Asch had let the liger nuzzle his hand...Asch had always tried to ruin Dom's life everytime he saw him ,but no one knew why he would.Asch than looked to Dom."Hey Dom I swinged by hometown ,and your girlfirend Rein told me to tell you that she's breaking up with you."Asch had chuckled ,as he saw Dom balling his fist ,and clenching it...Dom than armed his sword ,and swung it at Asch."That is a lie..Take it back!!"Asch had kept dodgeing every swung Dom had made."Hmm your skills are still rusty I see."Asch said chuckling a bit..

The liger moves and lowers its head bumping Arietta and she sits on its head sliding back onto its back. Clutching its fur in her small slender hand she watches them. The liger had done this on purpose, so that she wouldn't get caught in the middle and accidentally get struck. The liger trotted a little ways away from them and lays down on the ground with her on its back. Arietta watches silently as Dom strikes out at Asch and he dodges him.

Dom continued to keep slashing Asch ,but Asch dodged every slash Dom made...At one moment Dom's rage was filled up anough to actually focus on his slashing ,and started to cut Asch as he was backing away..Asch had than dashed to the left ,and dashed behind Dom ,and grabbed hold of his sword ,and whispered something to him. "You need more practice brother."Asch had said in a cold way to him..

Arietta watches them, his swordplay reminded her of that oaf Luke when she first encountered them on the Tarterus. She frowns and yawns a bit then stretches, then speaks. "I think that's enough taunting him for one day don't you Asch, I mean he did take care of me while I was away from everyone. By the way how is everyone doing?"She asks him quietly.

"Well....I guess Ill stop taunting him."Asch than judo chops his neck ,causeing him to become outcold...Dom than fell to the ground.Asch than turned to Arietta..Well.....I cant say...."Asch said looking to the ground..

Arietta nods. "Oh I see did you get seperated from them as well?" She asks curiously watching as he knocks Dom out. She laughs a little and pets the soft fur of the liger she was sitting on. The large avian bird had returned and was circling them as it landed and eyes Van. It wondered if it should take Dom away, but Arietta shakes her head no. It ruffles its feathers a little and nuzzles its head against Van's shoulder before pecking at his sleeve for attention.

"Well...No its not that..everyone in the group...Is dead except Van ,and me...I'm sorry."Asch had said in a sad way to Arietta ,but doubted that she could handle the news..

Arietta frowns and looks at the ground. "Sync, Largo, Lucretia, and Dist they are all dead? How can that be. Was it that meanie Anise and her group that killed them?!" Arietta exclaims and frowns. She was angry now, she knew it had to have been them, they killed mommy and hurt her friends now they were going after the last bit of family and friends she had. She couldn't forgive them for that.

"Sadly yes ,Arietta...They picked them off one by one ,if I'm right...They might go after me ,and than Dom ,since they think he is linked to our group."Asch had said while looking at Dom while he was out cold.

Arietta nods. "I see they must have gotten Largo after I dissapeared them thinking I was dead..." She mutters softly. "Well we can't let them get us we still have Mater Van he would know what to do!" Arietta exclaims and then sighs. "But we don't know where to find him." A sad expression crosses her usual bored eyes.

"You know to tell you the truth Arietta...I really dont trust Van...I'm starting to get a bad feeling about him."Asch said while looking at Arietta.Asch had than thought of wakeing Dom up ,and so he tried...Asch had kicked Dom ,to wake him.Dom woked up ,but had a hard time moveing..Asch ,than roughly dragged him into an open area ,thinking of training him..

(Van never betrayed them but Luke. ><)

Arietta nods and doesn't even cringe when Asch's boot connects with Dom's side. She was used to Asch either being rough on his brother or not saying much at all to him. "I see...what would make you think so ill of him?" She asks, Arietta wouldn't be one to quick to believe this after all he had taken her in and brought her home back to her. Even though he only kept her due to her ability Arietta didn't know this.

((I was watching the Asch die epicly thingy ,when he died he lent Luke his power I think ,and I'm like 'WTH...Are they suddenly cool now'Unless he had too IDK <_<))

Dom standed up ignoreing the kick ,but wondered why Asch dragged him into this area..Asch than armed his sword ,but still talks to Arietta ,while about to train Dom.."I just get bad feelings about him Arietta."Asch said to Arietta ,and than turned his head to Dom.Now I'm going to teach you how to dash perfectly Dom..But if you fail your training for the day..You will have to fight me head on.."Asch said in a cold way to Dom..

