I like buying basics, or things that I think will build a good outfit together. There's no point in buying something if it will never go with another item. I like some of the themed outfits here, but I don't always like putting together an outfit composed completely of a themed set of items. I like to match and with some of those themed sets, you can't! Or at least, I'm having trouble with the Aurora Borealis set. I think that's what it's called. ^_^;;

I was trying to avoid using all Cute Witch/Cute Wizard items. But I still have the hat, gloves, skirt and shoes. I only avoided the top and the stockings! And the top I decided on is really expensive ^_^;;

Sets are the plague! They kill creativity! Ok, not completely. Sets are nice and pretty, but I feel absolutely lazy if I use one. I like to at least try to spice things up.

Naturally. :) I'm not too awful big on flowers for my avatar myself, but the roses are very pretty.

Yeah. Flowers aren't often that versatile, but the rambling rose has a few poses. The one that amuses me most is the grouping of flowers to cover your panties. I put it on and ran around asking if people liked my rose bush and wanted to pluck my petals :rofl:

Oh my. A member of Boyzone died. I liked them. Don't know their names, but I know he's the gay one. >_> I'm so horrible when it comes to bands. I never know people's names in them. I'm not one of those super stalky creepy fans that knows everybody's names and their favorite color and what they ate for breakfast. That's sad though. *goes to listen to some Boyzone songs*

Boyzone? I've never heard of them, I don't think. What kind of music do they play? It's sounds like a boy band... And on the topic of bands, I only know the names of certain members of my really favorite bands. Basically, you can tell how much I like a band by how much I know about them. xD But I'm not a creepy stalker person either. :stare:

They are a boyband. They're one of the most famous boybands actually, from Ireland. You've likely heard something from the and just not realized it. One of their latest songs was Better and I really like it. The one that died is the guy that sings the chorus and kisses the guy.

I only know the names of people in bands if the band is named after them, like Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers or the Dave Matthews Band XD Or sometimes if they're more modern bands and their members are in the news a lot. My knowing their names doesn't really show interest, I mean, I like Blink 182 I guess, but not enough to know Travis Barker's name. Maybe I know it cause of that plain crash he was in last year and how the other guy that survived the crash with him just died.

O.o Hmmm... Well, if they's had hits on the American radio stations, I may have heard them before...

Oh... I don't follow the news at all. It just depresses me. People being kidnapped, dying, shootings and robberies, kids bringing guns and knives to school, natural disasters, etc. I really can't stand it.

I don't really remember if they've been played on the radio here. I know that another British Boyband, Take That, made it over for a while. Robbie Williams came from that band. I love him :heart:

I don't watch the news, but I do read CNN.com almost daily, because frankly ignorance is not bliss, it's just ignorance. I'd rather have some idea of what's going on in the world around me. And it's not all bad. I mean, I woudln't have known that President Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize if I hadn't. Actually, I thought that part was a hoax >_> Not that I don't like the president, I just didn't think he'd actually done anything to warrant it. I agree with some of the articles I've read that say he won it mostly because he's not Bush and people are hoping to influence him with said prize, nudge him in the right direction as it were.

I dunno. Honestly, when there's people in the Wallflower thread, I rarely leave it. Sometimes I glance over spy, but I tend to concentrate on my lovely Wallflowers :D But it is a Sunday morning. I'm sure a lot of people are either asleep or in church.
