I would take it off before bed, then re-wrap it when I woke up, but I don't plan on doing anything today, so I'm not wrapping it. Thankfully my most gorgeous Frye boots are still comfortable and don't irritate my foot, mufufufu.~
I would definitely pay more taxes if we had free healthcare and education. My God, would I! And I would use it all the time, too. "Yeah, no I think it's infected" "...No, you just got a scratch." "...So no operation?" hahaha
Plus, we'd be healthier all around. Instead of waiting to go see a doctor as a last resort, we could see them when we start to feel ill or achy, and prevent something big like cancer all together. n__n
Which reminds me, I need to see a counselor for college.
I want to be a doctor. If I can become a general practitioner, and attain a business degree, I could run my very own socialized-medicine hospital. And I would put all of my patients on a special program where they could come in any time they wanted for treatment. Totally free.~
That is, if by the time I become a doctor, or whatever I decide to do, we don't have socialized medicine. I would be heartbroken.
Well, I was looking through my inventory after chatting with Ithir, just organizing things, and I thought Oh! These moonlit laurels would look great with Joe's black and white avatar. Sure enough, it was on your quest list too. n__n
Besides, what am I going to do with another pair? They're much better with you.

Tehe, my inventory is so tiny. XD
Just what you see on my avatar. But it's slowly growin!!
LMAO! As long as your feet look fabulous, it's all right bby.
That really should come into effect.. I mean, look at Canada. I'm not all up on their systems.. but I'm sure they pay a bit(or a lot) more in taxes, and they have free health benefits.
Preventative care is the best way to live a long healthy life. And I, for one, am down with that. As you said, cancer could be prevented, and most other long term diseases like pneumonia and diabetes could be nipped in the bud.
I hope everything works out for you in your doctorial dreams. It's a good feeling to care for people.. especially when you truly do care about the person, and not the paycheck.
Thank you so much again, Tina. I love them!!
If you ever want to use them, or anything, just say word.!!
Though, your green ones do look great with your current avatar.

They're all yours, Joe. ^-^
I'm slowly starting to get a few more outfits in my arsenal, hahaha. I really loved this event; the items were beautiful!
And the robes are so much fun to use.
Now I'm a samurai! Well...you know, if samurais looked this good, hahahaha.
Oh yes, Canadians are taxed on just about everything but the air they breath. Some complain about it, as you're bound to have it happen, but they take care of each other. I mean, even heroin addicts on the street are taken care of.
I'd love to become a doctor, or a pharmacist, for what I think are the right reasons. Don't get me wrong, the paycheck is a huge bonus, but if what I did was hurting people, I wouldn't want to do it. I think that the adults we put into power lose that idea after a while. Or maybe they were liars after all.

Hey again bear!
You and paper sure have a great conversation going on. =D
I am so glad that you have a good amount of activity here after you just made it. It's always frightening to make a new thread because you never know if anyone will even come in. ^^"

Tina: Tehe, your one of those pretty samurais. :}
I've actually thought about moving to Canada.. but I really don't think I'd want to leave NY, let alone the states.. lol
I think a lot of adults lose their sense of honest goodness as they're growing up. They're even taught how to scam people.. and how to cut corners and anything to make a buck.
Captian Howdy: !!O.O!!
I really was not expecting that!!! Thank you sooo so much!! :DD
I really appreciate it!!
Minuxe: I'm so glad she could come in and chat as well. She's a good friend of mine from Gaia, and I always value our conversations together. :}}
I feel like if I put the bandana on now, my avatar will be a bit top-heavy. Lol. XD

@bear: O you have thought of moving to Canada? I live in Canada, Toronto more specifically.
O I see, it's nice that you are both here in Mene.
Well maybe if you change your hairstyle and then equip the bandanna it won't be as top heavy. I'm not sure though...

