Both! I was thrust out of bed by the air conditioner repairmen and didn't get enough sleep. I made another alcoholic cake and went out to the store and found that I was exhausted! So I came back and had a nap...a long one. And then I woke up and ate a bowl of stuffing...nothing else appealed. I still have some sleepiness though. I should go back to bed in a while. We have to go to my brother's wedding shower tomorrow, well, today actually.

Wow cookie...sounds busy...

There's Aneru :D I made a Carbomb Cake. The cake is made with Guinness, the ganache is made with whiskey and the frosting is made with Baileys Irish Cream. Although, I ran out of that, so my frosting is Baileys Irish Cream and Godiva white chocolate liquor. It's gooood.

@Grimwifey - Yes, that kind of stuffing. I love stuffing!
I already took a nap, next I'll sleep for a few hours, but not yet.

That's exactly what I thought, it's the ultimate guy cake! So I made one for my brother's birthday/bachelor party. But that one went off with him to the party and I still had a half a bottle of Guinness left over, so I made another one to stay here and eat. The Guinness makes a surprisingly rich and tasty cake! I made a two layer round cake, not cupcakes. I'm going to put the ganache between the layers. And Baileys makes delicious frosting! Just use all Baileys, don't bother with cream. Delicious!

@GrimWifey - Yeah, I don't drink myself, but I could see myself drinking a little of the Baileys :D I tried just the Godiva liquor on the rocks. Not as good, thought it's still yummy in the frosting.

At the coffee shop we have irish cream flavoring for the lattes...it's pretty popular.

@Cookie: Eh, I don't like the taste of it period. I even hate just a little taste in candy. (Which we have lots of)
But, I like the flavor of Irish cream. Dad found these non-alcoholic Irish Cream candies somewhere, and whenever Christmas comes around we get a bunch. It's gone in just a few days. XD

@aneru: I'm good. Just lurking about.

As long as the burn of the alcohol isn't too strong, I can deal with it. Like in fruity drinks like daiquiris, I can drink a bit of those, but otherwise, yeah. Alcohol is not for cookies. Just gimme a coke.

I loved margaritas....and still do I guess but lately have been drawn more towards beer
