"Well you are awesome so embrace it." Ben laughed as he hopped down from the fountain and pulled Jenny with him. "Doesn't someone have gymnastics?" He teased as he placed a kiss on her forehead.

"I love you to." Matthew smiled against her lips. "Very much. And I'll stop being so hot and cold with you. Just hot from now on." He teased, his mouth breaking out into a grin.

Jenny groaned, "That I do. I'd much rather stay here with you and get to know you though," she added with a smile as she linked their fingers together."

Laughing, Leane wrapped her arms around his neck and placed a tender kiss upon his lips, her tongue slipping softly between his lips to caress his tongue. "Don't promise me that, my dearest Matt. If you do, I'm afraid I'll end up taking you upstairs when you come over next and neither my father nor my brother are home."

"As would I but I already made you skip last period." Ben smiled as he led her back to her car.

"And maybe I'll let you." Matthew smiled as he returned her kisses eagerly. "Now get to gymnastics." He smiled. "I have to get my homework."

"True," laughed Jenny as she unlocked her doors and hopped into the driver's seat, "You can turn it to the radio if you'd like, I don't mind what we listen to," she said with a smile over at Ben as she turned on the engine.

Leane rolled her eyes playfully as she smacked his upper arm, "You promised you wouldn't tease me! You really are terrible for saying such things and not meaning them," she added with a playful grin as she headed into the gymnastics room and went to the locker room. Quickly changing into her black gymnastic outfit, Leane pulled her hair into a high messy bun and headed into the gymnastics room to fool around on the balance beam for awhile.

"I just told you to embrace your awesomeness." Ben laughed as he sat in the passenger's seat, turning up the volume of her asian mix CD slightly.

Matthew laughed as he made his way into the building and walked to his locker. Taking out his backpack and piling his homework into it, Matthew made his way back to his car and threw the backpack in the back seat.

Jenny laughed as she pulled out of her parking spot and headed back towards school, "I think I may have just corrupted another soul into loving Asian music!"

Hopping up onto the balance beam, Leane stretched before cartwheeling and doing one handed-handstands upon the beam. After nearly 13 years of Gymnastics, Leane's fears of falling were minimal. She'd gotten so used to them and having to be fearless while doing her moves, she now did them with agility and strength, without giving into her fears. Her movements were fluid and graceful, and when she added the ribbon, it seemed to flow around her like a sea of lavender silk.

Ben smiled as he got out of the car and walked over to Matt. "Hey, how's it going?" Ben asked as he sat on Matthew's trunk.

"Good." Matt smiled. "I should be doing my homework." He laughed.

"You always say that but you never do it." Ben teased as Matt leaned against the back of his car.

Moving to her back seat, Jenny grabbed her gymnastics bag and headed into the gymnastics room. Quickly changing into her baby pink outfit, Jenny threw her hair into a high ponytail and headed over to Leane, "Hey.. You doing okay?"

Sitting on the balance beam, Leane smiled, "I'm doing much better after getting some food into me and kissing my boyfriend for awhile. Not to mention the fact that he found the first edition of Rosaline Woodbridge for me," grinned Leane with a blush.

Jenny smiled in relief, "I'm glad you two made up. But Lee, I've been talking to Ben, and if you don't make peace with Gena, you two going to tear Matt in two. He needs you both, he loves you both. Isn't there any way you can make peace?"

Leane nodded as she stood back up on the balance beam, "I've already thought it out. I'm going to say only kind words to her, ignore her snide remarks and snappy attitude, and take my frustration out in gymnastics and cheerleading," she added with a laugh as she began working on her balance beam routine once more.

Laughing, Jenny rolled her eyes playfully, "You really are something, Lee. I hope you can do it, for Matt's sake."

"You tell your boyfriend not to worry about me and Matt," teased Leane with a wink, "You two just focus on you two, m'kay?"

"Whatever you say Lee," smiled Jenny before heading off to the mat to work on her floor routine with the black ribbon.

"Its so hard not to want to take her clothes off." Matthew sighed, shaking his head. "But I know it only fustrates her."

"Have you considered not stopping?' Ben asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah, I've considered it." Matthew smiled shyly. "I've been considering it alot more lately. But, sorry to bring it up man, I don't want my own Amber." He said, earning a nod from Ben.

