skeith blew kigan back "you bastard!" he swung his scythe and an energy slice speeded towards kigan."you'll pay for everything you took from me. it's your fault for everything wrong in my life." he swung his blade and made more energy sclices that blew kigan into the trees as they cut through them. when the energy sclices stopped kigan was in the town in front of the forest, they cut a path through the forest to the town. skeith dashed towards kigan and stopped in front of him with his scythe's blade to kigans neck. "it's all your fault. i lost everyhting because of you."

Daphne wanders around the scene then looks at her gown and notices that it is covered in dirt "i need to wash this when i get back" she complained 'so do we go back to the hunters office or take the day off"

"its entirely up to satoshi" paige refused to look at the bloody mess.

"okay Satoshi what do you think" daphne asked while avoiding the pools of blood

kigan jumped up and pushed skeith's scythe. "come and get me then." kigan said as he pointed his blade at skeith. skeith dashed towards kigan and kicked him down and grabbed kigan and threw him into the building. kigan fell to the ground. "come on get up." skeith said as he walked towards kigans body.

Melrose watched from the shadows as the battle went on. She stayed downwind so that no one would sense her, and everytime it looked like Skeith would get hurt, she almost got into the fight but always stopped herself, knowing that Skeith would only be satisfied when he, himself, killed Kigan.

kigan slowly got to his feet. skeith pointed his scythe to kigan's neck. "this is the end for you." he scliced kigan's head clean off. skeith looked around and saw melrose. "what're you doing here? and how much did you hear?"he looked at her and suddenly the anger that he fealt that the demon side used for power vanished.

Melrose stood, feeling glued to her spot on the ground as she watched everything going on. She snapped out it though and admitted, "Um..I guess I got worried about you...and I kinda heard a lot..." She back up a few steps, just in case Skeith was still angry.

skeith walked up to melrose and hugged her. "don't be afraid." he looked at his bloodstained hands from behind her and said "your one of two people who can bring me back from my demons side."

Melrose nodded, then asked, "Who's the other person?"

Paige sighed, "we should be going" she looked a daphne and then started walking to the town.

"yea and you my friend need sleep" Daphne replied as she walked with her

Paige smiled, "after today i dont know how either of us are walking"

"i agree i also think we both need a bath" Daphne laughed "though i dont think i want to anything right now but get out of here"

she as been walking for a while but she is bleeding badly she falls to the ground she is dying someone attack her bad and the bad thing she is human she can't fight

he looked at melrose and said "the woman that if you were my daughter then she would be your mother." he felt a tear escape his eye. his life after the inccident was built on finding the hunters and getting revenge for his parents and beloved, and now he was at a loss of the knowledge of what was next. all of a sudden he heard someone fall to the ground. he turned to see kiki lying on the ground bleeding. he ran over to her and said "dammit, i'm guessing the fight with victor took more out of her then i thought." he looked at melrose and said "i know this seems weird but she's a friend and you know that when it comes to friends i help them til they can take care of themselves. now i need you to head to the castle and get the best medics we have. i'll meet you their." he looked back to kiki and started performing demonic healing but the wounds contiued to gush open. after the 5th try skeith said "fuck it, i'll just need to get to the castle quicker then i expected." he picked up kiki and started dashing towards the castle.

After Satoshi had got over the reprocautions from changing into his demon form, he walked over to his motorcycle, started it up drove to his apartment.

Kaer'lic had fallen asleep. He was still in his transformed state, he still couldn't figure out how to reverse it. He slept for a while. He didn't notice that as he slept, he slowly slipped back into his normal form.

Paige looked up, 'its over for now, but how long until the others seek revenge'

"if they do they will have to deal with me" Daphne said as she entered town "so were are you sleeping tonight my place or Satoshi's"

"look out!" skeith yelled as he came dashng by them. "in a rush gotta get to the castle!"

"yours" she said right away. "i think i over stayed my welcome there" paige jumped as skeith ran past

skeith ran to the rooms in the castle and set kiki down on a bed. the medics showed up and started examining her wounds. skeith walked up to one of the medics and asked "is she gonna be ok?" the medic turned and said "we'll do everything we can lord skeith." skeith walked out of the room and leaned agianst the wall. he was so caught up in what happened to kiki that he forgot about his own wounds. he examined his scratches from kigans blade. "looks like they've already healed to scars. the one downfall about being a demonic vampire is that your wounds stay as scars until you grow out of them."

"okay you stay with me i like having you as a roommate" Daphne said "lets go and get your things" she turned down the street to Satoshi's apartment "you think he will let you leave" Daphne started laughing

"Well he shouldnt have a problem with it anymore, unless he likes my company which i doubt" she smiled and laughed, "Meet you there" she jumps up using other windows as footholds she climbs to satoshis apartment seeing the window still open, she climbs in and grabs her bag, and jumps out the window before daphne has a chance to do anything, "lets go!"
