"okay and were off" Daphne dashes down the street and back to her apartment "maybe we should leave a note or call letting Satoshi know you havent run away"

"Nah hell be fine" she laughed.

"yea your right" as they reach the door Daphne opens the door "there we go i suggest you get some sleep"

When Satoshi got back to his apartment, he checked to see if Paige was there. When he noticed all of her stuff was gone he pulled out his phone to call her, but decided against. He thought to himself,She'll be fine.

Paige smiled, "Im not that tired" but her yawn said different.

"go ahead sleep" Daphne insisted she looked at herself in the mirror "i need to take a shower and clean this outfit first though" enters room locks door takes a shower and changes into a new outfit "if you would like you can take a shower

Satoshi took a shower and got dressed, he packed a few clothes into a luggag case, and called Kaer'lic and left a message on his phone saying that he was going on vacation.

Satoshi started up his motorcycle and left town for who knows how long.

Kaer'lic woke up to the sound of his phone ringing. He didn't answer it. He checked the message about Satoshi leaving town. "Maybe I should leave too. This isn't the best place for me to be right now anyway." Kaer'ic grabbed a few sets of clothes and threw them in a duffel bag. "I need a ride though. I'll use my savings to buy a bike or something." Kaer'lic walked out of the apartment and locked the door. "I wonder when I will be coming back. Maybe I should try to go and visit my homeland. See if any of my kind still live down there." Kaer'lic walked down to the bike shop and bought the new model, acid green kawasaki ninja. "This should do nicely. And I still have a little extra for the trip. Kaer'lic got on the road not long after getting the bike and left town.

Paige smiled, "nah ill be fine, i dont really feel safe falling asleep right now, ill tell you why later"

"okay then" Daphne smiled

paige smiled back and sat down on the floor, she pulled out her dagger and walked to the sink to clean it off.

sits down beside Paige "that looks even more deadly with blood on it"

"Yeah but considering whos blood it is i have to clean it, i just hope, ow!" paige jumps back as the dagger slices her finger, "that hurt" she looks at daphne, "the more loyal vampires to victor will probably be wondering what happened to their precious master"

Daphne runs and gets a band-aid and give it to Paige "im not sure but we can handle them if not we can run just dont go off on your own"

Paige took the band-aide but layed it aside, "my wounds heal quickly theres no need for that" she looks at daphne, "Victors loyal followers are much more powerful then Victor himself, thats why people listened to him because of his followers."

"okay then but why did they follow him if they were stronger" Daphne questioned

"im not sure, i spent my time there trying to get out" paige said.

"okay maybe they lacked leadership skills" Daphne laughed at her attempt to answer the question

"Maybe" paige shrugged, "and they will more than likely blame me for his death"

"they cant do that it wasn't your fault his blood is not on your hands" Daphne snapped "you are innocent and i wont let them hurt you but on a higher note we can go shopping" Daphne smiled

skeith jumped up to the window of daphenes apartment. "it's because like i said he was an idiot. he talked big, which i why they followed them. they are powerful theirs no questioning it, but their intelegence was that of a rodent. he lied while talking big and they thought that he was more powerful then them. oh and sorry for coming uninvited." he smirked

"its okay thanks for the information" Daphne said a little startled to see Skeith in her window "you are welcome to come in if you would like" she invited

"thanks." he stepped in through the window. "and if your wondering how i know this. by now you should know that i knew victor, and theirs also the fact that when i drink someones blood i can see their memories. which is why i let the blood from his head fall onto my hand." he smirked "it's an ability i inherited from my old man."

"very clever" Daphne said impressed "would you like something to drink "your father must have been a great man"

"no thanks, but thanks for the offer. and yes my father WAS a great man, a benevolent man at that. he showed me everything." skeith could feel the tears attempting another escape. "the one thing he always told me that i'll never forget is 'protect the people you hold dear with all your strength never let harm be done to them.' the problem with that though is i did let that happen." he felt a tear escape his eye "he was a benovalent man their was no questioning that, but the vampire hunters wanted him dead because of how many of them he killed. he was only trying to protect me and my mother." he leaned agianst the wall and slid to the ground. "and now their both gone, and its all my fault. the hunters killed them both along with my beloved who was carrying my daughter. i practically lost everything that day. the only thing i have now is melrose, she reminds me so much of what i dreamt my daughter to be like."
