"Hey Tanyon" Jay added when they walked past him. Jay followed Rae up the stairs, though he didn't need any direction as he knew exactly where his room was. He was suddenly feeling very happy compared to how he was before. He also wondered what Rae's room was like and when he stepped inside, he took a glance around the room whilst closing the door behind him. Jay looked back to Rae who was sitting timidly on the side of the bed. He walked over and sat down next to him a little space apart, feeling shy himself. He smiled warmly though, to try and make Rae feel more comfortable. "It's been..." Jay started, narrowing his eyes in thought "..well, it's been boring here whilst you were gone". He tried to sound casual about saying it but he was looking away so that he could say it without blushing. He looked to his face now. Rae was very attractive, and he couldn't believe that he had been kissed by him just before. Jay couldn't help but smile at the small awkwardness.

Rae frowned slightly. "Boring? Well there are enough people to spy on. Like Tanyon and Cael. Though I just walked in after months, it was obvious the towel around his neck was covering hickeys." Rae laughed softly, scooting over a bit. "But, what made it boring without me, then? I mean, you had people around. Probably a lot of handsome men, too..." He couldn't help but to sound upset over the fact, no matter how badly he tried to hide it.

Jay noticed Rae scooting over to sit closer to him, and he leant back on his hands on the bed. He laughed at what he had said about Tanyon and realised he was probably right. "First of all" Jay stated "I didn't really know about them two, though it has always been obvious with them; Cael's been gone with that Taurus guy for a while". "And, I guess, but noone in particular" Jay said referring to the second thing Rae spoke about, looking at Rae from the corners of his eyes to see how he reacted. Of course by noone in particular he meant other than Rae, and he hoped he got that, because he didn't want to have to explain. Jay swayed sideways on his arms to playfully nudge Rae lightly.

"Ahahahahaha! How could you have not known? I knew before my absence, and, well... You know how long that took." Rae bit his lip, his eyes switching left to right as he thought of what to say. "No one in particular. I hope that doesn't mean there's someone who drew your attention. That'd be awkward... F-For you I mean. To be stuck in a position I think I placed you in." He moved softly each time he was nudged, but wasn't sure weither to move on or not.

Evalign

Evie was sitting with her mother at the cafe she was waitressing at. Her mother was just finishing up her 30 minute break, and they were talking about her school and sharing breakfast. "But mom, i dont want to take psychology...its sooo boring." The girl groaned. "Melissa took it and said she could barely keep her eyes open so shes flunking." Her mother laughed and took the plate of finished scrambled eggs from her daughter. "Well you know it will really help if you want to be an art teacher." She winked "Those teens can be a hassle." Letting out a laugh Evie realized her mother was talking about her, yet she had just Jumped out of her teens just a few days ago on December 5th. "Yeah they can be a little rebellious." She said with a big grin.

"MOORRGGAAANNN!!!" At the yell both women turned to see Evie's mother's boss's red face. "Your breaks over! Tell the youngin to get out of here! We got customers!" He huffed and returned to the kitchen, her mother rolling her eyes. "Well sweety i gotta run." She kissed her daughters cheek. "I'll be home around 6ish, okay?" And with that she turned and went into the kitchen with the empty plate.

Sighing Evie hopped off the cafe stool and headed for the door, her eyes caught the bakery and she smiled. "Maybe a little something sweet for dessert, hmm?" She crossed the street, almost geting hit by some asshole driver talking on his phone. When at the door she took a deep breath, enjoying the smell of the delicious pastries. Walking in she heard a tiny bell announce her arrival. "Hey, guys!" She said with a smile.

Patiently hearing those hurtful words was quite enough, but the boy not trusting in him, that was just another deadly serious case. There was obviously a miscommunication in the way Kim had meant what he meant but, the brunette guessed, Jean had been let down so many times that it was automatic to assume.

"Jean..." He whispered, placing his hands on the boy's shoulder with care. "...even if I am absolutely mad...even if you said something hurtful and even if you shot me..." He placed a careful finger under Jean's chin, lifting that cute face of his. "...I would never have the guts to even lay a finger on you..." Well, not unless he was to touch him with tlc.

"I'm not forcing you to trust me right away, heck I still have problems trusting people, all I am asking is for a chance." He found himself tracing his thumb over Jean's soft cheeks but immediately restrained himself as if to remind himself of the boundaries.

"What about for today, we get to ask each other lots of questions? Like...how long have you been designing things?" Kim easily dodged the heavy topic heading towards the ajar door. "Or...what it is you want to be in the future?"

Jean stood still when Kim placed his warm hands on his shoulders and listened to his friend with care. He looked up at him with his teary gold orbs and though he did not say a word his eyes did more than enough speaking. Within those pools were the equal feelings of trust and fear of the unknown. Finally he said softly, "Okay Kim I'm gonna try my hardest to trust you." Jean wanted more than anything to trust Kim but it would take time.

