not here, below 0 is avg here this time of year and in jan and feb it can hit -40, add wind chill -60 just because the weather can change unexpectedly it's not gonna make massive changes from it's averages

You shouldn't ignore injuries. When my dad was in the Navy he hit his shoulder (or something like that) really hard but didn't report it because he didn't want the guys to make fun or him. It still hurts him today sometimes but he can't do anything about it anymore.

yea... when you're a trainee in the military they don't give a rat's ass if you injured yourself, they assume you're faking it to get outta working.

I imagine. They must work you really hard.
I also heard that you get in serious trouble and fined if you get injured on personal time....that once you join the army or military you become "government property".

umm yes and no, you can get in trouble but an accident is an accident. they can fine you if you get a sunburn bad enough to hinder work >.> yea you're technically government property. I've never heard of someone getting fined for an injury though.

lol enlisted (non officers) can be ranks E1-E9 officers can be ranks O1-O10 the titles are called their grade, such as captain or general (both officer ranks) and have an equivalent in the ranks
