@Jellybean: yeah, I like to ask questions about what weapons a character is holding or allowed to use, or what a certain attack does, or why he's going the wrong way (he gets lost a lot in maps, like in kingdom hearts and metal gear, I dunno why) Just, lots of questions! :lol: What's so wrong with that?

@Connielass: Hehee, it makes my think of Ireland. I love the landscapes there... and I think I might have a bit in my family lineage, so things like that often stand out to me.

*Shields Jelly from the wrath* And no problem on the pet feeding. ;) I don't typically have people watch me play video games so I've never experienced the backseat game driver. I'm a quiet video game watcher myself. Though if I comment it's usually when I think something is cool.

Yeah, I'm not overly talkative when watching games, so that's why I often get so surprised by the angry reactions. And when I do talk, it's out of genuine interest. Though, I do try to monitor the timing of my comments/questions.

I just love the Irish/Scottish accents! Don't you? But then, almost accent is cool to listen to. I've heard a few scary ones while traveling through the southern U.S.

has anyone ever noticed how certain sounds can just strike a chord in you?
I've always had this thing with deep/low tones or voices... I actually had a crush on one of my class-mates in High School for several years just because of the pitch and tone of his voice.

I found out that I don't have the attention span for video games. Which is odd, I know, especially since I love reading and will sit in a corner for hours.

Oh, God.... I'm the worst when it comes to reading. Because, I have this obsessive habit of not wanting to put the book down until I've completed it! x_x I actually used to get bored, and spend the whole night sitting up, reading my mom's romance novels... not fun. But, interesting fact. One romance novel can be finished in a day.

I know what you mean though. I seldom make it very far in the few games I have played. Especially considering the time spent in any one sitting.


Anyway, it's like... 2am right now. So, I think I'm going to go on ahead to bed.

And I do the same thing. Metroid 3 and Prince of Persia I think are the only games that every held my attention for more then an hour...as did Tenchu for the PlayStation but the disk was friend when the PS blew up. xD

I've been meaning to get around to prince of persia. Right now I'm playing Drake's Uncharted. O_O I'm just waiting for Assassin's Creed 2 to come out.
