Yukina looked at him a bit surprsed but gave a soft smile as she started to walk.Looking aroundat the wild flowers and smiled. "thier so pritty" ,she said softly.After a while she smiled seeing a water fall and a huge pool of water. "wow"

He smiled without looking at her; instead, Kevin looked at the scene around him. He hadn't noticed what the forest had become now. The flowers, the birds singing and the whole scene; it was fairytale worthy. "It is." he agreed shortly, but with his smile still intact. As they got closer to the water, he listened and watched carefully for anyone who could be approaching. "We need to get in and get out, clothes and all." he told her, "we need out scent completely gone. Okay?"

Yukina nodded/"alright",she said then looked at tyhe waterfall."looks like thiers a cave behind the waterfall"

Kevin looked past the sparkling water falling into the lake, and squinted a little. She was right, there was a cave... a large looking cave, that was well hidden. "That should be good enough to hide in for now. Especially with the waterfall in front of it, masking our scent... But because our scent will end here, it will have to be very temporary." he said, making sure not to frighten her by using a light tone. Then he asked, "Do you think you can get in and out of the water alone, or do you want to go together?"

Yukina looked at him and nodded at what he had said about the cave being temperary.Then blinked looking nervous about going and gettingout alone ,but she had caused his to much trouble already. "i-i can do it alone" ,she said moveing away from him and stood on her own to atempt to show hime shed be fine.

He let her go and saw she could indeed stand on her own. He trusted her judgement enough to leave her alone for a little while. He nodded, "Alright. I'll jump in and then go find food. You go straight into the cave. Remember: clothes on." he said. He walked into the water and as soon as it was deep enough, he went under for a few seconds before coming back to the surface. He then waded out of the water, "I'll be back A-SAP." he said with a smile as he transformed back into the red wolf and ran off.

He wouldn't be gone long, and he was fairly certain she'd be okay for that time.

Yukina watched him go into the water and nodded. Then wwhen he came out she nodded and watched as he ran off. Looking to the water she sighed and waded into the water and going in about the same place he did she went under and sawm around a bit.Then comeing to the surface she waded here way out thn as she was told wnet into the cave.

The cave was dark and quit. But pritty big . She stoped and rubbed her head feeling diizy again. Then felt awird surge of pain go therw her. She didnt scream in frear the echo would give thier hide out away. The pain soon overwelmed her and she colapsed to the floor,uncochous but looked like she had fallen asleep.

Kevin ran quickly, sniffing out the scent of the deer as he ran. He could kill it, bring it back and cook it for a human to eat... So long as the hunters' scents were no where around. When he spotted the deer, he ducked low in the tall grass, near a tree. He watched a moment, more because he hesitated than anything. He'd never killed anything before, and he didn't like the thought of killing the deer... but he had no choice. After that short moment, he ran full speed at the deer and bit deep into its neck. It was a hoorid way for the deer to die, but it was all he had. After a few excrusiatingly long moment, the deer had died.

He tried to think of the easiest way to carry the deer back, and then figured the best way would be to tear it apart right there and bring back the suitable meet to the cave. He did so, cringing every time he tore into it. He carried the pieces in his mouth, leaving the rest to rot and be eaten by other animals, as he ran back to the cave. When he got there, he ran into the water and out, to lose the scent again. He entered the cave and looked at Yukina. He dropped the meat and transformed back. "Yukina, are you alright?" he asked, walking over to her and shaking her by the shoulder gently, "Yukina, wake up." he said and waited for an answer.

Yukina's on;y responce was a gron an d she turned onto her side.

Kevin couldn't tell if she was sleeping or not. Sure, she seemed like she was just asleep, but she wasn't waking up at all. He could only think of one thing to do: He transformed back into the wolf, which seemed to be his favorite form, as of lately, and began to lick her face and whine... something that would have been very awkward to do as a human.

Yukina groaned and feeling him lick her face and hearing his wine , woke up.Her eyes were abit hazey and she had dark circles under her eyes.But, still managed to smiled and rub his head. "im fine"

He transformed back into his human self. He smiled down at her, still being crouched like a dog beside her. "Alright. I brought back some meat, I can try to cook it, if you want. Are you hungry?"

Yukina smiled and slowly sat up.yeah im starveing" she siad softly and sat back against the cave wall.

He smiled and walked away to where he left the meat and began to start a fire the good old fashioned boy scout way. When he managed to start a small fire, he began cooking the meat with sticks. When it was done, he placed it on a big leaf. He had two leaves full of meat when he was done and had the fire put out as to not give away their position. He brought the two over to Yukina and handed her one, "Here you go." he smiled lightly, hoping she wouldn't ask what it was.

Yukina smiled. "wow thanks!" ,shesaid hapily and took it. She blinked stareing at it. "do i dare ask what it is?"

He cringed a little as he smiled, then laughed. "Well, I'm fairly certain you would not like to know what it is." Most people hated the thought of eating such a cute creature. If Yukina was one of those people, she'd stop eating, and that would put a tax on her energy even more. He smiled a little, "Trust me on that."

Yukina looked at him then nodded/"alright",she said and then started to eat it quitly.

He nodded back and began to eat himself. He had never had venison before, but it actually tasted good... and he felt a bit guilty for thinking so... Yet, at the same time, the thrill of killing his own food- food for him and Yukina- lingered, and it felt pretty good. A new experinece, and a good one. When he had finished, which hadn't taken long at all, unsurprisingly, he looked to Yukina, "Are you alright enough to keep going; are you still tired?" he asked.

They didn't have a choice really. They had to go back through the water to re-lose their scent and keep going before they were caught up to. If he had to, he would carry her; whatever it took for the two of them to survive.

Yukina was soon finishedd and looked at him,she really wasnt up to moveing again.She still felt tiered but knew it was for thier safety. "yeah .. i guess" she said and went to stand up.

He got up to, a little closer to her than where he had been sitting, in case she did need help to stay up, "Are you sure; or are you still drained?"

Yukina looked at him. "i still feel tierd but we have to keep moveing fright?" ,she said and sarted walking.

He forced a smile and nodded, "We do, but I can carry you for awhile, until you're ready to walk on your own, if you'd like..." he smiled for real this time, and this time it was sincere, nervous, but sincere.

Yukina stopped and looked at him and smiled back . "itsokay ... im troubeling you enough as it is"

He smiled at her, more serenely, "It's no trouble at all, honestly. It's nice having someone to escape and run for our lives with. Don't be afraid to ask for something from me if you need it." he reassured her.

Yukina smiled at him. Then sighed. "then i would love a oiggy back or something " , she said finaly giveing into his smile.
