I'd got your reference to Lost Horizon immediately. XD It's been a year or two since I read the book, but I got it for its references to Shangri-La, as one of my future books will have at least a character from there if the characters don't eventually have adventures in it. X3 I need to re-read that book. >_> I'd never decided what I thought of the ending.

Nope - no facial hair yet. But one of our Assistant Administrators quests to be the Bearded Lady here as well, and I know many of our male staff want to man-up their avatars. (Not to mention the users.) ::laugh:: So it will come, though I've honestly no idea when that would be. :3 If you haven't already found the Item Suggestion Threads, that should be under "Site Feedback". The Devs (pixelists and artists) as well as the rest of the staff all read that thread and do take it into consideration. Sometimes it just takes longer than others to get what's asked for as we may be waiting on something so that when we get it, it can be awesome rather than 'eh, okay'. >_>

As you'd noticed - yep! - the staff is an active part of the userbase. We were regular users and some of us go back to being regular users when life changes on us. Some of us may not have as much time to hang out and just shoot the breeze as we'd like, but we don't sit up in Ivory Towers looking down on the populace and sneering. LOL. (We do have a much better eye on the community than they seem to think, but that's generally to our advantage anyway and not a secret. ;p )

I've forgotten what else I wanted to say. But it seems you've got someone here you know and that's awesome. :3 It's easier to stay active when you've got someone to harass.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. We're friendly here.

In the interests of following the rules, but knowing this will be all but forgotten, I didn't really care for the way my thread got locked.
Surely there was some other course of action that could be taken? It really sounds like I am going to run into problems here, so
perhaps it is best I cut and run instead. The only thing I hate more than not having a voice, is... actually, that's pretty much all of it.
I hate censorship of the free flow of ideas. I sure as hell won't gain anything this way.