He was glad the topic was changed and said, "Oh for a long time I guess." He got a little quieter and continued, "Mum liked to make things and I would help her. Once she passed away I really got into sewing and making things." Jean though perked up at the next question and said excited, "I want to be a clothes designer!"

As they went forward he said, suddenly realizing, "What do you do Kim? I never thought to ask. I'm sorry."

Penny saw the girl who walked in and waved her hand. She did not really care who walked in but this girl looked different. She looked like a very nice girl actually. So Penny walked up to her and said," Hello." She smiled. Usually people get frightened when they first she Penny but this girl looked like she was fine with her saying hi.

Kim bit his lower lip a little from hearing the boy out. They'd both need more time to get to know one another of course but the question was trust. Kim knew he trusted the other and really cared for the other but of course time was always a necessity to achieve such deep feelings. He wanted to know if it wasn't just silly old lust and that there was more to their new friendship than meets the eye.

"Oh? I think you will make a great designer." Kim smiled. He could just picture Jean walking down the catwalk after all the models have presented his masterpiece. The brunette could quite literally visualise the massive audience applauding his unique style. And Kim would certainly be one of them.

However, the next unexpected question had caught Kim off-guard. His heart made a slightly odd bashing onto his ribs, his entire muscles tensed and his eyes suddenly narrowed. "I tickle the keys here and there..." He whispered. Now, that was not a lie just a summary. He wasn't quite sure how Jean would feel once he knew Kim was in the verge of becoming globally famous. And, in Kim's point of view, after telling all to Jean the brunette had feared he'd loose Jean. He could never quite be ready for that part...

Luckily, they had arrived by the underground station that had a straight route right into the center of the next city, which was where Jean was from and Kim worked at.

It was the first time that anyone had ever complimented Jean on his dream of being a clothing designer. True he didn't often tell people his dream but all the same it made him feel good inside. He smiled at Kim and said, "Thank you, your opinion means a lot to me." He felt a little shy saying that but he wanted Kim to know the things he felt whether they be good or bad.

Jean was confused though at what Kim's reply to his question meant. He looked at him quizzically and asked him, "What do you mean by tickle the keys?" Jeans mind went to door keys so he was quite bewildered.

Jay raised his finger, as if to pinpoint something, "I didn't know about the er.. recent hickey giving.." he corrected with a laugh. "Well, to be honest, there was someone who drew my attention" he said casually, trying to sound serious. He looked across the room with a saddened look, stopping himself from smiling and to try and fool Rae "but he left a while ago..". His eyes looked back to Rae to see his face and his mouth turned up in a crooked smile. Her wondered if he was being too forward with his feelings, but also worried that Rae would not see through his pretenses. Jay felt surprisingly comfortable here with Rae, even though he was shy talking to him for some reason.

Kim paused and faced Jean finally by the ticket office, somewhat glad the other was starting to share certain feelings with him. He gently reached over and stroked the other's cheek which seemed to attract several unwanted eyes.

"Well..." He pulled back his hand when the question got expanded. Maybe this question and answer thing wasn't a terribly good idea. "...have you noticed how many pianos are in my house?" Abour four or five but Jean had only seen the two. "...and music sheets?" He resumed, paying in one for the train tickets.

Jean couldn't help out lean a little into the stroke of Kim's hand. That simple gesture was becoming more and more important to him. Jean wanted to hold Kim's hand but knew it may not be the best idea especially if they accidently ran into Kent.

He thought about what Kent had said and remembered he had seen pianos and lots music sheets. Jean let out a little giggle and said, "I was thinking of door keys and it didn't make sense how you would tickle them." Jean was learning that if he got things wrong sometimes with Kim that it was okay. Kim didn't get mad at him and he seemed to like it when he smiled or laughed.

He got a sort of dreamy look as he followed Kim and said, "Wow that's so cool that you play the piano. Could you. . .well maybe um." He was getting a little nervous but decided to ask Kim anyways. "Could you play me something when we get home?" he asked as he looked up at his friend.

Evie saw the new girl and smiled, she seemed like a sweety right off the bat. "Hey there!" She giggled. The girl seemed to have similar dress style to hers and it made her feel like they were kindred spirits. "I lovee your skirt." She smiled and gave a cute peace sign. She really like the shade of the other girls hair, an orange amber complimented her skin tone very well.

"Thanks. I am Penny. I think I have seen you before but I dont remember where." She smiled and tossed her hair behind her back. She liked the girl already. She had cute hair and a beautiful dress. She usually was mean to girls because most of them were stuck up and prissy. But this girl was different.

Evie let out a laugh, holding her hand out to shake the girls hand. "Names Evie; Evie Evans, and im always around her, my mom works at the cafe across the street." She motioned with her hand to the quaint cafe across the street. "She just got off her break so i thought id drop but for some of that to-die-for apple pie." Her hand rubbed her belly dramatically.

"Yeah the tarts are delicious to!" She shook the girls hand and motioned to the counter. She then walked over there and waited for Evie to follow.

