Rasul growled deep in his throat. He could see the strange fog in her gaze. As she opened the door, he caught the full smell of the human's blood. There was adrenalin mixed with the salty tang of the life fluid and the hairs along his neck bristled. He froze, drifting into a predatory state for a moment. The only thing that broke his trance was Tania's roar. It startled him so badly that he actually let out a snarl of his own and whirled around, lashing out his hand with a lightning fast movement. But he hadn't been prepared and missed his underling's throat by only inches. When he realized who it was he rose up out of his crouch and cleared his throat. "It's fine. Although I've never heard of a vampire trying to kill one of it's own." He then remembered she had been bitten. "But you're probably not as much of a vampire anymore," he added darkly. He glanced behind him. "Vexous, something's wrong with you. You've never acted this cruely to mortals in all the time I've known you," he said, his voice almost hushed as he approached her, ready to restrain her if he had to.

Alexia appeared in the room that Nix was in and couldn't stop but giggle. She had been watching since it started and thought it funny.

Araceli's eyes grew concerned as she watched the Were's body erupt in small cuts and. "Do you really believe that that is where they are? And how..." She shook her head not bothering to continue on with the questions since nothing seemed to really make sense. If Darious didn't even know then this was something bigger. Especially if it caused a Vampire to slip into a coma like state.

Upon hearing Darious' distressed voice, Araceli's head snapped up in his direction her pale green eyes widening at his urgency. "Come!" She cried, grabbing his hand as she rushed past and out the cathedral's doors making their way into the night. "We must make haste then. I'll do what I can for your friend." She was making her way quickly down the path and towards the village. "Just take the lead for the quickest way to him." She said turning her head slightly to look at him. "Really wish that I had a horse or some sort of way to move more quickly in situations such as these. Note to self, next big purchase is a horse." She thought slightly amusing herself with the thought.

Vexous grinned. "she does try hard to restrain me you know, but i'm free and i'm going to savor it." licking her lips she raised her hand up to Rasul head, her hands brushing across the back of his neck. "you do realize that thing" she nodded her head towards Tania "is in love with you, haven't you told her that your only interested in your own kind." she pressed herself to Rasul's back and kissed him on the check while never taking her eyes from Tania.
"after all there's no hope for you and her now that she's half were." she finished with a grin.

Darious was shocked by her quick reaction. "thank you!" was just about all he could say. "right i'll lead the way" he said taking the led but not letting go of her hand. "i didn't think that Vampires could slip in to a coma like that, let alione access another plain, it's the main reason Vexous keeps us spirits around, we can cross over and help many of the humans that die at the castle cross over easier"

Acheron had woken up but he couldn't move, what the, way cant i move. trying to sit up, he gasped as the pain erupted in his neck and back, damn her she got me this time! he was breathing heavily, he concentrated hard on the girl Alex. " Alex can you hear me, your in grave danger, look for anything made out of silver, that'll protect you, it'll burn her, i know this is strange and so out of this world, but please believe me" sending the metal message to the human had drained him of the last bit of conciseness he had, and he passed out again.

"That is a good reason, and extremely kind of you spirits to do that for the people that need to pass over. Maybe she can help us once we get to your friend, Acheron." She followed as quickly as she could turning her pace into more a run as she followed Darious back to the castle."Please let him be alright." She prayed to herself even though she didn't know him. There had been enough bloodshed tonight and didn't want to see more of it. "Still strange of that Vampire and his Were to be acting like that."

"i agree, Vampires and were's have a long and horrible history.... vampires pretty much wiped out the werewolves, so i'm not really sure what happened but it was bad, now days it's almost forbidden to have an contact with one other unless your somewhat of a stray i guess."
Darious picked up speed as the castle came into view.
"come on we're nearly there"
once they reached to doors he used his powers to open them with the wind and didn't stop till they were by acheron's side.
"Sakura healed his wonds but i cant move him" he said as he looked at Acheron's twisted form lieing almost lifeless on the floor

"I had read about the Wars in books. I didn't know that they had rules that still pertained to the older times and with what happened." She shook her head as they continued on. She was impressed as the doors blew open by Darious' hand. "That's a neat trick." She said with a small smile though it faded as the limp form came into view.

