"I'd much rather be with you too," Leane smiled as she eagerly returned his kiss, "Shall we try the movie again since I can't seem to behave properly?"

"If that's what you want." Matthew said with a laugh as he hit a few buttons on the remote, starting the movie over from the beginning. "Better?" He asked as he wrapped his arms back around Leane and rested his chin in her hair.

Leane giggled as she snuggled against him, her cheek resting against his bare chest, "Not really; I'd much rather be kissing you. But we know how wretched I am at not going further," Leane added with a small laugh as the movie began.

Matthew smiled in reply, though Leane couldn't see it, before watching the movie, content with just holding Leane in his arms.

Leane smiled as she watched the movie, loving every moment of the old-language, the proper speech, the fantasy-fairy tale look of it all - it was what make Leane love the movie so much. Snuggling closer in Matt's arms, Leane felt her eyes begin to droop. Partway through the movie, Leane's breathing became slow and even as she fell asleep.

Matthew couldn't help but smile at his girlfriend as he watched her fall asleep. At least now she wouldn't have anything to hold over his head about sleeping during the movies. Matthew drew his attention back to the movie to let Leane sleep peacefully in his arms.

As Leane slept, she dreamed of a day in the future when she was happily married to Matt and was expecting their child. It was a beautiful scene; sitting by the lake in the sunshine, a cottage off in the distance. It was serene, peaceful, and utterly perfect. As she slept on, a small smile crept into her lips as she snuggled closer to Matt and whispered "I love you" in her sleep.

"I love you too, Leane." Matthew smiled as he ran his fingers through her hair, amused by how calm she looked in her sleep. "What do you see, love?" He asked, curious if she would talk to him in her sleep.

Still asleep, Leane giggled as she rolled onto her back, her cheek still resting against his chest, her dream filled with laughter as she played a game of tag with her eldest child who didn't look to be more than three. "Our dear, sweet Amelia, toddler in your lap," Leane murmured dreamily in her sleep as she caught the child and sat beside Matt in the field, "a baby on the way; surrounded by a field of flowers behind our cottage in the country."

"Sounds nice." Matthew said, a tinge of fear under his amusement that he would never be able to provide such a home for Leane. "I bet Amelia is beautiful like her mother." He smiled as he caressed Leane's cheek lightly.

"She has your eyes; but Christopher is a mirror image of you, only with my eyes," Leane murmured softly as she caressed her stomach, a mirror image of what she was doing in the dream; only in her dream her stomach had a small bump, while in reality it was flat.

"It sounds perfect, love." Matthew smiled as his hand covered Leane's. "But I wish you'd come back to me now." He said softly into her ear.

At the sound of Matt's voice, Leane shifted back towards Matt; her arms wrapping around his waist and gently caressing his bare skin as she snuggled closer to him, her dream continuing to weave her hearts desire.

Matthew smiled as he gladly wrapped his arms around Leane once again, giving her cheek a soft kiss before resting his head back against the pillow.

Giggling, Leane murmured softly as her dream continued, "..shouldn't have.."; the scene in her dreams one of a surprise birthday cake in the same field, something Matt had brought with them without her knowing. Smiling, Leane read the age: 20.

"Shouldn't have what?" Matthew asked, his brow furrowed as he looked down at the still sleeping Leane.

"Surprised me with cake.. twentieth birthday is nothing to celebrate," murmured Leane sleepily as she buried her face in the base of Matt's neck, still fast asleep as her dream continued; their two children laughing and playing around them as they had a small cake fight amongst themselves, she and Matt looking on and laughing as they each ate a piece of cake.

Matthew laughed softly under his breath as he held Leane close to him and gave her forehead quick kiss.

About five minutes after Matthew's kiss, the dream came to a close as the small family ventured back to their cottage for bed.

Waking up, Leane rubbed her eyes as she sat up a bit, still half-asleep and smiled down at Matt, "I'm sorry I fell asleep.. Did I sleep long?"

"Not too long." Matthew said with an amused smile. "Its too bad I missed the party though." He teased, wondering if she'd remember her dream. "I guess I was only there in spirit." He added softly.

Leane blushed a deep scarlet as she quickly turned away from him and looked at the movie screen, seeing the donkey put a record on and the fairies around him looking in wonder. "P-Party? I'm afraid I d-don't know what you're talking about," Leane lied, not so well, as she tried to brush it off; embarrassment consuming her.

"I think Christopher and Amelia would be disappointed that their mother doesn't remember them." Matthew said, hiding a smirk.

Her face darkening at least three shades, Leane focused harder on the TV, "P-P-P-P-P.." Taking a deep breath, Leane tried speaking once more, trying a different use of words, "Perhaps I did know what you were talking about; do I dare ask what your thoughts are? For I know for sure you are going to make fun of me. And if you are, Matthew Sommers, you had bloody well better hold your tongue."

"I think." Matthew said as he lifted Leane's eyes to meet his own and gave her a warm smile. "That your incredibly adorable when you squirm like that." He laughed before giving her a soft kiss.

"Well I don't think so.. I'm a blundering idiot.. How did you come to know of my dream? It was perfect," Leane added with a small smile, "If only you could have seen it."
