"Maybe I'll just keep it black." Matthew laughed as he put his arms around Leane's waist and linked them on her lower back. "I think it suits me pretty well myself." Matthew said against her lips before giving her a tender kiss.

Leane grinned as she eagerly returned his kisses, "I couldn't agree more, my love. Your hair suits you perfectly. As do your eyes, your lips, your chin," Leane listed softly as she kissed each place accordingly as her hands slid beneath the hem of his shirt at her final listing, her lips returning to his as she murmured, "your torso - everything, suits you perfect - and I absolutely adore every bit of you."

"You should flatter me so." Matthew smiled as he brought Leane's lips back to his. "I might get a huge ego and then what good would I be?" He asked between kisses. "I mean, besides ten times more awesome." He teased.

Leane giggled softly as she eagerly returned his kisses, "Hmmm, I think I'll still love you despite the inflated ego. Just promise you'll never let me go and will keep kissing me? Even with your inflated ego?" Leane teased as she continued to kiss him, "I love you Matt."

"I love you too, Lee." Matthew smiled against her lips as he twisted a few fingers in her hair. "Very much." He promised before giving her a long kiss.

"Forever," Leane promised as she eagerly returned his kisses, leaning him back into the pillows as she kissed him and laid beside him, "No matter what."

As the couple kissed, the afternoon began to fade away.

Groaning as she looked at the time, though she didn't stop kissing him, Leane sighed as she rested her forehead against his and lightly kissed his lips, "Matt.. It's getting late... Do you think we should tell Josh? Or can we wait until tomorrow?"

"I think we should tell Josh." Matthew said as he ran his finger along her cheek. "Then if it ends badly you can eat your feelings away with my mom's cooking." He teased lightly. "He'll be concerned if I keep you here. Its better if he knows." Matthew added more seriously.

Leane sighed as she placed one last kiss upon Matt's lips. "You're right," she admitted softly before slipping from the bed and fixing her hair and making sure her make-up was in place, "Promise me you will stay with me no matter what happens at Josh's? He may get violent... I'm hoping he's more mature than that.. but I cannot guarantee it," Leane admitted softly with a blush as she curled up beside Matt upon the bed and placed a kiss upon his lips.

"I promise you, Leane." Matthew smiled into her hair before bringing them both to stand. "Its going to be fine. You worry too much." He teased though he was a bit concerned of Josh lashing out at him, trying to cover it for Leane's sake as she seemed to be worried enough for the both of them.

Standing on her toes to place one last tender kiss upon Matt's lips, Leane smiled as she wrapped her arms around his waist. "Someone in this relationship has to worry," Leane teased with a small laugh as they headed out of her new temporary bedroom.

Matthew smiled faintly as he led Leane out of the bedroom, not wanting to let her know that he was just as worried as her. "Mom, we're going over to Lee's house to tell her brother." Matthew said as they passed through the kitchen. Matthew's mother smiled encouringly in response before turning back to the dinner that was in mid-preparation.

"Good luck, darlings." She said as her hand carefully whisked some hidden sauce.

"Thanks." Matthew murmured before bringing Leane outside and leading her to his car.

Placing one last kiss upon Matt's lips, Leane sighed as she rested her forehead against his and whispered softly, "I love you, Matt, no matter what Josh says.. Promise me we won't stay long, okay?" Leane nearly begged as she slipped into the car and fastened her seat belt, her eyes never leaving Matt's, "Please?"

Matthew smiled warmly as he walked over to his side of the car and got into the driver's seat. Wrapping an arm around Leane's shoulders with one hand and the other cupping her chin, Matthew focused her eyes on his. "Leane." He said slowly. "I am not going to leave you no matter what happens with Josh." He promised.

"I know," Leane said softly as she leaned over and placed a tender kiss upon his lips, "I just... I don't think I can bare his looks nor his words... He'll be livid, Matt.. Worse than livid. Angrier than when he caught us in bed after we made love.."