Stepping on the balance beam wrong, Leane slid and fell off. Cursing the thing, Leane rubbed her ankle before hopping back up and beginning her routine over again, the coach critiquing her every move.

Jenny sighed as she sat with the group and watched Leane, "Think her ankle's alright?"

"I don't know, she fell pretty hard. She seems to be alright though, and Coach isn't too worried, so I'm betting she's fine."

Finishing her balance beam routine without another hitch, Leane hopped down and performed her ribbon/floor routine. When she'd finished, she went over to Jenny and sat down as Jackie headed up to perform her own routines.

"You okay?"

"Yeah, I just twisted it. I kind of let my mind wander," Leane blushed.

"To Matt," teased Jenny as she handed Leane bandage tape for her ankle.

Wrapping her ankle tight, but not tight enough to cut off circulation, Leane laughed softly, "Perhaps. What can I say? I like the bookstore even better now."

"I think you should wait." Ben suggested, itching his nose. "But then again its all on you."

"No pressure." Matthew said, rolling his eyes. "But what if I'm not...good enough?" He asked quietly, keeping his voice at a whisper at the last part.

"Jeez, Matt." Ben said rolling his eyes. "I'm sure Leane would be thrilled either way. She's completely in love with you." He said.

"I know I'm just getting paranoid but I really love her and I don't want anything to mess us up." Matthew laughed.

"Hence the bruised nose." Ben laughed, Matthew joining in. "It is looking better dude."

Jenny laughed as Jackie finished and she walked up to take her turn as Leane rolled her ankle around.

When practice was over, Leane hit the showers. Wrapping a towel around her, Leane dried her hair before reapplying her make-up. Changing back into her outfit, Leane packed up her things just as Jenny headed into the showers, having spoken with the coach about the upcoming competition.

"What'd Coach say?" Leane called, since they were the only two left in the locker room.

"I'm all set to compete. I'll only be competing in floor," called Jenny as she turned off the water and wrapped a towel around her, "You competing?"

"Balance beam and floor as usual. I just hope I don't fall like last year," said Leane softly.

"Don't worry Lee, you'll be fine. Your routine this year is amazing, and you've worked really hard. Don't let your fears effect you, 'kay?" encouraged Jenny as she changed.

"Thanks Jen, I'll tell Ben you'll be out soon," said Leane with a smile.

Nodding, Jenny went about towel drying her hair before tossing it up into a ponytail and putting on her make-up.

"The only reason I feel bad about getting beat up is cause of Lee. I thought for sure that she'd dump me when she saw me." Matthew sighed.

"Girls." Ben sighed, shaking his head.

"Yes, girls." Matthew said, laughing once.

"What about girls. Don't tell me you're thinking of ditching me already?" Leane teased as she dropped her bags on the ground and wrapped her arms around Matt's neck. "What happened to keeping me for forever?" she whispered against his lips before placing a tender kiss upon his lips. Looking over at Ben, she smiled, "And you, lover boy, your girlfriend will be out in just a bit. She's just finishing getting ready."

"I'm still going to keep you forever." Matthew smiled, giving Leane's forehead a kiss. "I kind of have to considering how beautiful you are. I can't just give that up." He said, placing a kiss on her lips and earning a gagging sound from Ben.

Turning to give Ben a glare, Ben whistled innocently as he gazed away at the school. "We better get home. Supper will be ready soon if you still have room for it after your burger." Matthew teased as he led Leane to her car. "See ya." Matt said to Ben as Ben jumped to the ground and offered a goodbye as well.

"Bye Ben," called Leane as she walked over to her trunk, put her gymnastic bag inside, and walked over to Matt. Leaning him against her car, Leane wrapped her arms around his neck and stood on her toes to place a tender kiss upon his lips, "I'm always ready for food. But are you sure you still want me to meet them? We have been fighting an awful lot today. You sure you are turned off by me?"

Jenny smiled as she saw Ben on her way across the school grounds, "Hey, did you keep Matt company while Lee was in practice?"

"So we're having an off day." Matthew smiled. "That doesn't mean that I don't still love you." He assured her, giving her forehead a kiss. "I'm willing to try and make it better if you are." Matthew smiled as he kissed her nose before giving her lips a gentle kiss. "Just follow me home." He smiled as he gave her a last kiss and got into his car, turning on his obnoxiously loud engine.

"Yeah." Ben smiled as he walked over to meet Jenny, placing a kiss on her forehead. "How was gymnastics?" He asked walked her over to her car with an arm over her shoulders.

