I've barely got the perform to work for me, but at least it works in the first place, and I just got a bit past 30 stars, I'm hoping to get a bit more than I need to get a whole set of the normal six and the seventh if I build enough extra.

That's because in the UK the bookshops haven't a fixed retail price like in germany ;_;#

(The problem in germany at the moment: the little cute bookshops are closing down, because the big companies are too many..so sad) :(

It depends... most of the BIG retail stores are the ones which sell them first-hand. They usually stick to the fixed price (with a bajillion special offers), but the smaller ones tend to be the sweet little second-hand ones. There's a big issue at the moment about whether the charity shops are driving them out of business.
