Just like my Itachi Two-Shot, I originally posted this on Quizilla.com as a quiz. It's just a few short [and some of my older work], one-shots that revolve around Valentine's Day. And I also seriously need some gold on here.
Sasuke
You sit up quickly, snapping awake in the realization of today's date. St.Valentines Day. "Great...just great. I didn't even get him anything..." you grumble. You jump out of bed and put on your most comfortable yet pretty outfit. 'Why am I getting all dressed up for him...?' you wonder, you really had no clue. You walk into the pantry and grab a Poptart, walking out the door. A couple of boys stared at you as you walked past, faces red. "Take a picture, it'll last longer." you mutter. You stop at a candy store and buy a small box of chocolates, and continue on your way to the lake. You take your time. When you arrived, you sat on the edge, staring at your reflection in the water. The ripples made you look funny, you laughed. "What's so funny, ______?" a voice made you jump. "O-Oh..hi Sasuke-kun..um, I was just laughing at my reflection in the lake...it makes me look strange.." you give the exact answer, as always. "Hn. May I join you?" Sasuke asked. He stepped forward and sat down when you nodded. "Who's the chocolate for?" he eyed the small red box. "Hm? Oh those..um, for the guy I like. He probably won't except them." you reply quietly. "He might...you're more pretty than you think." he scooted a little closer to you, but you didn't notice. "T-Thank you..." you leaned over to pick up a rock to throw in. You fell right in, head first, into the lake. You couldn't swim, either. Sasuke remembered that fact and dove in to save you, wrapping an arm around your waist. When you and him surfaced, you were coughing painfully. "I. Hate. Swimming." you say, glaring at the water. "Because you can't, or because you just don't like water?" Sasuke sat down in front of you. " 'Cause I can't swim.." you glanced at Sasuke. "..." "...What?" you stare at the ground. "At least the chocolates are safe...who's the lucky guy, anyway?" Sasuke layed down next to you. "......Do I haaaaave to say who, Sasuke-kun?" you whine. "Yes, you do. The curiousity is killing me." Sasuke said the last part dramatically. The only time he would ever be partially silly was with you, ever since his clan was murdered. "...You. Here." you put the chocolates on his stomach, "Be my Valentine, Sasuke-kun?" Sasuke fell silent, and you started to worry if he would exept the gift. He climbed over you and leaned down to whisper in your ear, "Forever, _____."
Kakashi
You were on your way to the book store. Yes, on Valentines Day. You never really cared much for it, you prefered reading. Besides, it was most likely that your Valentine would be at the book store checking to see about the latest volume of Make Out Paradise was out. "Hello, _____-san." the store clerk greeted you. "Hello." you smiled back. You walk to the back of the store to stare at the thousands of romance and fantasy books laid out upon the shares. You see a intresting book, and, trying to reach for it, fall over into a strong pair of arms. "Nice meeting you here, ____-chan." Kakashi's voice speaks over your head. "Oh, hello Kakashi-kun...thank you for catching me. I'm clumsy as usual." you get up and straighten your skirt and glasses. "No problem. Happy Valentines Day, actually." the copy-cat nin grins back, if you could see it. You stare at the book you tried so hard to get longingly. You were determined to get that book. "I still want that book..." you say quietly. Kakashi hears you and grabs you around the waist, lifting you up. "K-Kakashi-kun!! Put me down!! You dont' have to pick me up!" you protest. "You want that book, correct? You're in perfect reach of it now." he mumbles into your coat. You notice that fact and grab the book. "Thank you, Kakashi..." you blush. "Once again, no problem, _____." he blushed, unnoticed. You stare at the book he had in his hand. "That again? Why don't you read something else for a change? I know quite a few good series'." you grab a book off a low shelf. "I don't think I'll be need any more books..." Kakashi muttered. "Why is that?" you ask, confused at his statement. He pulled out a box full of your favorite candies and a rose. "Be my Valentine, _____-chan?" he asked. You jump-hugged him and kissed him. "Of course!!"
Kiba [And Akamaru? He's always with him..]