Shaking her head at the gas-hog and carbon footprint that Matt drove, Leane hopped into her car with a smile and turned on her stereo, blasting Rascal Flatts as she followed Matt out of the parking lot.

"Good, I qualified to compete in floor. I hate having to compete against Leane though," Jenny admitted with a sigh as she put her back into the backseat of her car before turning back to Ben. "Other than finding out I have to compete against my best friend, not to mention having to watch her fall and twist her ankle, gymnastics went great. Sorry you had to stay and be bored, though.. Do you need a ride home?"

Matt drove to his house, smelling the paella through the kitchen window as he hopped out of his car and waited patiently for Leane.

"No, my car's here." Ben smiled. "But I wouldn't worry about competing with Leane. I'm sure Lee wouldn't take it personally when you wow the judges." Ben said. "I wanted to say goodbye to you anyways." Ben said as he cupped Jenny's face in his hand and bent down to give her a tender kiss. "Goodbye." He smiled, giving her another kiss.

Hopping out of the car, Leane locked her doors, as was her habit whenever she left the car and was nothing personal against Matt's neighborhood, and grinned as she walked over to Matt, "Mmm! Something smells delicious! Our dinner I hope?" Leane asked excitedly as she placed a tender kiss upon Matt's lips and linked her fingers through his.

"I'm glad you stayed," Jenny smiled as she returned his kiss, "Goodbye. See you tomorrow?"

"Yes, that would be the paella." Matthew smiled, giving Leane a small kiss before leading her up to the door and walking inside. "Mom? Dad?" Matthew called as he wandered into the kitchen where his mother was chopping vegetables.

"Mom, this is Leane. Lee, this is my mom." Matthew said, introducing them.

"Hello, dear." Matthew's mother said with a smile, wiping her hands off on a towel and walking over to shake Leane's hand. "We've heard so much about you. Its a pleasure." She said warmly.

"See you tomorrow." Ben agreed, giving her a last kiss before walking over to his car and driving home.

Returning her smile, a blush in her cheeks, Leane said softly, "It's a pleasure to meet you as well. I would like to apologize for what happened to Matt, though.. It was all my fault, and I'm really sorry about it. I truly hope it hasn't made you think poorly of me."

Jenny smiled as she got into her car and drove for home. Texting Joanna as soon as she got home, Jenny half texted, half tried to carry her things into the house.

"Of course not." Matthew's mother laughed, moving back to the cutting board. "Have you seen what other kind of injuries this boy has brought home? He's always getting into trouble. At least Ben, Jack, Gena are there for him. And at least he was some kind of reason for fighting instead of 'I felt like it'." She said, rolling her eyes playfully. "Now, Matt, stop being a horrible host and go introduce your father then show her around. Supper will be ready soon." She said.

"Yes, mother." Matthew laughed as he walked Leane into the living room where his father watched the game and was starting to doze off. "Dad." Matt called as they walked over to him.

"What?" Matthew's dad sat up, disoriented.

"I want to introduce you to Leane." Matthew said, fighting back a laugh.

"Oh, hello." Matthew's dad said, looking over at the girl beside Matt. "Sorry about that. Its a bad habit of mine." He laughed. "Nice to meet you." He said before turning his attention back to the game.

"Now for the grand tour." Matthew grinned as he led Leane to the bathroom, master bedroom, study, before ending in his room. "Its a relatively small house." He joked as they stood in his room which was currently a bit of a mess.

His black bedding was tossed onto the floor and a mountain of CDs towered beside the stereo where the metal CD from earlier still sat. His closet ws shut despite the tower of clothes inside which he'd thrown in earlier and a few beanbags sat in the corner, aimed at the small television across the room, where Ben, Jack, and Gena all sat when they visited.

Leane smiled as she wrapped her arms around his neck and placed a tender kiss upon his lips, "I like your house. It's cozy and warm, and I have no fear of getting lost. It took me a whole year to learn my house once I was allowed to explore on my own without my Governess watching my every move," she added with a laugh. "And your parents are sweet, I'm glad they don't hate me," added Leane with a smile as she placed another tender kiss upon his lips.

"I told you they wouldn't." Matthew smiled as he put his arms around her waist and returned her kisses. "Sorry my room's a bit of a mess." He blushed brightly, gesturing to the room.