"What do you need me to do? Where shall I bring him then?" Araceli was all about business now determined not to let another die. "Darious, I'm sure you could move him if you try but if you don't want just give me directions of what we should do next." She had knelt by Acheron's still body inspecting him quickly before glancing back up to Darious.

Darious bit his bottom lip, "i think we should move him to the living room on the sofa or something, i cant do it my wind powers are to aggrsive on human skin i'd just hurt him more"
sighing heavly he moved to the kicten area. "i'll go grab some stuff that could help"
he floated off and back again with a small basket filled with seringes and tubes.
"to be honest i'm not sure how to do this, i was born when all this stuff wasn't invented, i'm still geting used to the light bulb ya know."

Rasul let out a low hiss. "You're not even Vexous are you?" he concluded, his eyes widening. He bared his teeth and glided away from her. He couldn't look at Tania however. She had become part of something he had always hated. And the more he thought about it the less he liked it. He looked quickly at Tania. She had been a vampire first, after all. And he had his own little defects. Stuck in a sudden inner conflic,t he glared at Vexous, hating the female species. "Don't try to draw attention away from the fact that you're going to slaughter that human. Try anyway."

Araceli nodded her head in agreement to Darious. "I assume the living room is close by." Getting up and walking a couple feet down the hall, she opened a door and poked her head in. It had the usual antique setting of a living room with a large fireplace on the far end of the room to complete it. Turning back in the direction of Acheron and moving to him quickly, she bent once more to ready herself to try and lift him with care. "Alright Acheron, I'm going to try to be as gentle as possible to try and not cause anymore damage to you." She whispered softly to him, not that he could actually respond back or as if he could hear her.

Slipping an arm under and around his waist, she pulled on of his arms up and rested it over her shoulders. Standing carefully with him she staggered a bit with the difference of weight. She moved as quickly as she could back to where she had found the living room as Darious had come back with the basket of things. "No its alright. I can figure it out I believe." She said gritting her teeth a little under the pressure of Acheron's body. "Dead weight." She said to Darious. "I forgot how heavy someone can seem to be when they've got their dead weight kicking in."

Finally making it to the living room, she carefully set Acheron's body down in the nearest sofa. It was plush looking so she'd assume it'd be soft, covered in its upholstery of rich red fabric. "Alright. We can do this." She said as she took the basket from Darious.

Bringing it over to Acheron she set it down on the ground and pulled the old contraption out of the basket. Two syringes were connected to long tubes that went into a medium sized bottle. A small old automatic pump also lay in the basket at the bottom. This she attached to another tube, it had a small lever on the top to redirect the collected blood when finished gathering and another to close off blood flow from one end and open the other who would be receiving.
"Well this is certainly a bit more dated than I thought it would be." She said with a small sigh, the newer ones that she had seen in the cathedral infirmary just seemed simpler though she had never used one.

There was another small package in the basket that she pulled out. A small pouch with antiseptic, iodine, some small rags, and some cloth bandages were inside. She pulled her cloak off and removed one of her long gloves that went almost all the way up her arms. Taking a small cloth with antiseptic, she cleaned over her vein next moving to Acheron to do the same for him on one of his arms. Next she inserted one needle into the spot she had cleaned.

She inserted the remaining needle into the area she just cleaned a small pinch in the ditch of her arm. Taking a deep breath, she flicked the switch on the side to begin the pump and sat as it began to siphon blood out of her at a slow steady pace. Leaning back against the couch that Acheron lay on she tried to relax as she waited till it was done with her.

vexous rolled her eyes, oh yeah she'd hit a soft spot and she knew it. "hmm slaughter such a nasty word, i like it" she said with a giggle.
turning toward the ballroom again she stopped and looked down at her chest. "awe look she's fighting for control" fresh blood began to sock her already stained dress, unlike before the wound didn't seem to hurt her. shaking her head she sighed, "there must be a way to get rid of the soft side of myself, maybe killing that human will help." grinning she took a step inside the ballroom. "yes lets see how you like that!"