"Yeah." Matthew said, shaking his head at the memory. "I shouldn't have let him catch us like that." He sighed before refocusing on their conversation. "I know he's going to be mad, Lee but he deserves to hear the news from us rather then everyone else." He said before turning the keys in the ignition, buckling his seatbelt, and pulling out of his driveway with one hand on Leane's thigh.

Resting her hand over his, Leane sighed, I know he deserves to hear it from us.. I just.. I'm scared... And it wasn't your fault he caught us like that.. It was mine for over sleeping," Leane said softly, "But I'm not angry or worried about that.. I don't regret anything we did, nor anything we have done.. I love you Matt," Leane added with a warm smile as she brought his hand to her lights for a tender kiss before resting it upon her thigh once more.

"I love you too, Leane." Matthew smiled as he pulled into her driveway and shut off the car, getting out of his side and putting his keys in his pocket before opening Leane's door. "Here goes nothing." He said, putting on a flawlessly smooth smile.

Leane nodded as she forced a smile a she stood on her toes and placed a long, tender kiss upon Matt's lips to steady her nerves.

Pots and pans could be heard banging in the kitchen.

'Great... Josh is cooking.. Let us hope he doesn't lose his temper in the kitchen!' Leane thought miserably just as Josh called, "Lee? Is that you? What took you so long?"

"Sorry Josh.. I had a rough day.." Leane managed to call as she clung closer to Matt.

"Principal called today - said you left school with Matt. How come?" Josh called, not a hint of anger in his voice, only wanting to know the truth.

"Kurt said some things.. Spread some things.. Things we were ready to tell yet.. I got scared.." Leane managed to whisper as she stood on the doorway of the kitchen.

"Josh? Can we talk to you in the living room for a bit?" Leane inquired as she looked up at him hesitantly.

"Yes, of course," Josh said, worry in his tone as he set what he was doing down, wiped his hands, and walked over to Leane. Seeing Matt was there, Josh's heart sank to the pit of his stomach. 'No...' Josh thought as he began to shake. Trying to calm himself as he followed the couple into the living room, decided to take a seat in the arm chair across from the love-seat.

Sitting upon the couch, Leane felt her eyes water as she saw Josh's expression, knowing that he already guessed what they had to tell him.

"Josh.. We.. I.. When I stayed at Matt's after Kurt bruised my cheek.. We.. We made love and.. Well, we ran out of condoms.. We didn't notice it when we made love for the last time over the weekend.. I didn't feel the difference and neither did he.. Until it was too late... We had made love without protection and.. Well.. I may be pregnant because of it... I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for Tuesday the fifteenth, to make sure.. We're so sorry Josh... I didn't mean to shame you with my actions.. I just.. We wanted to make love.. We didn't realize we had run out until we were laying in bed together.. Matt was the one who realized it first as I was drifting off to sleep," Leane finished in a whisper as she buried her face into Matt's chest, her hands clinging to his shirt.

Josh simply stared at the young couple before him. "How could you not have known that you weren't wearing a condom? Sex feels different if you don't have protection but are used to it with. How could you not have known?" Josh asked dumbly, expecting them to somehow answer.

"Leane, how could you? I've always thought you would have been more responsible and smarter about this. Mom and Dad are going to kill you both for this, you know they are. Mom and the rest of the family especially. Perhaps not so much Father," Josh added as if in afterthought.

Sighing, Josh buried his face in his hands as he rested an elbow on each knee, "What if you're pregnant Lee? What if this isn't just a scare to make you put things into perspective? Lee.. Do you want to end up like our Aunt?"

"I'm sorry for the consequences, but I am not sorry for having sex with Matt. I love him Josh... And if I am pregnant, I'm not ashamed of our baby nor am I sorry he or she exists..." Leane managed to say through her sobs as she clung tighter to Matt.

"Lee.." Josh didn't know what to say. He was in shock to say the least. This was his little sister! She shouldn't be a mother. She wasn't ready to be a mother! She still had a year of high school to go through! She had college next year! How could this have happened...

