Celyse looked over to him with a weary smile. Should he be trusted right now? He seemed harmless. She sighed softly and nodded. "yes I slept well.." she said with no emotion. She remembered what Karen had said and right now she didn't want to push his buttons. He had a lot of power and right now his aura was almost pulsing as if he was thinking about something strongly.

Allie smiled to him and kissed his cheek as they walked. She loved him so much. "where are we going to look?" she asked him softly.

Ivan smiled when she kissed him "we are going to look far away from the slave market. I dont want to take a chance being seen by anyone who might be looking for us around there." he said as he looked at her.

Allie smiled to him and nodded "yea, that's a good idea.." she said softly. She would always remember that as the way they met but never want to go back there again. She had her powers now and she wanted to free everyone and destroy the place. She was a water goddess and she would kill the guards if they tried to harm him or take him from her.

Alora nodded at him simply. "My old master required me to do many things, I became proficient in all of them, not the least of which was cooking. What were you reading that was so engrossing?" She sat down across from him and began to eat as well, glancing at him now and then between bites.

Iori was slightly surprised by her lack of emotion. The girl he had bought last night was passionate in everything she did so this... was unexpected to say the least. "Is something bothering you Celyse? You seem unsusally quiet this evening." he snapped his fingers suddenly as if struck by a thought "Ah, was it Karen? I bet she filled your head with stories didn't she?" He chuckled lightly. "Ah Karen, still jealous after all this time. Tell me, what did she say?" He leaned back on his hands and looked at Celyse, waiting to see if she would answer.

Celyse looked over to him with a small shocked expression. "no, I am fine... you don't have to worry about me..." she said softly. He guessed it so fast. She didn't want to betray Karen's loyalty. "yea, she told some stories.." she said with a smile. "that I should just give in and break.. my life would be easier that way..." it wasn't a lie, that's what she said.. just not completely everything. That was the most of it. She didn't need to include other things. "she gave me a tour and showed me the arena.." she said softly.

Iori gave a hearty laugh "Ah Celyse, that's just Karen's view of the world. You see, I once bought her just like I did you. As she was the newest I focused much of my attention on her but..." He chuckled and rubbed his chin "She wasn't very interesting and I quickly moved my attention to other things. To this day I can't figure out if she's jealous and wants my attention back or if she's glad to have it gone. She's a good worker and has been with me a long time, so I keep her. Just take whatever she tells you with a grain of salt. Remember who it's coming from and all that." Iori stood "Well I believe I shall leave you now, feel free to wear whatever you can find and eat what you like from the kitchen." He swept from the room, he was feeling a mite peckish, and he didn't think Celyse would allow him that just yet...

Celyse looked over to him and smiled softly at his laugh. "shes jealous.." she said softly. She would never have guessed her to be jealous. Maybe he actually liked having a challenge and that was why he didn't bring up anything about it. She woudln't give in just because he had a charming smile. She looked over to him and smiled. "thank you.." she said softly as he stood and walked away. Wear whatever she wanted? She went to the closet and found a much better fitting dress. It was a deep rich, form fitting purple dress and it went with her hair perfectly. Going to the shoe rack was her next task. She found better shoes and then went out of her room and back into the hallway.

Iori had finished his meal and was returning to his room to get dressed properly when he saw Celyse standing in the hallway looking rather perplexed. He smiled slightly at her and slowed to a stop. "The slaves and servant should be eating about now in the kitchens, I assume you know where that is since Karen gave you the tour. After you eat, join me at the arena." He then continued to his room to get some proper clothing.

Drew smiled a little bit "just a book about the brain." he said softly and continued to eat "I am trying to see if I can find out how to remember my past" he said as he looked at her "but I ended up falling asleep"

Ivan smiled and kissed her cheek. They where now outside of Gails huge castle like house. He was happy to be outside but he had to stay alert just incase. He didn't want to take any chances of loseing Allie, she was his life now and he would protect it with everything he got.

