Hogarth growled, feeling insulted, he pushed the end of his spear against the ground, lifting his weight up into the air as he thrust his legs out into Nick's chest knocking him off balance. Hogarth fallowed threw with his kick, spreading his legs and landing on his feet over Nick, he shifted his leg gently so that his knee pushed against Nick's throat, holding him to the ground as his spear pointed into his face. "What is your name?!" Hogarth demanded this time, becoming annoyed by Nick.

Nicks silver eye's narrowed and flashed green as the ground rumbled and suddenly vines snapped up out of the earth grabbing hold of the male and jerking him off of nick. nick sat up .. "My name is Nick akasha and you point that spear at mea gain and I'll shred it.." he said tot he now cacooned male. he rubbed at his throat. yeah angerying a elemental 'human' wasn't a good idea.

Hogarth struggled, still trying to fight the vines, blushing from embarrassment, he had never been defeated so easily."My name is Hogarth." He said trying to ease the tension. "What are you'll doing in the forest?" Hogarth said a little nicer, from fear the vines would crush him if he had offended Nick.

Shin lounged on the ground where she had been sitting "You know Nick, you have a knack for attracting time traveling aggressive people. Have you ever considered that maybe it's you? Either way, I'm glad I didn't have to get involved in this one."

Nick shot her a glare. "How on gaia is it MY fault.. I didn't ask for that.. guy to come barreling into me.. I'da been quite happy if he'd slammed into one of you."

Shin shrugged "Just saying that we've had three time travelers now, and two of them immedeately attacked you, and the other one was immedeately distracted by his brother. For all I know, if Con hadn't been there Seo might have attacked you. Maybe you have a timetraveling target painted on your forehead?"

Nick wanted to slap her. now he could definetly see why Con disliked the girl. he t urned on his heel touche da tree and pulled one of her own tricks only as he steped into it it closed up behind him, the earth shifting beneath the tree to form a small den, he curled up there. find then he'd just stay RIGHT here.

Hogarth's eyes shifted to the woman off to the side, his eyes narrowing as though taunting her. Unable to move though he waited in the vine cocoon, looking at the group with his dark red eyes. He wished he had his sword, the vines tightening to him made it hard for him to get enough room to swing his spear, so his eyes slowly shifted to the sword before looking back at the group to think to himself.

Shin stood and stretched "Well he's gone off to pout, so I guess I get to deal with you Hogarth. So tell me, who are you, what brings you here, and what year was it last time you checked?"

Hogarth clenched his teeth tight, his grasp tightening to his spear, wishing if only he was free from the vines, he would be able to show her where she belonged. Hogarth looked at the woman, spitting to the side, taunting her, knowing he was in no place to pick a fight.

Shin sighed and massaged her forehead. "Hoo boy. Never thought I'd want to go back to being bored. Let me rephrase that. Nick is sulking, he probably won't come out for some time. Neither Con, Seo, or Kai can get you out of there except by cutting you free, and I won't let that happen. So essentially whether you stay there or are let go is up to me. Answer the questions." She was bluffing of course, she was annoyed, but not cruel. She would let him go if it came right down to it, but she did want him to answer the questions, so she might let him dangle for a while.

Hogarth looked at his blade on the ground, grinning slightly before looking back at the girl. "Where I come from is none of your business as for the date there is no such time in my day just sun rises and sunsets, and I'd worry a little less about me being in this cocoon and a little more of what I'll do to you if I'm set free." Hogarth said, his stare turning into a chilling murderous look.

"So in other words I should just let you rot there? Fine with me, Con can have your spear, he's been needing a new one. Hey Con, want anything else of his?" Shin waved her hand dismissively and turned to Con "I vote we disarm him, so whoever wants his stuff can take it. Kai, you want anything?"

(That's right, threaten us and we mug you. O.o)

Hogarth, became angry, his hand griped the vines squeezing through the cracks, his arms began to thrust wildly as the vines began to loosen, growling as his eyes looked dead at the woman in front of him, his upper body becoming free, adrenaline passing through his body from his rage, he had one thing on his mind and he focused on the woman in front of him, his fists throwing violently against the vines as he army crawled, trying to get to his sword.
(Lol, But Hogarth is hostile, so angry isn't the best thing to make him, it makes him careless of his actions.)

Shin raised an eyebrow and stepped to the side, touching a tree. The tree's branches whipped out to reinforce the vines holding Hogarth in place. "See Hogarth, you be civil to me and I'll be civil to you, but act like a maniac and I'll retaliate. Now why don't you calm down? If you behave you can keep your stuff, and since we outnumber you, have the forest on our side, and are generally stronger then you, it would be wiser to co-operate."

Partner perferance- A kind but strong girl who can take care of herself, but still needs him with her.

Powers if any- Increadible speed and power orbs from hands

History- His real family abandoned him in a dark street and an orphanage found him. Soon he was adopted by his current family.

Current History- He is very happy with his life, he has no current worries, and has a very good friend named Jackie Elric, who already has a gf.

She didn't do anything MEAN .. she was pointing something out so you didn't get in trouble.
also reading the story up to now WOULD be a good way to keep you from being ignored because your characters no where NEAR them.. and Im to crabby today to try and make it so your character could be there. also there IS an ooc, in my sig, go there to discuss stuff like this. so we're not cluttering up the story.))

Hogarth looked at Shin, closing his eyes as if giving up, but said nothing his words were silenced, refusing to acknowledge the girl that insulted him, he waited in the cocoon to be released. "There is nothing civil about threatening me, and calling me weak. I was not put in here by you." Hogarth looked at Nick.

kai watched as the leaves moved and bristled as if wind were moving them, they parted so she could watch as the clouds moved by.
