Oh my-where to start?! I'd only joined in fall of last year, about 2 months before zOMG came out. It didn't take long to get addicted, and then I loved zOMG. But there was the thing about the aquariums, how it seems they led many to believe there would be a regular shop for them, but then it was a cash only shop. Then with zOMG, my personal opinion was that the dev's were starting to cater to a small group of the older (as in time playing) players, and I even saw one episode just a bit ago where I feel there was absolute favoritism with an event for a long standing player. And of course, most recently, the RIG fiasco, where long time users seemed to have begged for years for certain items, only to have them not only put into RIGs, but made the rarest of the RIG items to have a possibility of getting, which almost insures that those who begged and made petitions for all that time would almost never get them. And lastly, the "free cash" disaster that gave far too many, bugs, trojans, and viruses on their computers, not to mention most of the deals were geared towards adults, when a huge portion of their data base is under 18.

Enough said, right?! I DO love playing the market-but only because I'm now in a position to really make the gold and I just want to see how much I can make. However, it's looking really good here, so I'm hoping this will be my new "addiction" :) I really like the avi's and even more the clothes for them here! And tetris is bringing back lots of good time-consuming memories :drool:

Yep, you pretty much covered it. When the aquariums first came out, I was surprised that people were even buying the stuff, seeing as it expired.
Oh god the RIGs. I hate those so much. I'm pretty sure they'd make a lot more money by just putting each item in the cashshop separately.
And don't even get me started about the "free cash." That was absolute stupidity.

hi and welcome...should i be saying that like i have been here for so long? i just rejoined after a long time of not knowing what to do. i still liked gaia when i joined but now i hate it. No offense to anyone...who might get offened but there were to many newbs screwing up the place. i was a member for over four years so i remember when it was all "lets play with your friends :D"
so in conclusion, i am dissapointed on what gaia has turned out to be. and im glad im not the only one.

the only thing i have to get used to is actually talking to people in the forums O-o...im too shy and fear the worst...
