@ Irukandji: That sounds like a good sammich. :3
Ah, that would be a reasonable thought. Droughts can be rather frustrating, no?
Ohs, is your name supposed to be like the type of little box jelly-fish?

@ Archnasa: Aww, that sounds un-fun. Poor Archnasa. ):
Sounds like fun! And lobsters?!?!? Lucky...lobsters are so delicious :D

@Archnasa...Awww...that's sad. I lived in an apartment for awhile so I know what you mean :(

@Archnasa: Kitties! OwO -Wants one- xD

@Kidalanna: Yeah, it was delicious. xD And yeah, it is! I was watching the Discovery channel and they had a special on jellyfish or something, and they mentioned the Irukandji and I was like "Hmm? -Wikipedias-" xD And the name's stuck with me ever since, haha 8D

Apartment living. How I miss it. Seriously, mowing a lawn and dealing with fire ants isn't fun.

xD; Heh. It's not all that bad, I just envy people who have normal houses with backyards and stuff.

c: The cats are cute. There's a slinky black one who's my favorite, then there's a pale gray tabby who looks like a little snow leopard, 3 brown tabbies, a big black and white one who's the leader, a Russian blue, and a few others. :u

I saw a cute siamease cat at the pet store the other day. I wish we could have pets here. ..>.<..

@Elmira: Eugh, yeah, I hate the red ants X__x; (I dunno if fire ants and red ants are the same...might be different xD) Butyeah. I keep trying to drown them with my hose but they just keep coming back @[email protected]; I keep telling my dad we gotta redo our driveway, it's all nasty broken cement and gravel and crud.

@Archnasa: I'd rather not have a backyard than a dead one, lol xD It's kind of depressing looking outside and seeing death everywhere xD

Wow, so many kitties O= Send me one? xD Do you feed them or anything?

I once had a landlady who refused to let us have any pets. Feral cats were caught and there was the random possum, but it just wasn't the same. Eventually, I got a pet tarantula. A small, rose-haired male named Boris. He was lovely and acted as a fabulous barometer for potential dates. Love me... love my furry friend.

Irukandji - We have such a problem with fire ants that it's difficult to garden. There is an insecticide that deals with them, but I just found out about it so I have no idea how well it really works. Fire ants are so nasty. They're quite aggressive and don't just stop biting after one time.

My apartment got ants in it way more than the house I'm in now ever did XD. There were all these little ones that would squeeze in through cracks and get all over everything >.<
Mowing a lawn is one of my least favorite things to do though. All that vibrating hurts my hands (I have scar tissue in them from tearing the tendons in my wrists a few years ago)

@Archnasa Awww...those cats sound cute! Do any of them let you get close enough to pet them?

:u We have a neighbor who occasionally feeds them, but one time back in October, I set out a can of salmon for them to eat from so I could sketch them for my portfolio. C: They're pretty cool.

@Elmira: -Shudders- It'd never work out between us ;_; I'm terrified of tiny spiders already, but a furry tarantula? -Runs away-

And yeah, I remember being bitten by one, it HURT. And I would try to put ice on it, but augh, it didn't help at all X__x;

@Archnasa: Aw x3 Haha. That's awesome. 8D I wish I could draw xD

8D; I do, but I haven't touched it in almost a year, so everything on it sucks. :u I do have something recent that I did, though!

Well, Boris was many moons ago. Right now, I am the queen of spider squishers here. We have black widows and recluses here.

Tiny ants are really nasty. We're not having a problem with them indoors. However, weavils - such a joy in the SE - are a problem. We store a lot of dry goods in the freezer.

Sorry for the delay in posting, I got distracted. 8D

@ Dejagurl: It's bound to be interesting. Lobsters are rather good. I get to have 'em once a year. Rather nice, really.

@ Archnasa: Kitties are cute. :3

@ Irukandji: I'll have to try that sort of sammich sometime.
We had a drought where I lived a while back. Not sure if we still do, but it sure doesn't seem like we do anymore. The creeks actually have water in them now. o.O
Ahh, I learned about the irukandjis from my older sister. Don't know how she heard about them, but she did research on them, and shared the info with my other siblings and I. She thinks they're cute jellyfish, and they are. ^^

@ Kimyta: Messed up in what way?

Edit;;
@ Elmira Swift: Black widows and recluses? o.o
They're not in your house, I hope. If they are that could be a serious problem.

Heh, thank you. <3 I'm into art and cartoons from the 60's, so I tried to emulate the style.

EDIT: Speaking of spiders, this morning I woke up and a spider crawled out from under my sheets. DDDD:

Weevils? EEEK! I would imagine those would be terribly annoying >.<
Where I live now the only bugs we get in our house are tiny little moths that like to eat such things as popcorn. They don't bite and aren't terribly annoying...we just smash them whenever we see them and keep stuff tightly wrapped up.

@Elmira: Aw. xD And I can't even kill a spider with a tissue, knowing that I crushed it between my fingers...-Shudders-
I'd step on it though xP

We used to have cockroaches, eugh, but they're all gone now xD

@Kidalanna: Ah O=
And that's awesome OwO I just remember they're really tiny, and deadly xDD

Crabs are delicious too :D We have those every once in a long while. Usually the only seafood we eat is fish, like salmon and orange roughy and such. How is the party going along?
