My mother has smoked sense she was 15, she's 47 now, and she can run a mile in less then 10 minutes.

I think I will be fine with a little smoke. Besides, hookah smoke has a lot of flavors. Tonight we had Strawberry Margarita. The whole house smelled like strawberries lol

And a hookah... google it. It is actually far more healthy then a cigarette because you are ONLY smoking tobacco. The plant.

In a hookah you smoke Sheisha, which is tobacco in molasses (kinda like syrup and jelly mixed). So there are no toxins, chemicals or anything that dangerous.