Darious stood behind her looking over her shoulder and wacthing what she was doing. as she stuck the needle in both there arms he cringed. "that looks rather painful"
"i cant thank you enough for this, i am forever in your doubt" he said sincerely.
then they waited, darious wasn't sure for how long until Acheron stirred.

Acheron had felt something prick his arm and someone whisper to him but could make out the words.
opening his eyes a small way he saw a women sitting by him. "oh god i'm in heaven" he mumbled to himself.
blinking once or twice he saw Darious. "nope not out of here yet unless i'm a ghost to". he saw darious shake his head at his comment which made him laugh. "whats going on here?" he asked weakly

Rasul's stomach almost growled as he saw the crimson leaking from her chest. Any blood was good blood right now and his pupils narrowed just a little. Was she possessed? he thought in the part of his mind that wasn't distracted with blood-lust. He was yet again jerked from his thoughts when Vexous entered the ballroom. "Don't make me hurt you," he warned, following swiftly behind her.

Vexous raised an eyebrow at that. "really now, see from where i'm standing if i was to slit that girls throat you'd be the first to attack, wouldn't you?"
turning her head to look back at Tania. "and she would to.....oh this will be fun!" she giggled again, it wasn't a nice giggle it was evil and she knew it. " little kitten where are you" she called out.
with Acheron down for the count no one can stop me this time. she thought to herself smiling.

Smiling at Darious she waved her free hand in the air. "Darious it is of no problem. I just want to help how I can and when I can." She was beginning to feel a bit weak as her blood keep filtering out of her and into the bottle then into Acheron.

As she let her head drop a bit behind her against a pillow on the edge of the sofa, she thought she heard Acheron stir and smiled largely at his compliment directed towards her. She was very tired from the night's events, with the lack of sleep, food and now with the lack of blood. Lifting her head as she heard him inquire she tried to formulate the words as best as she could in her head so that she could verbalize them. Her eyes focusing on him.
"Just giving you your most needed blood transfusion. I'm Araceli de Vetulis. It is a pleasure to be providing you with blood this evening." She offered him a weak smile.

darious smiled down at her, she was so generous and careing, if only i was still alive. he thought.

Acheron frowned, "you almost sounded like a Vampire then."
slightly sitting up, "just got bite me, i hate when they do that" he said shaking his head.
pulling the needle out of his arm he smiled at her. "thankyou for your kindness but i do believe you've lost a bit of blood now yourself, dont worry about me i will heal soon."
Making himself more comfortable he tried to stand up, but found he had no stranght in his legs. "Oh great!, what next" he said aloud.
Looking at the women with sorrow. "Araceli was it? i'm going to have to ask you do do another favour for me, my mistress is on a rampage, i think your the only one who can stop her!"

Darious stepped forward, "no way i'll do it, i'm not putting her in danger, besides i dont think she's ever been in a battle with a vampire."

A voice...Where did it come from? It sounded like Acheron... Alex moved her gaze back and forth across the area that she could see trying to figure out if what she'd heard was real. She tried to reply to the voice asking questions in a whisper. "Hello? Is someone there?" She continued to look around unaware of the situation occuring just outside of the ballroom. She looked for anything silver, just as the voice had warned. The room appeared to be empty except for her and the voices echoing in from the hall. As she looked around she realized that she'd almost cornered herself. She gave up on her search for a weapon for a moment and concentrated on the situation in the hall. It seemed there was some sort of disagreement going on. Alex decided to move from the spot she was in to a spot farther into the room but just as she got the middle of the room the door opened and the lady vampire stepped into the room. Alex's body froze in a mid run postion and she stared at the silhouette of the vampire. NO! How could you have been so stupid Alex?!! She turned on her heels and ran to the back of the room to a long table parallel to the back wall. She ran around and stood in between the table and the wall and examined the table, looking for any silver dinnerware she could use as a weapon.