Celyse looked over to him with a small smile. 'oh the other servants and slaves..' she thought dryly. She would go eat, only because she was hungry and then she would think about meeting him in the arena. He didn't tell her what to do, he wasn't in control of her. She simply nodded as he walked off and went to his room. She looked back to him and went to the kitchen. The array of food was amazing, even for servants and slaves, compared to the shop.. the food was amazing. She finished eating and looking to the direction of the arena wondering if she should go. She took a deep breath and sighed. She headed towards the arena and made a small gust of wind ruffle his hair on the way over. She arrived to the arena just as the attack finished.

Allie smiled at him and took a deep breath of fresh air. Gail's castle was beautiful! She kept her eyes and ears alert, just to be safe. She didn't know what would happen. All she knew is she would protect him with her life. She had taken his punishment before and she would take it again in a heartbeat.

Ivan smiled at Allie and kissed her cheek again. THey where now heading back into town and where passing houses. So far no one had called out there names and no one was running after them. THat was good and he was looking for a house that was for sale or rent.

Allie smiled and kept on focus as they walked. No one was following them and they were in their human forms so everything was okay. If anything failed in his plan she could always use her powers and help him out a little bit. There was a small part of her that wished she could be like him. She wondered if he would ever turn her.

Ivan smiled when he saw a small little farm house for sale. He smiled and looked at Allie "how about this house?" he asked as he looked at her. TH ehouse was small but good for two or three people to live in. Ivan like dit because no one would suspect that they where living here. He wondered if Allie liked it.

Allie looked over to him and smiled. She saw the house and giggled. If Ivan stood tall in his wolf form, the house would go to his ankles. Hopefully there would be no reason for him to transform again, maybe they could live happily and safely. She said "it's really cute..it is perfect" she said with a smile.

Ivan smiled "well then lets see how much it is" he said and walked to the door. He knocked on it and a old man came out. Ivan talked to him about the house and how much Ivan wanted to spend. Soon the reached a agreement about the money and Ivan pulled out money that seemed to old to be real. Ivan had kept them since he was first put into the slave market. They looked as if they dated back more then three hundred years. The man smiled and took the money then said "I am glad that such a nice couple like you two are getting this house" the old man said with a smile.

Allie walked up with him and stayed quiet while he talked to the owner. She watched as he pulled out the money, how did he manage to keep all that? When she was taken, everything she had was stripped from her, even her clothes. She shivered at the memories but smiled nonetheless. She smiled at the older man "well thank you for letting us move in on such short notice.." she looked over to Ivan and smiled. Looking to the sky, she saw it was about to storm, the clouds were dark. She looked up and pointed "hey look a rainbow.." at her words a rainbow appeared and the sky cleared up. A bright sunny day.

Alora pondered for a moment before asking "Several questions. First, haven't you tried to track your history using where you were found as a starting point, second, why not use magical means, and third, why not try to find out what caused that scar of yours and go from there?"

Ivan smiled seeing the raindow and kissed her on the cheek. The old man smiled at the two "it is no trouble, I was starting to lose hope that someone was going to buy this house. But I hope you enjoy it here, I am headed to my daughters to live since she dosen't think that I can live by myself anymore." he said with a sight. "but just take good care of the house, my things are already gone so you can move in now" Ivan smiled at the man and they talked for a little while. Then the old man and Ivan said there goodbyes and the old man was gone. Ivan smiled at Allie "welcome home" he said and kissed her on the lips happly.

Drew smiled "well that is the thing I have tryed magic but they say magic seemed to not work on me. THe slavers that raised me won't say where I was found since they dont remember." he said but then ran his finger over his scare "and I dont use this because when ever I show it to anyone they either scream saying I am a cursed slave or just say that it must hurt a lot." he said with a sigh then looked at her "so what are your other questions?"

Alora blinked "What is a cursed slave? Why not hypnotism, or tracking whatever you were wearing when you were found. Assuming of course that you were wearing something. Those that raised you should remember what it looked like at least, and since each culture has a different style of dress, you could go from there." She took another bite of food and chewed thoughtfully. Swallowing she looked down at her plate, it was almost empty and what was left wasn't worth eating. Finding herself to be full she stood with the plate and began to wash it while waiting for Drew to speak.