"Matt's parents have consented for me to stay there for awhile.." Leane continued as she looked over at Josh before standing from the love seat and hurrying to the stairs to pack her bags.

"No!" Josh called as he stood from the chair, his temper fuming, "You will not leave this house Leane Moira Supton! Forget it!"

"Josh, I'm not staying here with you like this!" Leane called as she slammed her door shut and began packing clothes to last her at least a week.

"Matthew, how could you have agreed to this? Do you honestly think I'm going to let her stay in your house where she is more accessible to you and your lust?" Josh demanded as he neared Matt, "She is not sleeping with you anymore. Pregnant or not. Is that understood?"

"Josh." Matthew said calmly, forcing himself to stay relaxed through the entire arguement. "You know I would never want this to happen now. You and I know this wasn't planned and I can only hope you know that I wouldn't want to do this to Leane." Matthew explained. "What Leane and I do behind closed doors isn't your business and right now I think we should be more concerned about how Leane is feeling. I can't take time to feel guilty or worried about what happened because I need to be strong for her." He said softly. "Leane needs us right now, she's upset enough for the both of us." He said, his voice quieter then when he had started talking.

After packing clothes and necessities for a week, Leane headed downstairs with a sigh as she called, "I'm going to the car, Matt.. Goodbye Josh.. I hope you can forgive me," Leane added softly as tears rolled down her cheek before walking out the door and shoving her duffel bag into the back seat. Hurrying to the other side, Leane got into the back seat and pulled her knees to her chest, burying her face in her thighs and knees as she let herself have a good cry, knowing that it was the only way to get her to be alright in the end.

"Go to her," Josh said softly, "As much as I had to admit it, she needs you more than she needs anyone right now. So go to her, keep her safe.. I know it's none of my business what you two do together.. I just.. I don't want her shunned by the family as my Aunt was... Perhaps.. Perhaps if you stay with her, for I cannot foresee you leaving her after the courage you have shown in standing up for her thus far, then things will be different.. I can only pray that they will," Josh added hardly above a whisper as he sat upon the couch and buried his face in his hands.

"I'm sorry." Matthew said, shaking his head as he left the living room and went out to his car. Noticing Leane in the backseat, Matthew opened the door and moved in beside her, his arms wrapped around her shoulders. "It'll be alright, Lee." He murmured softly in her hair before giving her a quick kiss. "I love you." He said before burying his face in the crook of her neck.

Leaning back into him, Leane whispered softly, "I love you too Matt, I love you so very very much, always. Promise me you will stay with me all night and just let me cry? I need a good cry in order to put all of this behind us and prepare myself for the telling of my parents," Leane explained through sobs as she buried her face into his hair.

"I know that.. as long as we're together.. everything will be fine.. I just.. Right now... With what happened with Josh.. I.."

Hard as Leane tried, Leane couldn't form full sentences, only partial, as she leaned into Matt and continued to cry. "Will your parents... angry.... me.... no dinner... went to bed?"

"Of course." Matthew assured her as he tightened his arms around Leane. "I'll take care of it. I just hate to see you like this, Lee." Matthew said, not adding the part about how seeing her so upset made his guilt tear at his insides. "I love you." He said as he placed another kiss in her hair.

Shifting so that she sat upon her knees, Leane wrapped her arms around Matt's neck as she pulled him close and rested against him. Taking a few deep breaths, Leane calmed herself enough to murmur a few sentences into Matt's neck, "I love you too Matt, with all of my heart, no matter what may happen. I promise, I'll be fine tomorrow. Try not to worry too much, alright dearest? One of us needs to stay sane," Leane tried to joke as she laughed softly, burying her face in his neck as she left light kisses upon the base.

"Let's go home, okay?" Leane said with a forced smile as she caressed Matt's cheek and placed a long, tender kiss upon his lips after wiping the tears from her cheeks.

"Okay." Matthew said with an uneasy smile as he returned her kiss. Getting out of the back seat, Matthew went around to the driver's side and started his car before heading to his house.