You were walking around a random road in Konoha, all alone. Valentines Day was one of your worst enemies. Nobody likes you, in that way. You start humming a song quietly, staring at the lowering ball of light in the distance. Suddenly, there's a shadow blocking the light. "Whoa! Hey! What it you big bast-" you get knocked down by a large animal. "Akamaru...Get. Off. Me." you growl. You hated being tackled by him, you didn't mind when he was little, though. "God, Akamaru! Get off her!" Kiba shouted as he ran up to you. "Kiba...can you please try to control your doggie, please?" you begged your best friend. "I've been trying!! He just likes you too much!!" Kiba yelled angrily. "S-Sorry, Kiba-kun.." you lower your head. "H-Hey, don't get bummed out.." he lifted your chin up. "How about we go get some steak? My treat!" Kiba offered. Steak? At a fancy restaraunt? You eyed Kiba suspiciously. "What? I can't take my best friend to get a good meal?" Kiba defended his true intentions. "But why steak? Isn't that exspensive?" you ask. "Yeah, but I'm not low on cash, you know." Kiba started to turn red. "You don't have to waste your money on me." you stare at him in the eyes. "I want to. Now how long are we gonna talk about this? Go home and get dressed up, I'm taking you to dinner at 7." Kiba pushed you in the direction of your house. "Okay, okay! Gosh, Kiba, stop pushing me!" you stumble slightly, and continue to your home. ~7 O' Clock~ You rush to the door when it rings. You had on a little black dress, but it wasn't trashy. Kiba stood grinning at the door. "At least you don't take forever like most girls. Let's go, I'm starving." Kiba grabbed your wrist. "Kiba, why in the world are you doing this, isn't there someone you like you should be tak- Wait...don't you have a Valentine to be with? I mean, I-I shouldn't be here..she should." you ramble on about the fact he's taking you to dinner. "I don't have a Valentine out there...she's right here." Kiba looked at you. Akamaru barked happily. "Ki-Kiba?" you step back, but Kiba followed you. He pulled out a chocolate dog-bone shaped box and handed it to you. "Be my Valentine, please, _____?" he stared at you pleadingly. You turn a thousand shades of red and hug him, slipping your gift to him in his pocket. And Akamaru's. "I'll be your Valentine after we eat...if I don't scare you away when I demolish the steak." You smile, kissing Kiba's cheek. Kiba laughs loudly, making people turn their heads.
Shino
You sat up in your favorite tree, sleeping. Hopefully, you wouldn't fall out and break your neck. Sadly, you started sliding off the branch. You jerk yourself awake and started shouting. "Eep! I'm falling! I'm falling!" but, you weren't falling anymore, there were bugs holding you up. You let out a big sigh, "Thank you so much, Shino-kun.." You had happened to befriend the silent bug-lover on a mission once, and you were close friends now. "You need to be more careful. I wouldn't want to walk up to your tree and see you dead on the ground." he stated his usual awkwardness. That's one of the things you liked about him, oddly. "Yesh, that would be bad." you put your two feet on the ground. "Don't fall asleep in trees anymore, please...and it's Valentines Day." he leaned against the tree trunk. "I have learned my lesson. Is it already Febuary 14? Wow! I hadn't realized. I didn't get you anything..." you mumble the last part. "What was that?" Shino asked, getting up off the tree. "Erm, nothing. I just rememered that I need to go to the store! Bye!" you zoom through your sentence. You tried to run, but you couldn't move. "Sh-Shino! Lemme go!" you struggle, and then feel a pressure on your neck. Shino's hand. "Shino, I really need to go to the store..." you whimper. "Forget the store, ____." he took his glasses off. You were amazed at how much more brown they can get in the sunlight. "You gots pretty eyes, Shino-kun." you say slightly dazed. You were snapped out of if when you felt pressure on your lips. Shino was kissing you, and you, to your surprise, kissed back. He pulled away. "Now, I have a question.." you start. "Let me guess, you want me to be your Valentine, _____?" "Yup." "Absolutley."