Iori was wearing clothes similar to the ones he had been wearing when Celyse first met him. Dark pants and jacket with a lighter colored shirt underneath and a colorful tie. His faithful cane was also with him and he was holding it in front of him and resting his hands on it as he waited. He sensed her presence, but didn't look at her until she stood by his side when he glanced at her out of the corner of his eye. "There are easier and more practical ways of saying 'Hello' and 'Goodbye,' for instance actually speaking. I have arranged a battle for tonight, and I thought you might wish to watch." They were standing on a platform that was the equivilent of the VIP box for this stadium, several floors above the floor of the arena where the gladiators stood. The torchlight that lit the stadium flickered and waved silently as a natural breeze rushed through. The two combatants seemed unfairly matched at first glance, one being small and thin while the other a large and burly minotaur with gigantic axe by his side. Upon closer inspection however the smaller one could be seen to be carrying several wands and rods on a bandoleir and matching belt. At and almost imperceptible signal from Iori they attacked. The minotaur charged, axe raised and ground thundering as the mage grabbed a wand and pointed it at the minotaur, a bolt of lightning flashing out to strike him in the chest. The minotaur was barely slowed, but it was enough for the mage to get out of the way and continue to retreat, throwing spells as he went. The entire deadly dance was done in macabre silence. Though the spells sizzled the air, the ground shook from impact and the tension was palpable even in the box where Celyse and Iori stood, the combatants never made a sound, even when hit by the most shattering of blows. Within minutes, it was over. The mage had not been fast enough to evade the minotaur and his spells had not been damaging enough to stop him. A blow from the axe caught the mage across the chest and left him bleeding into the dust, surrounded by the shattered remains of his magic wands and rods. Immedeately several healers rushed onto the field and began to tend to his wounds as the Minotaur turned to the box and raised his axe over his head in triumph. Iori gave him a single nod and for the first time he made sound. Letting loose with a victory roar that was almost deafening he waved the axe wildly as his fallen opponent was carried of the field. Several of the healers approached him as well and guided him out of the arena to tend to his wounds as Iori turned to Celyse with a lifted brow "Well? What did you think?"

Drew sighed "a cursed slave is someone who is cursed to be a slave forever and will never be anything other then a slave." he said softly "that is why I usually hid it." he said and laughed as he remembered what he was wearing when they found him "they found me wearing a very burned pair of pants that basicly crumbled off of me." he said but hypnotism was something he hadn't tryed yet "but I haven't tryed Hypnotism yet" he said with a smile.

Alora smiled slightly over her shoulder "It might be faster then trying to perform brain surgery on yourself. Too bad this kingdom isn't organized enough to keep track of fires. If we could figure out the time and location..." she trailed off and shook her head suddenly "No, that is far too impractical. However I will keep making that medicine for you, and perhaps in time it will fade."

Allie smiled at him and watched the old man leave. She looked back to Ivan and kissed him back happily. She couldn't believe things were heading up. Things were getting much better. "this is perfect.. I love you Ivan.." she said as she hugged him tightly.

Celyse smirked softly as he spoke. She was wearing her form fitting tight purple dress and her heels. "what kinda fun is that?" she teased him. "Doing that is a lot more fun then saying hello or good bye." she smiled softly and placed her arms on the bars looking down at the arena. A fight? Was he going to make her fight? She looked down at the two, one was a smaller man, shorter then her and she was small. The other man was a lot taller then she was, at least five feet taller. He held a giant axe that was also bigger then she was. She sighed and watched the fight with interest. It was really cool to watch, the tiny guy did well, very well until the end. When he was sliced she gasped. She hated seeing others in pain and was going to rush down and help him. She saw some others running to help him. She relaxed and looked back to 'her master' She looked up to him "it was interesting... are you planning on making me fight?" He seemed like the master who would be really kind to you if you were kind to him.

Iori crooked an eyebrow slightly "I thought I would offer. All of the matches are nonlethal, and you seem to be looking to burn off some energy... and some aggression. I keep a full stable of fighters from which you can choose an opponent should you so wish, but I shall not force you."

Celyse looked over to him and smiled. It sounded fun and it would keep her entertained. She would be able to see if she was actually as strong as she thought or if she was going to get her butt kicked. This would also show him what her true powers were. She grinned and looked over to him "I think that would be fun" she said with a smile.
