"Get me in trouble?" Matthew asked with a smile. "Gena has yelled at all of us tons of times. I don't know if you noticed, love, but she has quite the temper on her." He laughed as he kissed away any traces of her tears before giving Leane's lips a long kiss. "Come on." He said with a wicked grin as he led Leane away from the auditorium and towards a parallel hallway.

Linking their fingers together, Leane followed Matt with a warm smile upon her lips. "So where are we going dearest? Is it somewhere far?"

"Not too far." Matthew assured her as he brought Leane to a stair case and led her up several sets of stairs. "But we had to make sure we wouldn't be found." He explained as they came to a small metal door in an off limits section of the top floor and opened it as quietly as possible. "This is Ben's personal favorite." Matthew said as he nodded for Leane to follow him before disappearing into the attic of the school.

Following him, Leane shut the door quietly behind her. "Matt? Where are you?" Leane called softly as she looked around the dark attic. Walking forward, Leane added softly, "You sure it's safe up here?"

"I'm sure." Matthew said as he reached out and took Leane's hand. "I know its dark but there's a light up ahead." He assured her as he carefully led her over the attic beams before switching on a small light. "Better?" He asked softly as the light illuminated a pile of cushions underneath a low ceiling with a few assorted magazines coating the floor.

Leane nodded as she stood on her toes to place a long, tender kiss upon his lips. "Come here often I take it?" Leane teased between kisses as he wrapped her arms around his neck, "Looks comfy."

"Kind of." Matthew smiled. "We snuck the cushions up from the teacher's lounge and made our own little hideout." Matthew explained as he sat back against the cushions and pulled Leane to lay beside him.

Snuggling close to Matt, Leane rested her chin lightly upon his shoulder as she wrapped her arms around his waist, "I like it; it's even comfier than it looks. Do you think Gena would absolutely murder us if we stayed here for awhile and if we come back? I very much like it up here.. Much more private than the courtyard," Leane teased as she placed a tender kiss upon his cheek.

"I think it'll be perfectly fine up here." Matthew promised as he ran his fingers over the length of Leane's arm. "I'm sorry she yelled at you like that." He sighed.

Leane sighed as she rested her forehead against his temple, her eyes closing as she spoke, "Matt.. Don't apologize.. You're not the one who needs to.. I knew it was going to happen and I know I'm never going to get an apology from her. I also know she's never going to like me, never going to accept our relationship, and if I'm pregnant I'm going to get even more talk from her. Don't worry so, dearest.. I'll be alright," Leane promised as she shifted to sit on his lap.

Looking into his eyes, Leane wrapped her arms around his neck and placed a long, tender kiss upon his lips, "I promise.. I'm just sorry I can't make her see me as somebody other than a cheerleader who has money because it's putting such a strain between you two.. I hate that I'm the cause of that," Leane whispered softly as she rested her forehead against his.

"This isn't your fault, Leane." Matthew assured her as he put his arms around her waist. "Gena's stubborn and she's having some territory issues." He sighed. "She has some stuff in her past and she hates letting other people in. She's mostly accepting of me, Jack, and Ben because we were there. She just needs to warm up to you. She has a wall up from everyone." Matthew said as he stroked Leane's side.

Leane frowned as she leaned back a bit, "That doesn't give her a right to be so vile and wretched all of the time. I have done nothing to warrant such treatment. And besides, you're not territory to be fought over, Matt.. She shouldn't be like that.. She's not your girlfriend, she's not your mother, she's not your sister - she's just a stubborn brat who hates me for no apparent reason and needs to get a reality check because I'm not going anywhere..."

Sighing, Leane rested her cheek upon Matt's shoulder, her head resting back against Matt's neck as he hugged him close. "Why can't she just see that I love you and be happy for us?" Leane whispered as a tear fell from her cheek onto his shoulder, "What if I'm pregnant, Matt.. When she finds out I'm having your baby, she's going to go off the wall and your friendship will further shatter.. I don't want that to happen to you.. I'm ruining everything for you.. How can you still love me after all I have caused?"

