@Bartuc - I'm thinking of getting a tribal-style dragon on my back from that Ki kanji on my shoulder that leads to the tattoo on my left upper arm. So it would be across my back. Like it would start all faded and skeletal near the right shoulder but would be more fleshed out near the left upper arm. The part that might hurt the most is when he would go over my spine. But I'm sure I could deal. XD

I think the kanji tattoos look really neat. The only reason that I won't get one of those is because I'm not Asian and I'll be labeled as an anime/videogame nerd if I do. xD;;

Anyway, if I do get a tattoo, I'd like to get one near my ankle. Of course, I realize that would really really hurt because there's not as much skin there. But since it's not as visible, I might even want to put some kanji there. :3

Yeah Kanji tattoos have much more meaning too - even though they are art, they are also words. Since I'm Asian by ethnicity, that helps a lot too. :3 So I perfectly understand why you wouldn't do it.

Still, everyone has their own reasons to get their tattoos. One of my classmates in school this summer had one and he's an army guy but not Asian. It's probably something meaningful to him. You wouldn't go and get something permanently on your body if it didn't mean something. XD

Ankle tattoos are supposedly painful but yeah I can see why you'd want that. ^^ I don't know how people get ones on their fingers though. Those must suck.

@Bartuc - This one on my shoulder went over my shoulderblade (like the top of it) - god that hurt. But the part on the back of my arm hurt too. The whole thing was more painful than the one on the upper arm I think.

The back/inner part of the upper arm are pretty 'rare' when it comes to tattoos. But I think the most painful for me was the bottom of my rib cage. Most pain I have ever experienced with tattoos.

Yeah I bet that hurt. It would resonate through your whole skeleton. >.> I dunno. I shouldn't get too much into it. But I want to get covered at the same time. Like...I dunno. I want more so bad.

I am sure they pull them down quite a bit. Since the ink drips down during tattoos.