((Yeah he did it so they could prevail and all that.))

Arietta watches them silently and follows them on her liger friend. She securly holds onto his fur and watches them. He didn't need to be so hard on Dom, but she knew he was doing if for his own good. "You'll ware him out Asch if you make him do it non-stop then there will be no way he could beat you." Sighing softly she looks around and her and the liger goes over under a tree. The liger lays down with Arietta on his back.

"Well you never know Arietta..He might one day...Ok now Dom..Focus you energy ,and concentrate on your movement."Dom than did what Asch said ,it worked but not the right way..So when he dashed he tripped on the ground ,and fell on his chest..Asch than grabbed ,and picked him up roughly ,and thrown him to a tree ,causeing Dom to let out a small groan ,and yell.."Try again.."Asch said in a bitter way to Dom..

((Yeah he was going to die anyway, but still he did it as one final good deed before passing on and all...))

Arietta watches them quietly yawning a bit and petting her liger. She had only trained once or twice with Asch, but that was practicing with her spells and her monsters. Stretching a bit she sighs and looks around quietly.

Paige jumped awake, she had been dosing on the stairs. she looked at arietta and dom. 'wonder what their talking about' standing she streaches and looks around.

Leonard stood at the entrance of the Inn, put his hand on the doorknob, and hesitated. He looked into his pockets and stared disbelievingly at the amount of coin he had in them. Staying at a fancy inn seemed one of the least important things to him when he had already spent a fair amount of time living either in ghost towns or alleys and gutters. But the little voice in his head said that he would much rather have a bed and a roof. It said that living in squalor is no way to be spending his time when he had a pocket full of money and a mission to fulfill.

If you don't get a good night's rest, you'll never fiiiind hiiiim.... the voice mused, and like a moron, Leonard listened. Making a hotel room into your base of operations sounds so much better than doing so in the back alley of the local market, don't you think? Sounds so much... classier...

"Shut up," Leonard mumbled, and the voice subsided, though he had a good point: if he wanted to get any progress done in his search, it was best that he do it in a place with four walls. Finally, after much thought, he turned the knob and cracked the door open to see what kind of characters he would be spending his time with.

Paiges head snapped up when she heard the door open, "Oh hi" she said to the man standing there, she yawned a bit and twiched her cat ears.

Leonard blinked a few times, going back and forth between the face of the woman that had greeted him, and her ears. Ears, face. Ears... face. He had seen quite a few things in his life, some certainly stranger than this, but he was always throughly surprised when he encountered a new one. Re-laaax, said the voice in his head. You know... some people are also cats. Why not? Its a big world.

He brushed his inner dialogue to the side, knowing that no one could hear it but him and that talking to an imaginary person was never a great way to make new friends. Instead, he took a step into the inn. "Umm... hello," he said, smiling nervously and trying not to stare.

Paige curled up her fluffy tail and smiled, "Im Paige, who are you?" she started to yawn so she put her bandaged hand in front of her small mouth, the claws glinting.

Like I said: some people are also cats, his imagination told him before it caught him staring at her tail and gave the tall man a mental slap. Don't stare: that's rude.

"Oh, um," he said, snapping out of his silent conversation. "My name is Leonard." He gave a small smile that could only be described as "out of practice," and then bowed, allowing some of his dreadlocks to fall in front of his face. "It is a pleasure to meet you," he added as an afterthought.

"Pleased to meet ya" she smiled, her fangs gleaming, and got up she walked up to him with cat-like grace, which makes sense concidering shes part cat, and holds out a pale hand.

He laughed nervously at the gesture and promptly brought his hand to shake hers. A bit of concern for this stranger met him, as it always did, when he recalled something. "What happened to your other hand?" Hand? Paw? I hope she doesn't prefer one to the other...

she blinks in confusion, "i have two hands, granted they have claws but i have two" she holds up her other hand. She tipps her head at the stranger her green eyes taking him in. Smiling she laughs, "I must have fallen asleep on the stairs"