I have thought about moving to Canada.. but not too intently. I really like it here in NY, and I love the states.
I'm not saying that Canada doesn't have a lot to offer.. but I'm just comfortable here.
Yea, I'd be so lost here without her, lol. But I am slowly making acquaintances and friends. There has yet to be a posting visitor in my banner shop though. :|
I'll probably end up equipping it anyways.. but I was hoping to get the pants before the bandana.. I totally was not expecting it to come my way as a gift!

So what made you think about doing that in the first place?
Moving to a whole different country is something not a lot of people think about.
It is definitely best to just stay in a place you are used to and like.
It is very comforting to have someone you already know here. It just makes the transition easier.
O really?! *runs over there*
O I see, Howdy is very nice. ^^

Honestly.. the free health benefits.. and I hear it's a very clean country, for the most part.
But it was just a quick thought.. never actually planned on doing so.
Yea it's nice to have someone you know to chat with. I'm still going to remain active on Gaia as well.. but I want to be just as active here.
Howdy does seem very nice. :}}

@bear: O ya our health care system is a HUGE plus. I just hope that it still exists when I grow old and have health problems. D:
Well it is clean in the suburbs but downtown Toronto isn't as clean, especially since it is still recovering from the garbage strike that lasted for more than a month. D:
O I see, I hope you can stay active in both sites! It will be hard to be active in both places when they both have events going on, like during Halloween.

Also, nice art in your signature. hehe
Minuxe: Omgosh.. a garbage strike?? That's terrible. I'm not positive about this.. but I think it's illegal for the town's workers to go on strike. We need our garbage taken away, there's just too much of it to let it build up.
OOOH I didn't even think about that...
I'm not sure which site I'm going to put more effort into when holiday events are going on...
I love Gaia's holiday events.. I guess I'll just have to cross that bridge when it comes.

Ya the garbage strike was awful! It should be illegal for the workers to go on strike because it is extremely unsanitary to have mounds of garbage laying around.
O I see, Gaia's events would have more activity than ours. Just make sure you do spend some time here during our Halloween event because it will be fun!
I'm going to go and eat now, bye!

It is a true pity that you joined this place just the day after our Celes Paradi event ended. It was a lot of fun and you would know what events here are like.

Aww, yea, I should have joined right when Tina told me about it..
But I didn't think Menewsha would keep my interest as it has.
But even if I did join just a day before it ended.. I probably wouldn't have had the time to figure it all out and earn the event items.

O so she told you about this site a few days before you actually joined? Ya you really should have listened then. Did she mention that an event was going on?
True you would have just been quite confused, but at least you would have looked around and have an idea of what it is like.

I believe she told me about the event before she even told me which site was holding the event..
But I really don't think I would have been interested even so.
I tried Solia and didn't like it.. so I thought Menewsha would have been a similar disappointment. But it's really proven me wrong.
I think I've noticed.. is the most gold you can earn from each post 20g?

Yes, :gold:20 is the maximum that you can earn per post.
I love Canada; I used to visit all the time when school got out. My family would take the RV through for a couple of months. I really enjoyed Liard Hotsprings, and my favourite city is Vancouver. I just love going to the Chinatown and having a good dinner and finishing with a Death By Chocolate.
My family was one of those who said that if Obama wasn't elected, we were moving to Canada. Even funnier, Conservatives were saying the same thing! And all I kept thinking was Yeah, like YOU would move to Canada. A healthcare system, taxes, those are the two topics aside from abortion that they rage against.

It was nice, but like I said.. I can't imagine leaving the states.
I like my big cities.. NY is pretty much just right for me. :}

Hello sir,
Why do you want us to come chat so close to your pants? Is there something ticking in there? Can you hear the ocean?
Curious business.
P.S. I love your paisleyish layout and cute pandas. :D

LMAO! I don't want you to come chat closely to my pants..
Those are two separate sentences, if you will.
"Come Chat! :}}" and "So close to my pants!!"
I'm asking people to come in and chat, and stating that I'm close to being able to afford my pants. :}
