Yes freedom of speech... blah blah blah... but enough already. Not everyone is going to be thrilled with every item the developers make. Stop bitching about it and be glad the event had an extra item for you at all.

I agree. I applaud the effort and appreciate the hard work of the event and items designed but i would be lying if i said i was not super disappointed by the wig..

well, I do like the wig, sorta, but was thinking about something better. but then, when can't expect the moon. as it is Mene didn't have to give us an event and items to begin with. I'm pretty grateful in general.

I just hate to see all the people bitching. I used to do pxel art for a site that will remain nameless... and it would be so disheartening to enter a thread and see nothing but bitching about hte item you helped create.

Say you don't like it... but don't continue to grumble about it over and over. They do thier best and it's hard to calculate what everyone will freaking like. This site has thousands of users to please.

I understand that it bugs you about how people are complaining about something like a pixelated bonus item on an internet site, Nightmare, but realize (And this goes for everyone, really):

Yes, there are much better things to complain about, and far worthier too, but that's only for you to decide for yourself. You can't decide that for everyone. If they find it worthy of their time to complain, then by all rights, they are entitled. Doesn't mean they will find many sympathetic listeners, but they are entitled.

Likewise, you are entitled to your opinion that they need to keep that to themselves. The only real reason why I'm saying anything at all is because I don't want an argument starting over something like this. If both sides put in a polite request for each other not to attack the other, then we should be fine.

So, for everyone who does not like the items, can we please refrain from excessive comments about how it was not up to par with what you hoped? I understand the disappointment, but it clutters the thread and causes bad feelings amongst the other users.

Likewise, people who do enjoy the item, please don't rag on those who don't and express this opinion. Yes, it does get tiresome to listen to people complain, but if you really are that bothered, you can always go to another thread. Although one would hope that, since I have put in a polite request for people not to gripe in this thread about it, that most will respectfully heed it.

It's up to everyone. I hope we can maintain a mature mindset about this.

Of course I'm grateful to the staff for all their work put in to the even t and everything else. I'd feel insulted if someone implied that I wasn't. But as my, very personal opinion, I hate the thing. *shrug* Each to his own. I'm not saying that anyone else has to like or dislike it, but I do not.
