natal, wacom has a pretty neat little tablet called bamboo that's somewhat cheap (for a tablet).
it's about 70euro. you do use euro in the netherlands, right? @[email protected];;

you should get something with lavender. (tea, incense, whatever)
it calms your entire body down and should help with the cramping.
we actually have this neat little lavender heating pad, i dunno where it went, but we can microwave it to heat it up. (but it makes the house smell funny. XD)

well, dream, yuen and i all know each other in real life, so we're a bit insane towards each other.

lavender really works well. you can't tell it's working, but after a while, you notice that you're more relaxed. :3
