It is interesting how the different countries' laws about working differ.
Generally here, if it is a part time job, there are no "real" rules.

Well, I work in what they call 'flexpool'. It basically means that when there's help needed we help them out. Since I have school to I have a contract of a minimum of three to a max of 12 hours a week. Everything I work more than 12 I get paid out with a 40% or 60% raise. :3 So I worked a lot, in hopes of earning a lot too before school starts.
