Not too long after the couple's kisses started intensifying again, the phones in Matt's house started ringing. Groaning, Leane gave Matt one last kiss before leaning back and releasing him from her hold, a bit saddened that their moment was ruined by the phone, "You'd probably better answer that, it might be your parents."

Josh paced up and down the small isle between the counters and the island counter in the kitchen. "Why the hell didn't she answer her phone?! Why the hell is no one picking up?! If they're having sex I'm going to kill the both of them! She could have at least told me she was going to stay both Friday and Saturday night!" Josh mumbled furiously to himself as he waited for someone to answer the phone.

Matthew smiled up at Leane and giving her one last kiss before making his way to the phone. "Hello?" He asked politely, expecting his parents' voices to come through on the other end.

"Matthew Sommers, where's my sister?" Josh hissed furiously into the found, "That bloody girl is going to lose her head if she doesn't start talking soon. Didn't you two stop to think that it might be nice to know that my little sister is staying another night at your house? I know it's only Sunday tomorrow, but it still would be nice whether to know she's coming home tonight or not! Look, I'm not angry with you per-se, I'm more angry at Leane. Put her on the phone, please?"

"Sure." Matthew said as his eyebrows creased together in confusion at his outburst. "Josh." He said simply to Leane as he held out the phone to her.

Leane, confusion upon her face as she took the phone, "Jo-"

"Lean Moyra Supton. What the hell have you been doing?" Josh demanded, not letting her even finish her word.

"Josh, we haven't been doing anything; just hanging out and watching movies, why?"

"Are you coming home tonight? I haven't heard from you since last night and haven't seen you in more time than that. Lee, what's gotten into you?"

"Josh, it's okay! If you want me home, I'll come home. Please, don't be angry with me," Leane said as her eyes began to water.

"No, Lee, if you want to stay then stay another night; it's fine with me. Just call me? It would have been nice to know you were still there; you haven't been answering your phone all day, I was getting worried."

"I'm really really sorry.. I didn't hear it go off.. I don't even know if I'm staying another night, Josh.. I'll call you if I decide to stay or if I'm coming home, alright?"

A sigh could be heard on the other side of the phone, "Alright. I'll talk to you later then. Bye, Lee."

"Bye Josh," Leane said softly before hanging up the phone and handing it back to Matt. "I hate lying to him.. And I hate him right now for yelling so much! He called to see if I was alright and if I was coming home tonight; apparently he's been calling my phone, and when I didn't pick up, he got worried.." Leane explained as she wiped her eyes with a laugh, "Silly to be crying.. But if he's this upset over my not calling him, how can I tell him I might be pregnant?"

Matthew smiled a warm smile as he set the phone back in its place before making his way to Leane. "Its alright." He assured her, wiping away her tears gently. "We're going to get through this, Lee. No matter if Josh decides to kill me or not." He winked, only half joking.

Leane offered a small smile as she gently caressed his cheek and placed a tender kiss upon his lips, "I know we'll get through it.. I'm just scared.." Sighing, Leane leaned into him and wrapped her legs around his waist, "I'm sorry.. I'm alright, I promise.. Josh just.. He just.. I got so.. I don't know... I'm fine, I promise," Leane said with a smile as she placed a kiss upon his lips. "So, what's the verdict. Am I staying another night or am I going home?"

"You're welcome to stay as long as you like, Lee." Matthew smiled as he stood on his toes to give her another kiss. "If you want to go back to Josh I'll understand. He's probably furious with me for stealing you for so long." He teased against her lips.

"I'd rather stay here, as long as you'll have me," Leane said with a smile as she held him close and placed a few tender kisses upon his lips before leaving a trail of kisses across his jaw and down his neck, lingering at the base. "I'll call Josh later. Right now I want to pick up where we left off," Leane teased with a smile against his skin as continued to leave kisses upon his neck.

"Good choice." Matthew laughed softly as he tilted Leane's chin to give her lips a soft kiss. "I love you." He murmured against her lips between kisses, his arms wrapping gently around her.

"I love you too," Leane murmured softly against Matt's lips as she slid closer to him, one hand tenderly caressing his bare torso while the other slid into his hair and held him closer to her, "So so much, forever."

Matthew smiled into Leane's lips as he tightened his grip around her waist, his tongue slipping between her lips. Matthew couldn't tell how much time had passed before the light in the sky became dimmer, causing him to look over at the window. "Lee, I'm sorry." He said, shaking his head in disbelief before lifting her off the counter. "You can't possibly be comfortable." He smiled shyly.