Evie followed a slightl skip in her step. "So, now that we are aquaintances, why dont we get talk over some pastries." A smile crawled on her face. "Then we can be considered friends, no?" Her cellphone rang and surprised He Is Legend "the Walls Have Teeth" filled the bakery. Quickly Evie flipped the phone open. "Mom?" "Evie! Before you go home i need you to head to the bakery and pick up a cake for dessert ok? Your choice!" Letting out a smile she nodded to herself. "Alright mom, funny you asked cause im at the bakery now." She turned to Penny and giggled. "I wont forget, see you later!" "Bye, Kiddo!" Snapping the phone shut she sat at the counter. "Mothers, haha." She rolled her eyes at the word. "We're celebrating my birthday late because she's been working alot."

"Yeah I would like that." She smiled and ordered a lime tart. Then she said," Happy belated birthday!" She smiled and put the money on the counter. Then she sat down at one of the tables and ate the tart. She took one bite and a grin went across her face. She hadn't had a girl as a friend in a while and had forgotten about the sharing stuff and painting nails and all of that stuff. She was used to walking alone down the streets and people asking her if she wanted to go on a date. She would usually say yes and then they would take her to a concert or something. She would figure out that they were backstabbing jurks and then she would leave them. That's how her life worked. This bakery was the only place where people did not stare at her or make fun of her. They would just smile and treat her as an equal. But now that she had a friend, it would be much more fun.

Evie ordered a slice of apple pie and sat down at the table with Penny. "Thanks, ive finally escaped my teens!" She said with a big grin, placing a spoonful of pie in her mouth, her body almost melting at the sweet, god like taste. "So..so good!" She popped another spoonful in and smiled. " Screw cake, im bringing pie home!" Letting out a laugh she stole a tiny peice of the tart and popped it into her mouth. "Yum!"

Kim chuckled at the part where he'd have been tickling door keys. Now that just sounded like a thief. Shaking his head a little he made it through the hubhub of crowds making sure Jean was in front of him. At times he did gently placed his hands on Jean's waist but only when he feared he'd loose him through the tight crowd.

At the next question he couldn't help but laugh, as much as he wanted to rein it in. Ah, could the boy be any more adorable. "Of course..." He leaned in to whispered in Jean's ear from behind. "...that was my gift for you. I had written you a song..." He gulped, Jean's scent having started to drive him insane. But flexing his jaw he just about managed to pull away when they had arrived at the train.

Unfortunately it had been full and the only way one can travel was by standing up and holding onto the train handles. Fortunately though, he'd have to be holding onto Jean if he wouldn't have been able to reach for the handles with his cute height and all.

Jean made sure to stay close to Kim. He was a little fearful of the large crowd. If he used public transportation it had always been by bus. Even then it had been mostly when he was in high school. Kent did not like him being around other people so he had forbidden Jean public transportation. He couldn't go anywhere except the grocery store and he could always walk there.
Though the times that Kim held his waist to keep him safe his heart would flutter a bit at the touch. It went crazy though when Kim's warm breath could be felt on his ear as his friend spoke to him. Jean had been grateful Kim had been behind him since he turned bright red.

He was shocked though at what Kim told him and said, "Really?! You wrote a song for me?" He got a little shy and said softly, "That's. . that's really nice. So you write songs as well as play piano. Wow Kim you're really talented."

As they got on Jean noticed all the seats were full and that they would have to stand. He reached up to grab one of the handles but could only brush his fingertips against it.

Kim chuckled at the surprise that came from Jean. Ah, the boy never failed to amuse him. "Y-yes, I wrote you a song." He repeated with a rather smug but cute smile. Oh yes, he just couldn't wait to see Jean's reaction now that he told the boy.

Once inside, he let out a soft laugh when Jean attempted to reach the train handles. It was an unbelievably cute moment when Jean was striving his hardest but couldn't quite get there. It was hard to actually believe the boy was actually ninteen. He had no facial hair and the fact that he looked so unbelievably young was amisss too.

"Talent?" Kim easily grabbed hold on the handle and reached for Jean's waist at the same time, holding him dearly close. How warm Jean felt then...and Kim had the urge to lean down and kiss or just anything. "I wouldn't call it talent. Just rigirous practice." He smiled, stumbling only a little as the train started moving. Which sort of caused their body to come to a halting proximity.

"A-anyway...my turn. If you wanted to go anywhere in the world, where would it be?"

"I-I suppose..." Shoot... So he has fallen in love with someone else? I just hate myself... Rae stood up, walking back and forth in his room as his eyes were focused on his feet. He had bitten rather hard on his lip, lost at thoughts as he was... "Well I uhh. If you want I could help you find the guy. Y'know. So you can be happy. Yeah. I mean, I didn't quite expected you to have waited on me for all that time..." He pouted, feeling slightly desperate. His heart felt like yelling and screaming, yet he managed to remain calm. "...So I'll help you find your happiness." Rae smiled faintly, not sure weither his words were sincere.
