of posts. :3 I'll probably go back to my pretty purple-ish font soon. : D
