Aww, wicked. I was hoping to find a strategy guide with some pointers. I totally agree- the game IS really addicting.

Just to note - the problem with things lagging/crashing is being looked into, but I honestly can't tell you if or when it'll be fixed. Flash is new territory for us and until we have someone who really knows what they're doing with it, there isn't much we can do.

Thanks for the fill in CK, I'm glad to hear it's been acknowledged. I wish I had an idea to help with flash, but... I don't know anything about it. n.n;;

Maybe make a new "level" of fangirls that take more hits to die/have more HP? Rather than overloading us with all the lower-level ones and causing us to lag/crash. :)

At least we know it's being looked into, that's all anyone can really ask. And it IS an amazing addictive game, so I hope the bugs can be worked out. ^_^

Finally got to a decent level without my the game making my browser stick. Got to 67k points. I was so close, but the level that finally killed me had soooo much lag. I'm trying it with my moms computer just because it has more ram than mine so it might be able to handle the flash better.

Oddly enough, the computer with 4gb ram is running slower on this game than the one with 1gb.

That's the really odd thing that we can't figure out. It seems that (in general), less-awesome computers perform better than awesome computers. :/

Can't wait to get my Dell back next weekend then. Its still running on 256mb ram xD

I've been thinking of trying to get online using my ps3, and seeing if it'll work that way... or if it'll just bomb faster because of the connectivity issues. XD

@ Seiki - I agree... I can't do anything by lv 15 when the game freezes :( so I loose on purpose so it doesn't freeze and I don't get anything...

I've beat the game once, and have gotten to level 20-21 a couple times, but now it just lags too much and doesn't work very well.
My tactic works very well, it's just, there's so much lag that they all start piling on top of each other.
So instead of only one in a square, there will be 4 or 5, and that's how they all end up bunching up at the mayor's house.
And then I lose.

Seeing as this game seems to work better the suckier the PC, maybe I should try to resurrect my desktop again xD It locked up for me on lv 14 today, first time it's done that so I was a bit miffed, oh well. It will get sorted eventually.

I can't get past level 14 lol. I'm uber addicted to the game. None of my strategies seem to work. Actually, the video in the OP left off right around where the fans usually start knocking down the building. I can't seem to get an arsenal of net throwers & cheese throwers fast enough. :[

It hasn't lagged at all for me but I can't get past level 13. xD I keep finishing around there. But this game is so addicting. I love it. xD

I just keep buying the 200 gold ones and piling them all up on the right side.
It works very well, as long as lag doesn't get too massive.

I'll have to take a screenshot of what it looks like after level 17-18.

I've found that concentrating on that middle chokepoint is key to surviving as long as possible. Putting some guys in groups of four in other inner-curve locations keeps things under control long enough for me to die of lag. I actually surprised myself and got to level 18!

Yah, putting a bunch in the middle choke point works very nicely.
After they're done attacking whatever they can reach the first go around, then they can attack again once the fangirls/boys come around towards the Mayor's house.

The middle is always my starting point. After that, it is a hit and miss.
I can normally get to level 17 before I die or the lag takes me...

Sadly, I only play on new computers since my boyfriend got his 'baby'

I tend to get to lvl 21 before all the fans overwhelms me. The tactic that works best for me is putting the 200 ones everywhere! ^^

And a good tip about the lag that many of you experience is, that you don't have to have the window where you play open! I always have another tab open to chat in, while I play. That way my computer doesn't notice all the stuff going on in the other tab... or something... :XD Anyways, it seems to be working for me.

i've also found that using less 200 = less lag for me.

it worked the best when i was using quite a lot of 600s instead.

If it was just the lag that bothered me, I wouldn't mind just going to another window and chatting - but my main irritation with the lag is that I can't place new units while the round is going or I'll crash the browser. I want to be able to play the game at it's full potential - I'm positive I could get past round 20 if only I could place new defenders as the round was in progress.
