I've personally been drawing tribal ... things [tattoos, doodles, the like] for a few years now. it's just a natural thing that came to me, and I really like how depending on how you bend the curves and the spikes and where you loops things ... etc ... how it can either be strong, or a few changes and it can represent something sad or dark.

I feel so accomplished I'm posting this much.

Rawr; I'm holistically excstatic that it's NOT about Twilight.

Raphael; I will, of course. Be it this year or next, or at least when I get the tattoo finalized. Sheesh, I should worry about that before I get the money. Ahaha. My brother and I were really close. He was killed in a car accident was I was young, and a serious illness prevented me from being able to attend his funeral. I feel that the only way to show my ... mourning I guess is to have him with me, forever.

Do you not usually post this much? Haha.

Ah, I see. That's really sad that you couldn't attend the funeral. And I think it's perfect way for you to have him with you. It's very honorable.

The only way I could get a tattoo of Jacob from Twilight would be to get a tattoo of the actor who played in the movie. And I hated the movie...And the actor. :stare:

Raphael; I'm new [if it's not obvious form my very naked male avatar. ] I'm not usually so easily adaptable to new websites.

Actually. What the hell am I talking about. I learn things pretty fast, but the fact I'm in an actual conversation and posting with live people instead of just doorbell ditching posts is moreoreless what I meant. I'm very active on Gaia online. -- We're getting off topic!

Yes, I think that something permenant like the tattoo will help make up for the years that he won't be with me and my family [not that my family seems that butthurt over it anymore] and the years I feel I haven't correctly or properly grieved. I've yet to see his gravesite, either.

Rawr; I wouldn't even do that much. He's not attractive. But my say doesn't count. -Laughs.- A tattoos should mean something. Unless you're a psychotic fan. Which ... he means something to you I guess. But when you're 80 years old, will you still be a fan? Lol.

Ahaha, I see, I see.
Ah, so you're a gaia person?
Totallly off topic but I'm Rul on there if you want to add me. >>

:3 Well, it's very nice. It takes a long time to get over such a traumatic event.
I kinda wanted to get a memorial tattoo for my grandmother since she was like a mother to me, but she was so against tattoos and piercings I thought it would be too wrong.

Added you. Interesting profile. Has it been updated recently ? :O
It's confusing. Single and engaged. Crap, I'm nosey.

Oo, I can see the conflict in the memorial for a anti-tattoo Grandmother. I'm sorry for your loss, however. You can always get something not done on yourself, like, once you move into your own place, plant a special flower or have a wall dedicated to paintings of things she liked.

Haha, yeah. I know it's confusing. Updated yesterday actually.

My friend Ashley and I plan on getting married when were older. She's straight, but she's apparently different for me. And I have a huuuuge thing for her, but I won't do anything about it since I will not jeopardize our friendship. But we've decided were going to end up marrying each other. :3 I just hope it happens.
>> Even though I realize it probably won't.
She'll find a nice boy. :<

Yeah.. I think I might just take that idea. She liked a lot of vintage things, some things I could probably get from her house and I'll just keep it till I can get out on my own.

If I woke up one day and found a tattoo of that man anywhere on my body, I'd probably go into hysteria.I don't see why so many people think he's good looking. :stare: And I'd continue this rant, but its 3:30 am and I'm so tired my eyes are crossing.G'night, peoples!

There is no such thing as straight, but there is no such thing as forever, nor long term engagements. -Shrugs.- Experience taught me that.

I'm going to lurk Gaia for a little and head to sleep. It's early for me to be going to bed, but I have a family togetherness day tomorrow.

Goodnight! Feel free to contact me via AIM or PM on Gaia.

I wonder why you edited that post. -Chortles.-

Yes, I realize that. I know she'll end up with a nice boy and I'll end up with a nice girl, but it's always nice to hope. Even though I'm already setting myself up for disappointment.

Ah, alright. Good night. (:

I have a few piercings, It was a stupid thing I did with a couple of my friends for my thirteenth birthday a few months ago. I have always wanted to have my tongue and bellybutton pierced, so. One of my friends decided she'd do them herself. I was all 'Yay!' about it, But as soon as she got ready to do my bellybutton I freaked out, But. Two of my other friends held me down so I didn't pull away while she was doing it. =3
After she put the bar through I was all 'SWEET!' I'm in love with it now.

The tongue was a completely different thing, I got really pissed off at her because she just jammed the bloody thing in and it hurt like HELL. I gave her a black-eye because of that... But. I appoligised and all because, I love having my tongue pierced.

