It's to do with the iron content.. I can't eat red meat. And most others but chicken are too rich for my 'poormans' stomach.

It's a bit of both actualy.. One of the 'techniques' for dealing with fibro is to lover your Iron intake.. But with me, My cat's are fed kangaroo, and the smell alone makes me sick.

I've felt much better since I started the chicken diet though. and I've lost a whole heap of weight!

im happy i managed some tuna.. and crackers. the first actual hard none soft food i'v ehad in four days.. 'smiles' well okay the cracker swerent' all that hard but they where harder then ice creame and sherbert and stuff. so im happy can't WAIT until i can attack that turky in the fridge or the veggies 'drools'..