"You shouldn't tempt me. You'll be torn apart before the mortal is," he growled. This wasn't the Vexous he knew and he felt no need to show this creature any respect. But from her earlier statement he knew she was in there somewhere and he wasn't going to rip her head off unless he absolutely had to. He caught sight of the girl the instant she moved. Why was she running the other way? She'd corner herself! He took this moment to rush forward and infront of Vexous. "I've had enough of this. The only way you can expect to get the human is if you can get through me," he said, actually smiling. In the back of his mind he was enjoying this little game.

Alexia walked into the room with another giggle and kept watching the two. She was waiting for something else to happen.

She offered another weak smile at Acheron as she managed a quiet chuckle about his comment about her sounding like a Vampire. "No fear, I won't be biting anyone anytime soon." She responded back to him. She also pulled the needle from her arm and began swabbing the area with antiseptic than bandaged it up. Remaining on the floor, she relaxed a bit more than closed her eyes.

Upon hearing Acheron ask her of the favor and Darious' outburst about it and her not going up against Vampires, she opened her green eyes and narrows them slightly. "Darious, I've gone up against a few. Not many, but a few." She knew he was being protective, but she wanted him to know she wasn't as fragile as she sometimes seemed to look just because she was human.

Standing slowly from her position on the ground, she smiled at Darious and added, "I'm fine anyway." Looking to Acheron she asked, "Where is she and what needs to be done with her? I was told that you were the only one that could help manage her at times like this."

There motionless bodies are currently laying were every one can see them but there minds are eals where. Its a little complicated, but you can ask kendra to explain it better to you on the ooc)


Kaedo slinked quietly up the stairs and threw the passage. "Perhaps this one should turn to one of his other forms, so not to be noticed." He said out loud to himself as he emerged from the doorway to see the lady vampire as well as another vampire some deranged creature and a human dancing about a table. "Yes. But I think you might be to late for that, that I do." Kaedo then answered himself in a low mumble. "Lets hope that they didn't see this one perhaps?" He then added as he attempted to sneak on by.

Then just as Kaedo was nearly past them he tripped and landed with a hard thud on the ground. "Ow!!! This one is hurt!!" He yelled wildly, losing track of the thought on being stealthy. "YOU dolt!! That is no way to be quite!! Now they'll surely know that you are here!!" He retorted in a harsh whisper. "This one does not care, for they are hurt.. Have you no compassion for the injured?" He added with a sudden pout on his face as he sat up and looked teary eyed in the direction of the fuse. Then looking to his scrapped elbows and knees like a hurt child does after falling off a bike.

"Your such a cry baby." He then commented as if disgusted all of a sudden. He rolled his eyes and then stood to his feet waiting to see what would happen next before taking action.

(Thats okay. I understand since there is a lot of things going on right now. I'd try venturing into the castle. So far there are like at least 7 or so different characters there right now.)

Alexia walked around the town and came across a castle. She looked up and a whistle came from her lips. She walked into the door and started sing a song under her breathe in a voice that sounded like the elements. As she walked around she saw the many decorations and smiled at the different look. "It's better than the usual bright lights that are in this stupid world." She mumbled to herself after a while.

Alex looked up when she heard footsteps getting close to her. Her breath caught as the the other person she'd heard in the hall came towards her and then turned towards the lady vampire, standing his ground about halfway between her and the lady. Why is he protecting me? Alex felt a bit stronger and was ready to stand her ground if need be. She remembered what she'd been looking for, silver. She took her eyes off of the young man and continued to search. Just then her eyes caught a small glimmer on the floor next to her. She crouched down to get a closer look and found a small silver necklace with intricate patterns and jewels that hung a few inches off the chain. Alex slowly stood up, hoping that the necklace would help protect her. She looked back at the vampire and the man, standing her ground, even though her legs were shaking.