Leane giggled softly as she leaned into him and placed another kiss upon his lips, "Was I sitting on a counter? I couldn't tell. I was a bit preoccupied to notice where I was sitting," she added with a blush. "But now that I'm unoccupied for the moment, I had best call Josh before we disappear again," she added with a laugh and another kiss before she headed over to the phone. Giving him a quick call, Leane told him she was staying another night, had enough clothes, and would be home before curfew the following night. Putting the phone back on the hook, Leane turned back to Matt with a smile, "Think I could borrow a pair of pajamas? Since I'll actually have to wear pajamas tonight, unless we feel like running to the city," Leane teased with a laugh as she leaned back against the counter.

"I can get you pajamas, love." Matthew laughed as he went into his room and found a long t shirt as well as one of his smallest sweatpants. "They'll probably still be big on you but they're the smallest I have." He offered as he held up the pants to Leane.

Leane smiled as she placed a kiss upon his lips, "They'll fit just fine. First, however, I want to take a bath. Join me? I promise, I'll behave," Leane added with a blush as she held the clothes in her arms.

"I'll be right in, love." Matthew said with an amused smile as he placed a kiss on her forehead. "Its the first door down on the left." He said, gesturing out into the hallway. "I'm just going to grab some clothes." He said before turning back to his closet and began to dig for a clean pair of jeans.

"Will you grab my underclothes from my bag while you're in there?" Leane called as she headed off to the bathroom, turning on the water to let the tub fill as she undressed and laid Matt's clothes upon the sink. Sitting upon the edge of the tub, wrapped in a towel, Leane waited for the tub to slowly fill, dipping her fingers in every so often to make sure it wasn't getting too hot or too cold.

Matthew felt his face burn into a brilliant red at Leane's request and focused on finding his clothes, pretending for a moment that he hadn't heard her. With his clothes folded over her arm, Matthew turned with dread to Leane's bag and reached hesitantly inside. Matthew took out Leane's undergarments, his face still a bright red as he made his way to the bathroom and set the undergarments with Leane's things.

"There you go, love." He said quickly as he set his clothes beside her's and shed his clothes before sitting beside Leane on the nearly filled tub.

"Thank you," Leane giggled as she turned off the water and placed a tender kiss upon Matt's lips, "Why so shy, love? It's not as if you haven't held my undergarments before," she added with a teasing wink before shedding the towel. Tossing it so that it landed upon her things before slipping into the hot water, Leane hair pulled into a bun upon the top of her head as she slid into the water deep enough to cover her chest.

Scooping up a handful of bubbles, Leane laughed as she blew them at Matt, "I hope you don't mind, dearest. I found them when I was looking for a towel and I couldn't resist; I'm a sucker for bubble baths," she added with a smile, a light blush creeping into her cheeks.

Matthew laughed as he followed Leane into the tub and sat across from her. "Bubble baths are fine, love." He teased, wriggling his nose some to remove bubbles from it.

Smiling happily, Leane leaned across him and placed a tender kiss upon his lips after wiping the bubbles from his face, "And here I was afraid you'd find me childish for still using bubbles. They really are a girl's best friend, you know," Leane added with a wink and another kiss before settling back in the water.

"Well I guess bubbles would be more afforadable then diamonds." Matthew grinned as he blew a few bubbles towards Leane. "Always a good thing." He teased.

Laughing, Leane returned the gesture before retorting with a grin, "Always! But what's better than bubbles are sapphires and fresh-water pearls; they have color and have an elegant look to them. Diamonds are okay, I guess, but they're not as pretty due to having no color. I pray my grandfather doesn't buy me another diamond crystal necklace for my birthday. He gives me the same thing every year, except it's simply a different cut. I suppose he thinks like you; believing in the world-wide saying of 'Diamonds are a girl's best friend'," she added with a laugh.

"Speaking of birthday, promise me you won't get me a gift. You don't need to waist your money on me," Leane said softly with a blush, "Make your present to me just being with me on my birthday and kissing me?"

"I promise." Matthew smiled, knowing full well that he was going to give her something despite her protest. "You can have many kisses as you wish any day though, love. Why would it be any different on your brithday?" He grinned as he lifted Leane's hand and gave the inside of her wrist a small kiss.

"Because on my birthday it will be in front of hundreds of friends and family and you will be forced to dance with me like you did at the Halloween Ball," Leane said with a laugh as her toes gently brushed against his hip, "I was afraid you would refrain from signs of affection at the Ball simply because of everyone looking at us, which they surely will since you are the first date I have ever had at my Birthday Ball."