Her dad does tats and Piercings and all in his little salon shop thing, He's taught her how to do everything right, she even gets to use his equipment and all when she asks.
She keeps asking me if I want a Tattoo though
She gave my friend Sara a Tattoo, and it was all wobbly and icky. I don't think I'll ever let her give me one, I'll just go and get it professionally done. Maybe when I'm older though... Alot older.

^ Tongue piercings usually don't hurt.
Are you sure she's doing piercings right?

I'd be careful, she's 13 you say? She's very young and I have a feeling that she's probably not even being sanitary. Don't let her do another piercing for you, if she ends up doing it wrong it could turn up deadly. Especially with a tongue piercing. If she hit the wrong spot it could have paralyzed half your face.

I love tattoos and like piercings alright if they're not too crowded. I have spiderbites, septum, tongue, and my ears are stretched. For tattoos, I have 2 on the chest and a half sleeve. I plan to get many many more. Everything I get will have meaning for me though. No wall tattoos for me. When my daughter turns 18, I won't have an issue with her getting tattoos as long as she's not getting a tattoo for the sake of having a tattoo. She can get a few piercings when she's young, but I think it will really depend. As long as she's not a brat, I don't see why she shouldn't get to do what she wants. Then again, she's only 10 months old right now. Who knows how I'll feel in 16 years when I'm 37.

I think that snake bites are probably the most attractive piercing ever. As for tattoos, it all depends on what it is, what's the reason, and where it's at.
Mostly though, just about everything is good in moderation. :D

I'm sure she did it right ^^
I just can't stand pain of any sort, I'll stub my toe and feel like I'm dying. But... I might not let her do anymore..... I didn't know it was such a huge deal.

I heart body mods. <33

I have a tattoo on my lower stomach, upper back, and my shoulder. I'd get sleeves, if only I could. I'd rather get a job first.

I've always wanted an eyebrow piercing, and a bull piercing, but avoid them for the same reason.

Piercings and tattoos are a way to express yourself. To me, it's body art (: As is scarification. I've got two holes in each ear where normal piercings go. In the squishy part. c: That probably doesn't make much sense. I've got one in each part in the normal part then one in each ear above that. I had my cartilage pierced on the top of my right ear but I had to take it out -- so that's healed up. I wanted to get an industrial in my left ear but I'm a very small, petite person therefore I have small ears with small folds -- they couldn't give me an industrial without it looking odd. I've got my tragus pierced in my left ear. I love my tragus piercing. (:

My parents are very old-fashioned and would die if I had a tattoo or piercing. I'd really like a simple piercing, like another ear pierce on the top. For a tattoo, I'd like angel wings on my back. They can be tiny, I don't care, just as long as they're wings. They would represent my need to be free and have my own life.

Ok so I have NEVER wanted to get a tattoo in my life, unless it was temporary. But a week ago, I found the tattoo that I want as a tramp stamp, so I may get that permanently done in a couple of years or so.

Found this on a book I was reading from a series by Larissa Ione.

I'm not fond of snakes at all, so I would replace those with two intertwining red ribbons.

As for piercings, I have normal earlobe piercings. Am thinking of getting a bellybutton piercing sometime in the future.

Bod mod is pretty awesome but some of it can get... ridiculous. Best to stick to piercings and tattoos unless your interest really is elsewhere.

I'm not against piercings, I just don't see the meaning of them. I don't even wear earrings : x
But I somehow like tattoos, I just wish I could take them off when I wanted to...
I'd like to have a tattoo of an eye somewhere, cause it leads to a figure I've made... Dunno if I'll regret it some day...
My mom is really against tattoos, so I dunno if I can ever get one before I'm 18 ._.

I don't mind piercings or tattoos in moderation. Personally I'd never pierce more than my ears but even that isn't possible since I get cysts on that area.

Personally, i think peircings are cool, unless you have a lot of them on your ears, or in unusual places, such as the tongue. Then they are gross. But if it is like a couple of peircings and a couple of tattoos, then its cool. Also, with tattos, i only like the ones that are small and don't look creepy. My family disapproves them, but i think they are cool, and i hope to get one when i am older.

I have one peircing on each lobe.
I have no tattoos, as i am 15.
I want to get a tattoo, and another peircing on my lobe.
I wouold like to get a tattoo in memory of my mother, because she is extremely special to me.