"Leane Supton." Matthew said firmly as he tightened his arms around her and curled closer to her. "You're not ruining anything. Gena would react the same way if you were with Jack or Ben." He promised. "Everything's going to be alright, Leane. I promise." He said softly.

"But I am.. And if I were with Ben or Jack then I would be ruining one of their lives as well.. I'm breaking you apart, Matt.. All because I'm a Supton and I didn't realize just what I was missing until Junior Year," Leane whispered as she pressed against him, closing all space between them as she wrapped her legs around his waist, "I'm so sorry Matt.. Not only for Gena, but for talking you into making love with me.. If you hadn't agreed.. You wouldn't have the fear of possibly becoming trapped due to the possibility of me being pregnant.. I've completely ruined everything for you.."

"Leane Supton." Matthew said firmly as he lifted Leane's chin so that their eyes met. "You didn't force me to make love to you. If I remember correctly I was the one who brought the condoms. And you are not tearing us apart. Gena's a big girl. She'll get over us being together." He promised before giving her a long kiss. "I love you, Leane. And I don't want to be without you. Even if it means putting up with Gena for a little while. As long as you can handle it then I'm more then willing." He assured her.

Leane sighed as she rested her forehead against Matt's. "I love you too, Matt, more than you can possibly imagine.. And I truly cannot bear being without you.. But if you lose Gena because of me.. Matt, I can't handle much more of her doing things like this.. I'm going to break one of these times and I'm nearing my breaking point. I love you, with all of my heart, but I cannot keep being around you when you're with Gena if she keeps acting like this.."

"Lee..." Matthew sighed as he ran his fingers along Leane's jaw. "Please don't make me choose between you two. I'll talk to her." Matthew promised.

Leane shook her head as she placed a tender kiss upon Matt's lips, "No, my love, not choose between us; I could never ask you to do that. I simply cannot be around you when you are with Gena if she keeps acting like this.. She'll simply be even more vile when she not only finds out I have been here, but when she finds out I could very well be pregnant. If she finds out there was a chance..."

Leane sighed as she buried her face into the crook of Matt's neck, "I'm sorry Matt.. Forget I said anything.. I just want to spend some time with you without fighting or arguing.. Kiss me instead?" Leane inquired with a small smile as she placed a tender kisses upon Matt's shoulder and neck.

"That can be arranged." Matthew smiled, wanting to push the thought far away while he had Leane to himself. Even if it was only for the next half hour. "I love you." He said softly as he gave her a long kiss, wrapping his arms tighter around Leane's waist.

Pressing against him, Leane smiled as she eagerly returned his kisses. "I love you too," Leane murmured softly against his lips, "so very very much." As their lips molded together in a number of tender kisses, the intensity of each kiss growing as they became more passionate. With each and every kiss, Gena was pushed farther and farther from Leane's mind, leaving only the thoughts of Matt's body within her hands, his tongue and lips against hers, and of only Matt himself and the love she had for him.

Matthew felt his hands curl around the fabric of Leane's shirt as he continued to kiss her, bringing them closer together. Matthew slipped his tongue between Leane's lips to deepen their kiss, his mind blurred by Leane's kisses.

A soft moan escaped Leane's lips as one hand buried in his hair and tenderly pressed against his scalp, pulling him closer to her while her other hand slid beneath the hem of his shirt, her fingertips slipping beneath the hem of his jeans and boxers to tenderly caress the skin at his lower waist and back.

"Lee..." Matthew breathed as he laid Leane against the cushions, loosening their embrace. "I'm sorry." He murmured as he pressed their foreheads together, trying to calm his rapid heartbeat.

Not noticing her rabid heartbeat and breathing, Leane pulled Matt back to her for a number of kisses. "Hm? Sorry for what, dearest?" Leane murmured softly against his lips between kisses, not wanting, nor ready, to stop kissing her boyfriend just yet.

"Leane..." Matthew sighed though he didn't protest when Leane's lips were back against his, having enough trouble keep his thoughts coherent. Matthew pulled Leane against him gently, carefully cradling her as he returned her kisses with passionate ones of his own.
